Workshop Area is a place to do some checking process of unit feasibility and completeness. One of the high risk activity at the workshop of PT. X is manual handling. The repeatedly manual handling will caused muscle disorder and forced worker phisics to extra work. REBA method used to analyze the hazard risk of the activity. This study using observational analytic and involving 6 workers of the different jobs as sample. Results of this study shows that the risk level of manual handling activities in every production is medium, so work position need to be changed to avoid musculoskeletal disorders. Abstract

PT. X是一家从事采矿承包、基础设施、重型采矿设备的供应商,并作为一个地方维护重型设备单位。车间区域是对装置的可行性和完整性进行检查的场所。PT. X车间的高危作业之一是人工搬运。反复的手工搬运会造成肌肉紊乱,迫使工人体力超负荷工作。REBA方法用于分析活动的危害风险。本研究采用观察分析法,以6名不同工种的工人为样本。本研究结果表明,各生产过程中手工搬运活动的风险等级为中等,因此需要改变工作姿势以避免肌肉骨骼疾病。关键词:人工搬运;REBA;肌肉骨骼疾病
