Tiga Negara yang menjadi Negara tujuan ekspor manggis Indonesia adalah Thailand, Hongkong dan Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) dan Indeks Spesialisasi Perdagangan (ISP). Jenis data berupa nilai ekspor total dan komoditas manggis (HS 080450) Indonesia , nilai ekspor dan impor komoditas manggis Indonesia, volume ekspor manggis Indonesia, dengan data time series tahun 2014-2018. Hasil dari analisis daya saing ekspor manggis Indonesia menunjukkan rata-rata nilai RCA Indonesia di Negara Thailand (0,63) artinya berdaya saing lemah dan tidak memiliki keunggulan komparatif. Pada Negara Hongkong dan Malaysia yaitu masing-masing (28,16 ) dan (12,69). Menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki daya saing kuat dan keunggulan komparatif di Negara Hongkong dan Malaysia. Sedangkan, rata-rata hasil ISP Indonesia (0,973) menyatakan bahwa Indonesia berdaya saing kuat dan dalam tahap kemandirian. Negara India dan Kenya sebagai pengeskpor buah manggis memiliki ISP (0,989) untuk India dan (0,949) untuk Kenya.Kata kunci : Manggis, Daya saing, RCA, ISPAbstractMangosteen is a leading export commodity of the Indonesian State. The three countries that become Indonesia's mangosteen export destinations are Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia. This study uses quantitative analysis with the data analysis method Revealed Comparative Excellence (RCA) and the Trade Specialization Index (ISP). The types of data consist of the total export value and mangosteen commodity (HS 080450) of Indonesia, the export and import value of Indonesian mangosteen commodities, the volume of Indonesian mangosteen exports, with 2014-2018 time series data. The results of the analysis of Indonesia's mangosteen export competitiveness show the average value of Indonesia's RCA in Thailand (0.63) means that it is weakly competitive and has no comparative advantage. In Hong Kong and Malaysia, respectively (28.16) and (12.69). Supporting that Indonesia has strong competitiveness and comparative advantage in Hong Kong and Malaysia. Meanwhile, the average Indonesian ISP results (0.973) state that Indonesia is highly competitive and in a condition of independence. Hal ini dapat dilihat dimana perkembangan nilai tukar petani tanaman hortikultura cenderung fluktuatif setiap tahunnya. Salah satu indikator yang dapat mengukur tingkat kesejahteraan petani adalah nilai tukar petani (NTP). Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, jumlah produksi, harga komoditas kacang panjang, cabai rawit, dan tomat terhadap nilai tukar petani tanaman hortikultura Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dalam upaya mendapatkan data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini, maka dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan metode studi pustaka. Salah satu cara untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NTP yakni menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu variabel luas panen, jumlah produksi, harga jual komoditas kacang panjang, cabai rawit, dan tomat secara simultan mempengaruhi nilai tukar petani tanaman hortikultura (NTPH). Kemudian pengujian variabel harga jual komoditas cabai rawit dan tomat secara parsial mempengaruhi NTPH. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu kepada pemerintah diharapkan dapat merancang kebijakan yang efektif guna mendorong semangat berusaha tani bagi petani.Kata kunci: nilai tukar petani, hortikultura, kesejahteraan petaniAbstractThe horticulture sub-sector has contributed significantly in supporting the national economy as well as in the absorption of labor. Increased production of horticultural crops, especially long beans, cayenne pepper, and tomatoes in South Sulawesi Province cannot be a measure if the farmers are also not prosperous. It can be seen where the development of horticultural crop farmers' exchange rate tends to fluctuate every year. One indicator that can measure the level of farmer welfare is the farmer's exchange rate (NTP). The objectives to be achieved in this study are to analyze the effect of land area, production amount, commodity prices of long beans, cayenne pepper, and tomatoes on the exchange rate of farmers in the Horticultural Crops Subsector of South Sulawesi Province. In an effort to obtain the data needed for this research, data was collected by means of a literature study method. One way to test the factors that influence NTP is to use the multiple linear regression method. The conclusion of this research is that the variables of harvested area, amount of production, selling price of long beans, cayenne pepper, and tomatoes simultaneously affect the exchange rate of horticultural crops farmers (NTPH). Then the testing of the commodity selling price of cayenne pepper and tomato partially affects NTPH. Perlu ada langkah setrategis yang mampu meningkatkan peternakan unggas agar bisa mempertahankan serta meningkatkan lagi jumlah pendapatannya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu analisis kualitatif mengunakan tahapan-tahapan eksplorasi, metode observasi partispatif ialah upaya yang dipakai. One of the affected business sectors is the poultry business sector. Many poultry farmers experienced operational impacts which resulted in a decrease in sales turnover. The reduced turnover is due to the limited space for movement in the livestock sector, increased operational costs and decreased demand in the market due to the many restrictions during the pandemic. There needs to be a strategic step that is able to increase poultry farms in order to maintain and increase their income. The research method used is qualitative analysis using the stages of exploration, participatory observation method is the effort used. Namun, masih terdapat masalah inefisiensi pada usahatani padi di Kecamatan Burneh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknis dan ekonomi serta penyebab inefisiensi usahatani padi di Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis fungsi produksi Stochastic Frontier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata petani padi di Kecamatan Burneh memiliki nilai efisiensi teknis sebesar 0,55, efisiensi alokatif sebesar 0,980 dan efisiensi ekonomi sebesar 0,424. