Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja (Purposive) dengan pertimbangan karena industri pengolahan kopi ini berproduksi secara berkesinambungan dan juga merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan kopi di Aceh Tengah. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis nilai tambah model hayami dan metode analisis efesiensi pemasaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai tambah kopi arabika ekspor green bean grade 1 (spesialty) pada KSU Sara Ate sedang, dan green bean grade 2 (premium) rendah. Berdasarkan nilai efesiensi pemasaran green bean grade 1 dan green bean grade 2 pada KSU Sara Ate pemasaran dinilai efesien. Ini terlihat dari, rendahnya produktivitas kebun teh milik petani, sehingga kurang dapat memenuhi permintaan pucuk teh oleh pelaku agroindustri the rakyat. Selanjutnya, pelaku agroindustri teh rakyat hanya dapat mengolah pucuk tehnya dalam bentuk teh hijau (curah) dengan harga yang murah. Akibatnya, pihak agroindustri teh rakyat membeli pucuk dari petani dengan harga murah dan mutu rendah. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji kendala yang dihadapi dan keberlanjutan agro-industri teh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif survey. Tempat penelitian yang dipilih adalah Kabupaten: Garut (Kecamatan Cisurupan), Cianjur (Kecamatan Sukanagara) dan Bandung (Kecamatan Pasirjambu), yang merupakan sentra teh di Provinsi Jawa Barat.Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan:pejabat pada instansi pemerintah, koperasi, pabrikan, asosiasi petani teh, kelompok tani, serta petaniteh yang diambil secara purposive. Sedangkan responden diambil secara proposional dari ketiga wilayah penelitian, dansetiap kecamatan diambil 30 orang petani teh. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan pendekatan system thinking. Kendala yang dihadapi agroindustri teh rakyat, yaitu masih kurang dalam: 1) ketersediaan pucuk teh sebagai bahan baku, 2) pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah pucuk teh, 3) kemampuan penyediaan modal dan mesin olah pucuk teh, dan 4) dukungan pemerintah dalam mempromosikan teh olahan rakyat (misalnya: dalam rapat atau kegiatan yang berlangsung di pemerintahan belum memanfaatkan produk olahan teh dari petani). Kondisi ini berdampak terhadap keberlanjutan agroindustri teh rakyat.Kata kunci: agroindustri, berkelanjutan, kemandirian, nilai tambah, teh rakyat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sukabumi sebagai sentra tanaman hias Dracaena terbesar di Provinsi Jawa Barat pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2018. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 35 orang petani tanaman hias Dracaena di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan tujuan pasar ekspor. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah produksi tanaman hias Dracaena menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi dan analisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor produksi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi tanaman hias Dracaena di Kabupaten Sukabumi adalah luas lahan, benih, dan tenaga kerja dimana kenaikan atau penurunan penggunaan ketiga faktor produksi tersebut akan mengakibatkan kenaikan atau penurunan jumlah produksi Dracaena. Pengalokasian faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja pada usahatani tanaman hias Dracaena di Kabupaten Sukabumi belum efisien sehingga penggunaannya perlu ditambahkan untuk mencapai efisien, sedangkan penggunaan faktor produksi pupuk pada usahatani tanaman hias Dracaena tidak efisien sehingga penggunaannya perlu dikurangi.Kata Kunci: efisiensi alokatif, faktor produksi usahatani, tanaman hias DracaenaAbstractThis study aims to identify the factors that can affect the amount of Dracaena ornamental plant production and analyze the level of allocative efficiency of the use of Dracaena ornamental plant farming production factors in Sukabumi Regency. This research was conducted in Sukabumi Regency as the largest Dracaena ornamental plant center in West Java Province in January to June 2018. The research was conducted by survey method by sampling using simple random sampling. The study was conducted on 35 Dracaena ornamental plant farmers in Sukabumi Regency with the aim of the export market. The data collected was analyzed using the analysis of factors that influence the amount of ornamental plant production Dracaena used an analysis of production functions and an analysis of the efficiency of the use of farm production factors. The results showed that the factors of production that had a significant effect on the amount of production of Dracaena ornamental plants in Sukabumi Regency were land area, seeds, and labor where the increase or decrease in the use of the three production factors would result in an increase or decrease in the amount of Dracaena production. Selain berperan dalam penyerapan tenga kerja, Kopi menjadi komoditas ekspor yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Kopi terbaik dari Jawa Barat dikenal dunia internasional sebagai Java Preanger kopi. Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten bandung merupakan salah satu sentra produksi kopi Java preanger yang potensial karena selain terdapat perkebunan kopi di wilayah ini juga berkembang industri pengolahannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika perkembangan agroindustri Java Preager Coffee di Desa Margamulya Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif dan teknis penelitin studi kasus. Pegumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses agroindustri Java preager coffee yang terdapat di Kecamatan Pangalengan Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik. Ini terbukti dari adanya perubahan yang terjadi dalam : (1) pertumbuhan dari pelaku usahtani, pengolahan hasil pertanian, distribusi dan input pertanian, (2) perubahan kelembagaan dan keorganisasian dalam hubungannya dengan perusahaan melalui peningkatan koordinasi vertikal dan perubahan dalam komposisi produk, teknologi, perwilayahan dan struktur pasar serta (4) peningkatan nilai tambah.Kata kunci : Agroindustrialisasi, kopi arabica, Java preangerABSTRACTCoffee is one of the leading plantation commodities that has long been cultivated. In addition to playing a role in the absorption of work, coffee is a high-value export commodity. The best coffee from West Java is known internationally as Java Preanger coffee. Pangalengan District, Bandung regency is one of the potential Java preanger coffee production centers because in addition to coffee plantations in the region, the processing industry is also developing. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of the development of Java Preager Coffee agroindustry in Margamulya Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative design and technical research case studies. Collect data using the method of observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the Java preager coffee agroindustry process in Pangalengan District of Bandung had gone well. Dewasa ini, minuman kopi tidak lagi sekedar untuk dikonsumsi tetapi bisa menjadi pelengkap aktifitas sehari-hari. Jumlah konsumsi kopi diperkirakan akan terus meningkat seiring meningkatnya pendapatan kalangan kelas menengah sehingga membuat para pebisnis kedai kopi menjadi yakin untuk menjalankan usahanya. KADAKA Cafetaria merupakan salah satu kedai kopi baru yang mengalami permasalahan dalam penjualannya. Selain itu, terdapat pula pesaing sejenis di sekitarnya. Dengan demikian, perlu diketahuinya alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dapat digunakan kedai kopi KADAKA Cafetaria sehingga dapat menghadapi persaingan. Desain pada penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, lalu QSP. Hasil dari matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut berada pada posisi tumbuh dan bina. Empat strategi alternatif dirumuskan dari hasil matriks SWOT dan QSP dengan strategi prioritas pertama adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi.Kata kunci: Kopi, Kedai Kopi, SWOT, QSPMAbstractCoffee plants are plantations that have existed for a long time ago to be cultivated plants. Today, coffee drinks are no longer just for consumption but can be complementary to daily activities. The amount of coffee consumption is expected to continue to increase along with the increasing income of the middle class, making coffee shop businesspeople sure to run their businesses. KADAKA Cafetaria is one of the new coffee shops that have problems with its sales. Also, there are similar competitors in the vicinity. Thus, it is necessary to know the alternative marketing strategies that can be used by KADAKA Cafetaria coffee shops so they can face competition. The design in this study uses qualitative design and case study research techniques. The analysis tool used is using the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, then QSP matrices. The results of the IE matrix show that the company is in a position to grow and develop. Sebagian besar produk organic dipasarkan di pasar modern seperti supermarket, speciality store, dan rantai pasar modern lainnya untuk menyediakan produk segar organic dengan berbagai macam pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh nilai pelanggan atas kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sayuran organik di Ujenk Mart sebagai salah satu ‘local fresh market’ di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linear sederhana dan customer value mapping. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai pelanggan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan melalui indikator kualitas produk. Value-in-use konsumen melalui pengalaman mengkonsumsi produk menunjukkan nilai pelanggan pada posisi fair value antara manfaat produk melalui kualitas dengan total biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk menikmati produk sayuran segar organic. