{"title":"ANALISIS ILLUMINATION LEVEL TERHADAP KECELAKAAN KERJA DI RUMAH SAKIT XYZ INDONESIA","authors":"Rindang Diannita","doi":"10.21111/JIHOH.V5I1.4046","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21111/JIHOH.V5I1.4046","url":null,"abstract":"Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang tugasnya adalah menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan, dalam lingkup perorangan maupun kelompok yang menyediakan pelayanan gawat darurat, pelayanan rawat inap, dan pelayanan rawat jalan (Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 44 Tahun 2016). Rumah Sakit XYZ Indonesia telah melakukan langkah pengendalian kecelakaan kerja dengan adanya tim keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang ditunjang dengan peningkatan fasilitas namun telah terjadi kecelakaan kerja berupa tertusuk jarum pada saat membersihkan peralatan, tertusuk jarum pada saat pengambilan sampel darah, tertimpa benda peralatan kerja pada saat mencuci. Untuk itu, rumah sakit dituntut agar meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, serta menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi karyawan yang ada di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kecelakaan kerja di Rumah Sakit XYZ Indonesia dengan membandingkan hasil pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan dengan standar persyaratan menurut Kepmenkes RI Nomor 1204 Tahun 2004 Tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengukuran dilakukan di Ruang Loby/Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien, Ruang Alat/Teknisi, Ruang Rekam Medis, Ruang Cuci/Laundry, Ruang Gizi/Dapur, Ruang Perawatan Pasien (UGD). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pengukur pencahayaan Lux Meter, dengan metode SNI, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sejumlah dua ruangan memenuhi standar dan empat ruangan tidak/belum sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan Kepmenkes RI Nomor 1204 Tahun 2004. Kesimpulan ada penelitian ini bahwa illumination level merupakan faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja di rumah sakit. Asupan kalori dan zat gizi yang baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas dapat menentukan tingkat kesehatan dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah kalori yang dibutuhkan tenaga kerja tambang bawah tanah, jumlah kalori makanan yang disediakan perusahaan, dan kecukupan kalori pada pekerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran pemenuhan kebutuhan kalori tenaga kerja tambang bawah tanah di PT X. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Gizi kerja di PT X bekerjasama dengan PT Aerofood. Hasil dari perhitungan kebutuhan kalori pada operator jumbo drill adalah 1502,1 – 1908,9 Kkal, operator LHD adalah 1229,8 – 1471,0 Kkal dan service crew adalah 1595,8 – 2035,0 Kkal. Rata-rata nilai kalori pada menu makanan yang disediakan adalah 2147,8 Kkal. Status gizi tenaga kerja 54 persen persen gizi berlebih dan 46 persen normal. Pemenuhan kalori berdasarkan jenis pekerjaan PT X belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan kalori tenaga kerja. One of the sectors that is affected is the agricultural sector. The results of previous studies indicate that musculoskeletal disorders in farmers will reduce up to 60% of farmer productivity. Musculoskeletal disorders are health problems that often occur in coffee pickers but are rarely noticed. Based on preliminary research from 30 respondents who were interviewed 100% of respondents claimed to experience rheumatic pain, cramps, sprains and numbness. Parts of the body that experienced complaints expressed by respondents had a variety of neck, right shoulder, left calf and waist. This complaint is an indication that coffee pickers have experienced musculoskeletal disorders. This study aims to analyze the musculoskletal disorders. The study was conducted on coffee pickers in 2 villages namely Tawon Songo and Jabon Villages Pasrujambe Kabupaten Lumajang with a total sample of 35 respondents taken by simple random sampling. The research design used was cross-sectional study. Based on the research results it was found that musculoskletal disorders were experienced by 32 respondents. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pemahaman pemilik industri dan pekerja mengenai pentingnya penerapan program 5R. Salah satu industri kecil menengah di Kota Ponorogo adalah Pabrik Roti La-Tansa Gontor. Berdasarkan observasi awal, dalam proses produksi di Pabrik Roti La-Tansa diketahui bahwa perilaku 5R pekerja masih sangat kurang sehingga mempengaruhi jalannya proses produksi dan kualitas produk. Perilaku 5R pekerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti usia, masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku 5R pekerja di Pabrik Roti La-Tansa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen pengukuran dan penilaian pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku 5R pekerja menggunakan kuesioner dan checklist . Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dalam program SPSS versi 24. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku 5R pekerja dengan nilai untuk sikap P- value (Sig) sebesar 1,000 (P- value > 0.05) dan nilai untuk pengetahuan P- value (Sig) sebesar 1,000 (P- value > 0.05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku 5R pekerja di Pabrik Roti La-Tansa. Berdasarkan pengamatan, postur kerja tenaga kerja tidak ergonomis khususnya pada proses packing sehingga dapat menyebabkan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai postur kerja dan prevalensi MSDs pada tenaga kerja bagian packing di pabrik roti X. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan instrumen Quick Exposure Check (QEC) sebagai metode penilaian postur kerja dan Nordic Body Map (NBM) sebagai metode penilaian MSDs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% tenaga kerja berada pada action level 3 dan 17% pada action level 2 . Berdasarkan NBM terdapat 92% tenaga kerja mengalami keluhan MSDs ringan dan 8% mengalami keluhan MSDs Sedang. Keluhan tertinggi adalah pada punggung dan betis kanan. Oleh karena itu perlu melakukan investigasi lebih lanjut mengenai penyebab dari postur kerja pada tenaga kerja yang memiliki action level 2 dan melakukan penanganan pada tenaga kerja yang memiliki action level 3 dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai bahaya bekerja dengan postur yang tidak ergonomis dan meminimalisir risiko keluhan MSDs dengan melakukan rekonstruksi pada stasiun kerja agar sesuai dengan postur tubuh tenaga kerja. Keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dirasa pada bagian otot skeletal oleh seseorang mulai dari keluhan ringan hingga keluhan yang terasa sangat sakit.Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada Unit Sortir di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tangerang. Tbk pada Agustus-Februari 2019. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang dan menggunakan desain cross sectional study . Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square.Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah keluhan MSDS sedangkan variabel independennya adalah risiko/faktor pekerjaan, usia, indeks masa tubuh, masa kerja, kebiasaan merokok, dan aktivitas fisik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada 32 orang (58.2%) yang berisiko mengalami keluhan MSDs. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara keluhan MSDs dengan masa kerja ( p value = 0,009), kebiasaan olahraga (p value = 0,004 ). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah usia ( p value = 0,184), indeks massa tubuh ( p value = 0,767).Pekerja disarankan melakukan istirahat setiap 1-2 jam bekerja selama 5-10 menit, rutin berolahraga dan jaga pola makan. Perusahaan membuat program workplace stretching excercise agar para pekerja dapat melakukan peregangan ketika otot-otot mulai tegang dan mengaktifkan kembali program senam untuk pekerja. Occupational health and safety should been carried out by management, supervisors, line of executors, employers, workers and work for themselves. In 2012, there were 1 work accident and 2 work accidents in 2014 in RS \"X\". The accident data show that management control of management commitment wasn’t optimal in the implementation of OHS in RS \"X\". The aims of study was to analyzed the relationship between management commitment and K3 training with knowledge to prevent accidents at Surabaya Hospital \"X\". This research was a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The study was conducted in RS \"X\" Surabaya in October-November 2015 with a large sample of 65 people obtained from simple random sampling technique. Pearson's correlation test results showed no relationship between management commitment and knowledge but there were relationship between OHS training with knowledge. The conclusion in this research was there no significant relationship between management commitment of OHS policy, funding, human resources OHS and infrastructure with knowledge of respondent related to OHS but there was a significant correlation between OHS training with knowledge. This aims of study to provide an overview of the application of hygiene and sanitation at the Hotel Kusuma Kartika Sari Surakarta (Hotel KKS) by referring to Permenkes. 80 of 1990 on hotel health requirements and Decree of the Director General of PPM and PLP no. 95 of the year 1991 on the assessment of the Hotel Health Check. The research method is descriptive with interview technique and direct observation using hotel health inspection questionnaire. The result of research shows that Hotel KKS was in the healthy category based on hygiene and sanitation assessment calculation with presentation of 79%. The conclusion of this research is that the application of sanitation of Hotel KKS met the requirements of Hygiene and sanitation but for the environmental requirements variable it is still possible to enter and multiply the disease vector and annoying animal. In the room and space requirement variables there is no separation of male and female rest room and unavailability of locker for employees, goods in unorganized warehouse and height of shelf below 20 cm. On the variables of health requirements and sanitation facilities that the bathroom has not met the minimum amount in accordance with the number of employees and waste bins that still allow the proliferation of disease vectors and insects. Based on these results the hotel is expected to maintain the variables that have been qualified and improve the requirements that have not been met. Workshop Area is a place to do some checking process of unit feasibility and completeness. One of the high risk activity at the workshop of PT. X is manual handling. The repeatedly manual handling will caused muscle disorder and forced worker phisics to extra work. REBA method used to analyze the hazard risk of the activity. This study using observational analytic and involving 6 workers of the different jobs as sample. Results of this study shows that the risk level of manual handling activities in every production is medium, so work position need to be changed to avoid musculoskeletal disorders. Ninety-one percent of them were adults and the rest were children. 20-30% of deafness can be triggered by noise which usually occurs in industrial workers. The impact of persistent noise can have temporary or permanent deafness. The aims of this research was to determined the effect of noise and work period to Hearing Threshold Value (HTV). Methods of this research used analytic observational (cross sectional approach). The population of research was textile industrial workers in PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique. Inclusion criteria: minimum 1 year working life, over 20 years of age, lack of discipline using ear protection. The number determination of samples used the difference formula average of two groups, then the number of subjects = 180 people. In this research noise intensity 66,8-98,4 dBA, mean of worker HTV with work period less than 10 years 29,8 dB, mean of worker HTV with work period more than 10 year 38,3 dB. The result of statistical test by Ancova Test, the noise effect on THV (F = 23,254; p = 0,018), influence of worked period to THV (F = 96,599, p = 0,000), and jointly noise and work period effect on THV (F = 65,507; p = 0,000). Long exposure to noise will increase Hearing Threshold Value of labor.
