Four hundred and thirty two metastases were found in 188 patients. The aspects of the masses may vary in two ways after injection: homogeneous or ring-like enhancement. Ring-like appearance is often discovered in the biggest masses most likely due to an area of necrosis within it. The size and number of metastases are variable, an area of edema often accompanies one of the masses.