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan konsumen, sayuran organink, value in use ABSTRACT Organic food become more popular in the modern lifestyle. Most of the organic product especially organic fresh produce sold in the modern market chain such as supermarkets, specialty store, and other modern retail channel by providing fresh organic products with variety of choices and selection to fulfil consumer needs and wants toward fresh produce. This study objective was to explain the effect of customer value based on the value-in-use through product quality toward customer satisfaction of organic vegetables in Ujenk Mart as one of ‘Local Fresh Market’ in Bandung City. The research method used quantitative method with data analysis using the simple linear regression analysis and customer value mapping. Number of samples obtained were 56 respondents. Results of linear regression analysis indicates that customer value significantly influence customer satisfaction through providing product quality. Value-in-use from customer perspective on experiencing organic fresh produce quality presented a fair value between product quality benefits and overall cost. The challenge faced by BLK Lembang is to create agricultural entrepreneurs expected to reduce 1.8 million unemployed in West Java (BPS, 2017). This study aims to investigate the innovations undertaken by BLK Lembang in creating agricultural entrepreneurs through agricultural vocational training. The study was conducted from November to December 2017 at BLK Lembang using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through secondary data, observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to several key informants. The results of this study showed that BLK Lembang has performed innovations in its vocational training system in order to create agricultural entrepreneurs that include: vision and planning, demonstration and training facilities, capacity building for instructor, training program development, training contents development, utilization of material practice, On Job Training Program, and networking. In the future, BLK Lembang will take opportunities for innovation in management and work culture, human resources, training programs, membership, facilities and partnership to improve its training system and quality in order to create more agricultural entrepreneurs. Keywords: agricultural entrepreneur, agricultural innovation system, agricultural vocational training ABSTRACTBalai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Lembang adalah lembaga pelatihan kerja pemerintah yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelatihan kerja di bidang pertanian/ agribisnis bagi masyarakat, terutama pencari kerja. Tantangan yang dihadapi oleh BLK Lembang adalah menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi 1,8 juta penganggur di Jawa Barat (BPS, 2017). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi yang dilakukan oleh BLK Lembang dalam menciptakan wirausaha pertanian melalui pelatihan kerja bidang pertanian. Penelitian dilakukan dari November hingga Desember 2017 di BLK Lembang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui data sekunder, observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada beberapa informan kunci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BLK Lembang telah melakukan inovasi dalam sistem pelatihan kerjanya untuk menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang meliputi: visi dan perencanaan, fasilitas peraga dan pelatihan, pengembangan kapasitas untuk instruktur, pengembangan program pelatihan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pemanfaatan bahan latihan, Program On-Job Training dan jaringan kerja sama. Sistik ebi merupakan salah satu produk olahan ikan lokal Eretan yang memiliki kelemahan diantaranya umur simpan yang relatif singkat karena terjadinya perubahan kualitas selama penyimpanan yang diakibatkan metode pengolahan dan pengemasan yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan GMP selama proses produksi sistik ebi dan memperbaiki kemasan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas produk dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistik ebi yang mengandung protein tinggi ( 59,4%) memerlukan implementasi GMP dalam memitigasi resiko selama pengolahan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian terhadap persyaratan GMP dengan jumlah ketidaksesuaian mayor (MA) 5 elemen dan minor (MI) 21 elemen dari total keseluruhan 37 elemen pemeriksaan yang meliputi elemen lokasi, bangunan, dan sanitasi pekerja, peralatan produksi, sanitasi peralatan dan ruangan produksi, penyimpanan, pengendalian proses, pelabelan, dokumentasi dokumen dan legalitas produk. Proses pendampingan mampu mereduksi ketidaksesuaian elemen sebesar 96,16%. Penerapan GMP didalam produksi sistik ebi membuka peluang bagi pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk sekaligus meningkatkan peluang bagi produk tersebut dalam memasuki pasar global.Kata kunci: GMP, sistik ebi, sanitasiABSTRACTGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is one of the risk mitigation in food production such as fish-based food product which is found mainly in coastal area such as in Eretan Kulon Village, Indramayu Regency, West Java. Sistik ebi is one of Eretan local processed fish products that have weaknesses such as shelf life which is relatively short due to quality change during storage caused by poor processing and packaging method. This study evaluates the application of GMP during the Sistik ebi production and applying a proper packaging in order to improve product quality thus improve the welfare of the community. The results of the study showed that sistik ebi contain high protein (59.4%) thus required GMP implementation in mitigating risks during