Penelitian ini adalah penelitian descriptive qualitative method dengan data yang diambil dari angket ketertarikan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan YouTube dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 mahasiswa pendidikan bahasa Inggris yaitu kelas A dan kelas B tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dalam pengambilan sample. A structured item questionnaire digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk teknik pengumpulan data. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara membagikan angket ke 67 mahasiswa melalui Google Form. Hasil analisa data memperlihatkan bahwa YouTube memberikan faktor yang bagus terhadap ketertarikan mahasiswa. Mahasiswa senang dan tertarik dalam belajar bahasa Inggris menggunakan YouTube, sehingga menstimulasi dan menarik minat mahasiswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Mahasiswa dapat belajar dan mengulang pelajaran menggunakan YouTube di manapun dan kapanpun karena YouTube mudah diakses dan digunakan . YouTube mampu memberikan pelajaran yang ter-update bagi mahasiwa. YouTube juga membantu mahasiswa untuk belajar secara mandiri di rumah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau R&D. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Sarolangun dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif adalah data yang didapatkan dari angket yang telah di isi oleh validator. Data kualitatif adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil kritik, saran, tanggapan maupun masukan dari validator dan peserta didik. Prosedur pada penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Pada penelitian ini penulis hanya sebatas tahap Pengembangan (Development). Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi dari ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata 4,54 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli bahasa dengan skor rata-rata 4,54 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli media 4,33 dengan kategori sangat valid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian descriptive research dengan pendekatan qualitative research. Peneliti melakukan analisa pada source of data dar iparagraph writing mahasiswa dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 3 kelas dari program studi pendidikan bahasa inggris tahun ajaran 2019/2020, atau sebanyak 79 data mahasiswadengan instrument yaitu dokumen ceklis. Pengumpulan data dengan cara menganalisa lembar jawaban ujian mid semester mahasiswa sebanyak 79 lembar data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beberapa mahasiswa memiliki masalah dalam pengunaan grammar khusunya pada tenses yang tidaksesuaidenganaturan tenses itusendiri. Pembelajaran online ini merupakan hal yang baru dirasakan oleh siswa, karena guru dan siswa menggunakan fasilitas internet dan juga aplikasi, sehingga selama belajar online siswa bisa mengalami hambatan. Proses belajar mengajar online ini dapat dilakukan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar bahasa inggris online selama pandemic COVID-19 khususnya siswa SMA N 8 Solok Selatan. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam peneilitian ini adalah teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh kelas X dan XI IPA dan IPS yang berjumlah 35 orang yang dipilih sebagai partisipan dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of the study was to determine the improvement of students’ mathematics learning outcomes by applying the pair checks type cooperative learning model to the VIII grade students of SMP Pertiwi 2. This type of researchis pre-experimental design research with research design one shoot case study. The population in this study were students class VIII SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang which consists of 2 classes retrieval technique. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, so that class VIII.1 was chosen SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang as a sample. The research instrument is the final test in the form of essays and reliability of questions = 0,86 with reliable criteria. Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that the percentage of learning outcomes obtained by students while using the pair checks type of cooperative learning model obtained t count = -2,5 = 2,5 (absolute value) and t table = 1,79 with the degree of truth (dk) = n-1, n = 12 then (dk) = 11 and a significant rate of 5% = 0,05. So is rejected because t count > t table. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IIS SMA PGRI 3 Padang, totalling 19 students. The research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a test of the ability to understand concepts in the form of 4 questions in the form of descriptions and interview. The test results were analysed based on indicators of concept understanding. The results of this study indicate hat the results of data analysis on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of the 19 students tested obtained the total qualification score of 50% in the medium category. One of the factors for the lack of ability to understand concepts is self-confidence. This study aims to determine the relationship between students' self-confidence and understanding of mathematical concepts in class XI MIA SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam.This study uses inferential research where inferential research is a study that tests a hypothesis, and relates one variable to another with quantitative analysis. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA 1 SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. The research instrument used was a self-confidence questionnaire and a test for understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and product moment correlation.Based on data analysis, the regression coefficient of the questionnaire score (b) is with a significant level of 0.05 because the regression coefficient (b) is positive, so there is a positive effect of X on Y. It means that the bigger X, the bigger Y on average. The close linear relationship between X and Y can be seen from the correlation coefficient r = where r approaches 1, then a positive linear relationship between X and Y so that it can be concluded that the bigger X, the greater Y and self-confidence has a positive influence on the ability to understand concepts of class XI students.