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata usahatani padi di Kecamatan Burneh efisien secara alokatif, tetapi tidak efisien secara teknis dan ekonomi.Kata kunci: Usahatani Padi, Produktivitas, Efisiensi, Sumber InefisiensiAbstractThe Burneh district is one of the highest rice producing regions of the district of Bangkalan. However, there is still an inefficiencies in the rice farming in the Burneh district. The study aimed to analyzed technical and economic efficiency levels and causes of rice inefficiencies in Burneh district, the district of Bangkalan. The study use a quantitative descriptive method approached with a sample number of 68 respondents.the method of analysis used is the stochastic frontier production function analysis. Researched shows that the average rice farmer in the Burneh district has a technical effieciency value of 0,55, alregional efficiency of 0,980 and economic efficiency of 0,424. Perkembangan platform digital juga mempengaruhi jenis bisnis ritel yang dijalankan secara online, seperti penjualan bahan pangan produk segar untuk kebutuhan sehari – hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pelibatan konsumen sebagai bagian dari proses bisnis yang dijalankan oleh pebisnis ritel online yang menjual produk segar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan para pelaku usaha yang terlibat di dalam jaringan usaha ritel online yang menjual produk segar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelibatan konsumen menjadi salah satu hal penting di dalam proses bisnis ritel online yang menjual produk segar dengan menjadikan konsumen sebagai pihak yang berpotensi mempengaruhi model bisnis. Pelibatan konsumen dilakukan melalui interaksi yang dekat dengan setiap konsumen dan penciptaan pengalaman berbelanja yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan berbelanja produk segar di ritel konvensional. Pengalaman berbelanja online diterjemakan ke dalam berbagai aktivitas pemasaran kreatif dan inovatif sebagai diferensiasi bisnis. Digital platform development has also influenced online retailing business types, such as selling food products categorised as fresh produce for daily consumer needs. This study investigates consumer engagement as part of online food retailing business processes. The study employed a qualitative research approach with in-depth interviews with various business actors involved in the online food business retail that sold fresh produce. The results show that consumer engagement has become one of the essential parts of the business process of food online retailing by putting consumers as the party that potentially influences the company's business model. Consumer engagement is developed through close interactions with every consumer and creates an exceptional consumer experience distinct from conventional food retails. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi teknis dan ekonomis pada penggunaan faktor usahatani padi di Desa Burneh, Kecamatan Burneh, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Sampel penelitian yang dipakai adalah 60 responden dengan jenis data primer. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglass dengan SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa benih dan luas lahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi dengan asumsi cateris paribus. Sedangkan pupuk phonska, pupuk urea, dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi. Dari persamaan CobbDouglas diperoleh nilai elastisitas 1.216>1 sehingga berada pada tahap increasing return to scale. Benih, tenaga kerja dan luas lahan memiliki nilai NPM>1 yang berarti belum mencapai efisiensi ekonomis, sedangkan pupuk phonska dan pupuk urea memiliki nilai NPM<1 yang berarti tidak efisien secaraekonomis.Kata Kunci: Faktor Produksi, Efisiensi Teknis, Efisiensi Ekonomis.AbstractThe use of inefficient production factors by rice farmers in Burneh Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency affects the quality and quantity of the yields obtained. This study aims to analyze the technical and economic efficiency of the use of rice farming factors in Burneh Village, Burneh District, Bangkalan Regency. The research sample used was 60 respondents with primary data types. The data were then analyzed using the Cobb Douglass production function approach with SPSS 16.0. The results showed that seeds and land area partially had a significant effect on production with the assumption of cateris paribus, while phonska fertilizer, urea fertilizer, and labor partially had no effect on production. From the Cobb Douglas equation, the elasticity value is 1.216>1 so that it is at the stage of increasing return to scale. Purun menjadi komoditi lokal unggulan khas gambut. Kondisi sekarang ini bahwa lahan gambut purun yang semakin berkurang karena alihfungsi lahan menjadi lahan perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, purun perlu diperhatikan dengan berbagai kebijakan yang disusun dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode berlian porter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengindentifikasi kondisi agroindsutri purun 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berkaitan langsung dengan daya saing agroindustri purun, dan 3) menyusun rancangan strategi pengembangan usaha agroindustri purun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap agroindustri purun adalah perkembangan perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan rata-rata 4.83, untuk kondisi saat ini dan pertumbuhan daya saing agroindustri purun adalah persaingan purun dengan kelapa sawit dengan rata-rata 4.97 dan untuk faktor peningkatan daya saing agroindustri purun adalah peningkatan invetasi dan modal dengan rata-rata 4.20. 