processing. The observation results show that there are some deviations to the GMP requirement with the number of major non-conformities (MA) 5 elements and minor (MI) 21 elements out of the total 37 inspection elements covering site elements, building and sanitation, production equipment, room sanitation production, storage, process control, labeling, documentation and legal aspect of the product. The GMP mentoring process reduces the non-conformity of the elements by 96.16%. Tetapi sampai sekarang, agribisnis mangganya belum mampu mempertahankan kualitas dan menjamin ketersediaan mangga sepanjang tahun. Permasalahan tersebut merupakan akibat dari dinamisnya perilaku agribisis yang dilakukan oleh para petaninya, sehingga pengembangan agribisnis mangga di era globalisasi harus didasarkan pada peningkatan perilaku agribisnis petani mangga ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan makalah ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menentukan peningkatan perilaku agribisnis petani mangga. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik survey di Kecamatan Greged Kabupeten Cirebon menggunakan teknik simple ramdom sampling kepada 130 petani mangga. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara berurutan dari yang terbesar ke terkecil, faktor yang paling kuat pengaruhnya secara signifikan dalam menentukan peningkatan perilaku agribisnis petani mangga adalah faktor sumberdaya dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 5,7% dan pengaruh tak langsung sebesar 3,5%, faktor berikutnya adalah faktor kelembagaan dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 6,4% dan pengaruh tak langsung sebesar 1,8%, kemudian faktor budaya dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 5,3% dan pengaruh tak langsung sebesar 1,7% dan terakhir faktor teknologi dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 2,3% dan pengaruh tak langsung sebesar 2,5%.Kata kunci: Faktor penentu, dinamika perilaku agribisnis, agribisnis mangga, path analysisABSTRACTCirebon is already known as one of the mango-producing regions. But until now, mangosteen agribusiness has not been able to maintain quality and guarantee the availability of mangoes throughout the year. These problems are a result of the dynamic agribusiness behavior carried out by the farmers, so that the development of mango agribusiness in the era of globalization must be based on improving the agribusiness behavior of mango farmers in a better direction. The purpose of this paper is to analyze what factors determine the increase in agribusiness behavior of mango farmers. The research method used survey techniques in the Greged District of Cirebon Regency using a simple ramdom sampling technique to 130 mango farmers. Data analysis techniques are done using path analysis. Di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit, aspek tenaga kerja langsung yang terlibat dalam proses produksi adalah pemanen kelapa sawit. Ini membutuhkan peningkatan produktivitas pemanen kelapa sawit untuk menghasilkan tandan buah segar berkualitas yang sesuai dengan tingkat pabrik kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menentukan produktivitas tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta pengaruh produktivitas panen terhadap kualitas tandan buah segar kelapa sawit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 82 orang yang berprofesi sebagai pemanen kelapa sawit. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas pemanen kelapa sawit berada dalam kategori sedang di mana ia bisa mendapatkan sebanyak 1700-2300 kilogram hasil per hari kerja. Faktor internal dan eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pemanen. Faktor internal terbesar adalah motivasi kerja, sedangkan faktor eksternal terbesar adalah peluang untuk mencapainya. Kualitas tandan buah segar kelapa sawit di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas pemanen kelapa sawit.Kata kunci: produktivitas, kualitas, pemanen, kelapa sawit AbstractThe oil palm plantation sector has a high economic value as a producer of vegetable oil which is most widely used by the community. In an oil palm plantation company, the direct labor aspect involved in the production process is oil palm harvesters. This requires an increase in the productivity of oil palm harvesters to produce quality fresh fruit bunches that are in accordance with the grade of the palm oil mill. This study aims to analyze the determine labor productivity of oil palm harvesters and the factors that influence them and the effect of harvesting productivity on the quality of oil palm fresh fruit bunches. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 82 people who work as oil palm harvesters. The method of analysis uses descriptive analysis and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results of the study show that the productivity of oil palm harvesters was in the medium category where it can get as much as 1700-2300 kilograms of yield per working day. Internal and external factors have a significant effect on the productivity of harvesters. The biggest internal factor is work motivation, while the biggest external factor is the opportunity to achieve. The quality of palm oil fresh fruit bunches at PT.
