This study used a pre-experimental design in the form of a One-Shot Case Study by taking research subjects by Purposive Sampling. The sample of this research was the students of class X MIA. This study used descriptive questions as a final test instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research was a t-test. Earnings management is measured by discretionary accruals with the modified Jones model. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample size of 13 companies. The data used in this study are data on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 using panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that profitability has no significant effect on earnings management. Leverage has a significant effect on earnings management. Firm size has no significant effect on earnings management. Managerial ownership has a significant effect on earnings management. Free cash flow has no significant effect on earnings management. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket dan wawancara. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 26 siswa dan diminta untuk mengisi angket yang terdiri 10 items.. Berdasarkan angket yang dibagikan pada siswa, 84,6 % diantaranya memiliki kesulitan dalam memahami kosa kata. Sementara itu, 50% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami bacaan karena teks bacaan yang terlalu panjang. Selanjutnya, 53,8 % siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam strategi membaca. Low learning outcomes are characteristics of students experiencing obstacles or obstacles during the learning process. This study aims to describe and analyze the factors that cause students' learning difficulties in mathematics. The sample of this study amounted to 32 students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The instrument used is a learning difficulty questionnaire, interview sheets and documentation to strengthen the results of the questionnaire answers. The data analysis technique of this research is the analysis of questionnaires and interviews. The population of this study were students of class XII AKL SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi, amounting to 90 people. The sampling technique used was Stratified Sampling with a total sample of 62 people. Kurikulum 2013 yang di terapkan di Indonesia menggunakan beberapa metode dalam pembelajarannya terutama dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yaitu : Discovery Learningyang sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di sekoah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 102 video micro teaching dengan sampel 3 pre-service teacher dalam setiap sesi nya dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat tahun ajaran 2016. melakukan presentasi. Peneliti menggunakan observation checklist sebagai instrumen pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari hasil rekaman video mikro teaching BP2016 sesi A,B dan C.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 8 video pembelajaran pre-service teacher mengikuti fase atau langkah langkah dari discovery learning sedangkan 2 lagi tidak mengikutinya fase utamanya. Kesimpulannya, sebanyak 8 dari 10 pre-service teacher mengikuti fase metode discovery learning sedangkan 2 lainnya tidak. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data dengan melakukan uji-t dan analisis varian. Untuk hipotesis uji normalitas dan homogenitas varian. populasi bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah rata-rata post-test kedua kelompok sampel mempunyai varians yang homogen atau tidak dengan bantuan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tidaknya pengaruh dan ada tidaknya interaksi diantara variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini : (1) Metode pembelajaran Think Pair Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. (2) Tidak terdapatnya pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode pembelajaran Think Pair Share terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki Adversity Quotient tinggi. (3) Terdapatnya pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode pembelajaran Think Pair Share terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki Adversity Quotient rendah.
