All interviews were recorded with the consent of the midwives. Collected data were transcribed and a content analysis was carried out using the MAQDA 2020 program. Results: Data collected in the study were categorized under four main themes as “Strengths”, “Weaknesses”, “Opportunities” and “Threats”. Conclusion: Midwives worked under difficult conditions during pandemi, so they were extremely tired and worn out. Midwives who could not go home during this difficult period gave psychological warfare because they were separated from their families.
