At the same time, indicators in sports schools are falling due to insufficient development of physical qualities. The problem requires studying and improving the training process of athletes. \u0000The aim of the study: To increase the effectiveness of the training process of athletes aged 9-11 years due to the development of certain motor qualities. \u0000Study design: Pedagogical experiment. \u0000Research methods: The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the Olympic Reserve School number 1 (Kirov, Russia) from August to November 2022. The study involved children aged 9-11 years. 2 groups were formed: experimental and control consisting of 25 boys each. Classes were held 3 times a week. Children from the control group were engaged in the usual program, and children from the experimental group performed exercises to develop physical qualities. The complex was used for 10 weeks. Tests that were used in the study: Long jump from a place, Shuttle run 3 x 10m, Squats for 30 seconds, Hand strength, Leaning forward from a sitting position. \u0000Results: After the study, the experimental group was ahead of the control group in almost all indicators. In the long jump test, the difference between the experimental and control groups was 2.3cm (P<0.05). In the test, the shuttle run is 3x10m, the difference is 0.5 sec (P<0.05). In the “Squat for 30 seconds” test, the difference is 1.6 squats (P<0.05). In the test, the brush strength is 2 kg difference (P<0.05). There is no difference in the forward tilt test at the end of the experiment (P>0.05). Comparison of the results of the children of the control and experimental groups at the end of the pedagogical experiment indicates the superiority of the children of the experimental group. Thus, analyzing the results of testing the physical fitness of athletes aged 9-11, we can talk about the positive impact of the methodology proposed during the pedagogical experiment for the development of physical qualities of younger athletes. \u0000Conclusion: If a set of exercises aimed at developing physical qualities is purposefully applied in sports schools in working with children aged 9-11 years, then the indicators of children will improve significantly. This will increase the efficiency of the training process. \u0000Bangladesh Journal of Medical Science Vol. 23 No. 01 January’24 Page : 246-253

The most common causes of infertility in women are infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae. These bacterial infections initiate an inflammatory reaction, and ongoing inflammation leads to scarring, obstructing the reproductive tract, and infertility. The pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α are involved in the inflammation response triggered by Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae infections. The study aimed to investigate the connection between the expression of IL-6 and TNF-α in patent and non-patent fallopian tubes. \u0000Methods: Analytical observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The 30 subjects were divided into two groups. Group I consisted of 15 subjects diagnosed with non-patent fallopian tubes, and group II consisted of 15 subjects diagnosed with patent fallopian tubes. Sampling technique using consecutive sampling. The research was conducted at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital from January to June 2022. Both groups were assessed based on age, BMI, parity, level of education, occupation, type of infertility, and expression of IL-6 and TNF-α. \u0000Results: The expression levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were compared between non-patent and patent fallopian tubes, with statistical analysis indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The p-value for IL-6 was 0.008, and the p-value for TNF-α was 0.030. \u0000Conclusion: There was a significant difference in IL-6 expression between the non-patent fallopian tube and the patent fallopian tube, with the IL-6 expression being higher in the non-patent fallopian tube than in the patent fallopian tube. This study examine the phytochemical evaluation of ethanolic leaf extract of C. albidum and its histological effects on the beta-cells of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. \u0000Method: Forty-two Sprague-Dawley rats (170- 200 g) were divided into six (n=7) groups. Groups 1 and 2 were given 10 mL of normal saline; group 3 was given 2 mg/kg of glibenclamide; and groups 4, 5, and 6 were given 125, 250, and 500 mg/kg/ day of C. albidum ethanolic leaf extract, respectively. Except for group 1, animals in groups 2-6 were injected intraperitoneally with 50 mg/kg streptozotocin after 14 days of oral treatment with normal saline, glibenclamide, and extract. For the next 14 days, rats were given normal saline, glibenclamide, and extract. The rats were fasted overnight before sacrifice on day 14; the pancreas was removed under diethyl ether anaesthesia and prepared for histological examination using a modified aldehyde fuchsin staining technique. Standard procedures were used for phytochemical evaluation and proximate analysis. \u0000Results: It was observed histological that the pancreatic tissues revealed cellular regeneration of the damage beta cells at a doses of 250 and 500 mg/kg/day. Phytochemical screening revealed the following; anthocyanin, cardiac glycosides, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, terpenoids, reducing sugar, and tannins while proximate analysis confirmed that the leaf contained 4.83% moisture, 39.59% crude fibre, 3.35% ash, 2.35% crude fats, 3.21% crude proteins and 46.71% carbohydrate. \u0000Conclusion: The results shows that C. albidum may possess a strong pharmacological activity owing to its rich phyto- constituents. This may have mediated its antidiabetic action by pancreatic beta cells regeneration. Hence, C. albidum could be a potential drug precursor for management of diabetes. \u0000Bangladesh Journal of Medical Science Vol. 23 No. 01 January’24 Page : 63-73