2) faktor-faktor yang berkaitan langsung dengan daya saing agroindustri purun meliputi kondisi faktor dengan rata-rata 2.88, kondisi permintaan dengan rata-rata 2.32, strategi, struktur dan rivalry usaha dengan rata-rata 2.99, industri terkait dengan rata-rata 2.41, kebijakan pemerintah dengan rara-rata 2.81 dan faktor kontribusi dengan rata-rata 3.40. 3) rancangan strategi pengembangan usaha agroindustri purun dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT.Kata kunci : Agroindustri, Purun, Berlian PorterAbstract The Agroindustry of purun is a business that is mostly carried out by women. Purun is a distinctive superior local commodity for peatlands. The current condition is that purun peatlands are decreasing due to land conversion into plantation land. Therefore, purun needs to be considered with various policies compiled and analyzed using the diamond porter method. Penerapan manajemen rantai pasok di perusahaan mengalami kendala yaitu kurangnya strategi yang tepat. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat khususnya dalam kegiatan produksi menyebabkan terkendalanya proses distribusi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan beberapa strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan manajemen rantai pasok tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengukuran kinerja manajemen rantai pasok menggunakan metode analisis supply chain operation reference (SCOR). Hasil penerapan manajemen rantai pasok benih padi di PT Saprotan Benih Utama sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Aliran rantai pasok benih padi baik aliran produk, aliran keuangan dan aliran informasi sudah dapat dikatakan baik. Tahun 2021, produk benih padi yang terjual sebanyak 4.633,66 ton/th hampir mendekati target sebanyak 5.000 ton/th. Nilai kinerja manajemen rantai pasok benih padi sebesar 74,63% dan termasuk kedalam kategori good dengan atribut prioritas tertinggi yaitu reliability, kriteria pemenuhan pesanan (PP). Hasil analisis efisiensi pemasaran menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai margin dan efisiensi pemasaran pola 1 dan 2. Nilai total margin pemasaran pola 1 sebesar Rp 34.500,00, pola 2 sebesar Rp 42.500,00. Rata – rata nilai efisiensi pemasaran pola 1 yaitu 89,4%, pola 2 sebesar 87%. Pola 1 lebih efisien dibandingkan pola 2.Kata kunci: benih padi, manajemen rantai pasok, kinerja, SCOR, efisien.AbstractSupply chain management is company management concept starting from the procurement process until the product ready shipped. The implementation of supply chain management is experiencing problems, namely the lack of the right strategy. The lack of the right strategy, especially in production activities, causes distribution problems. Therefore, several strategies are needed to overcome them. The research method used is the survey method. The supply chain management performance measurement uses the supply chain operation reference (SCOR) analysis method. The result of the implementation of rice seed supply chain management have been carried well. The flow of the rice seed suplly chain both product flow, financial flow, and information flow can be good. The value of rice seed supply chain management performance is 74,63% and included in the good category with the highest priority attribute, namely reliability, order fulfillment criteria (PP). The result of marketing efficiency analysis show that there is significant difference between margin dan marketing efficiency of pattern 1 and 2. The total value of margins for pattern 1 is Rp 34,500.00 and pattern 2 Rp 42,500.00. The average value of marketing efficiency for pattern 1 is 89,4% and pattern 2 87%. Indoor Garden Akuaponik memanfaatkan barang bekas berupa botol kaca sebagai wadah tanaman dan ikan serta pemanfaatan gelas plastik sebagai netpot untuk tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis kelayakan finansial usaha Indoor Garden Akuaponik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literature dan metode praktek langsung di lapangan. Untuk melakukan pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan microsoft excel 2010 dan menggunakan 6 metode kriteria penilaian investasi yaitu Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Rasio B/C), dan Break Even Point (BEP). Berdasarkan analisis finansial kelayakan usaha diperoleh NVP > 0 yaitu Rp6.112.619,00. IRR sebesar 56% lebih besar dari suku bunga analisis (discount rate 1%). PP selama 2 bulan 7 hari, investasi dapat dikembalikan di bulan ke-tiga setelah usaha berjalan. PI sebesar 9,2 artinya investasi 1% dapat dikembalikan dalam bentuk penerimaan di akhir tahun sebanyak 9,2%. Rasio B/C 8,2 yang nilainya lebih besar dari 1. Sehingga dari sisi finansial rancangan usaha Indoor Garden Akuaponik layak untuk dijalankan.Kata kunci: analisis finansial, akuaponik, limbah gelas kaca AbstractIndoor Garden Aquaponics is mini aquaponics system using ornamental plants that can be placed indoors. Indoor Garden Aquaponics utilizes used goods in the form of glass bottles as containers for plants and fish and uses plastic cups as net pots for plants. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Indoor Garden Aquaponics. The research method used is a literature study method and direct practice methods in the field. To perform data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 and using 6 methods of the investment assessment criteria, the namely: Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Payback Period (PP), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Break Even Point (BEP). Based on the financial analysis of business feasibility, NVP > 0 was obtained, namely Rp 6,112,619.00. The IRR is 56% higher than the analytical interest rate (discount rate 1%). PP for 2 months 7 days, investment can be returned to the third month after the business is running. PI of 9.2 means that 1% investment can be returned to the form of the revenue at the end of the year as much as 9.2%. The B/ C ratio is 8.2, which is greater than 1.
