Faced with the continuous promotion of the “new four” in the automotive industry, universities need to make corresponding adjustments to the current problems and future trends of the industry development in the education and teaching courses of vehicle engineering, and consider how to cultivate comprehensive talents who can promote the development of the industry in the flood of the new era. Based on this, this paper focuses on the new requirements of the automotive industry for the comprehensive quality of talents, takes the needs of the industry as the guide, reconstructs the new mechanism of combining industry-university-research, carries out joint training of school and enterprise, builds a research-oriented and open engineering practice teaching system, establishes a part-time teaching team with engineering background, strengthens students’ engineering ability, innovation ability and team cooperation ability, and realizes the docking of talents cultivated by school and talents demanded by enterprise. To establish a new mode of training talents in vehicle engineering.","PeriodicalId":73723,"journal":{"name":"Journal of education and culture studies","volume":"44 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91373712","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the primary educators of their children, parents wield considerable influence on their offspring’s lives, with family education offering distinct advantages over other forms of education. The status and role of family education remain undisputed. Parenting styles encompass a combination of upbringing concepts, behaviors, and emotional expressions toward children. We examine the characteristics and determining factors of different parenting styles, focusing on three typical family upbringing patterns: authoritative, Authoritarian, and democratic. Additionally, we explore the significant impact of these diverse parenting styles on students’ stress levels related to learning Chinese. The paper delves into the essential role of effective and suitable parenting styles in fostering comprehensive and healthy development in students. Furthermore, we elucidate the strategies and methods for establishing positive parenting styles. This quantitative correlational research involved a random sample of 330 participants, collected from three junior middle schools in Zibo City. Looking at the kinship structure in Bali that adheres to the patrilineal system, where the wife enters her husband's family, it can be said that the position of men in Balinese families is very important. In marriages, divorce often occurs, as stated in Article 39 paragraph (2) of Law Number 16 of 2019, which is an amendment to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. The purpose of this research is to determine the legal regulation of Balinese customary law as a legal umbrella regarding the position of a divorced man in Nyentana marriage and the importance of legal provisions in the community in the form of \"awig-awig\" that regulate the rights and obligations of a divorced man in Nyentana marriage that occurs in Marga Village. This research method uses the Normative Juridical research method to find legal rules and principles used as a basis to discuss legal issues related to the legal position of men after divorce in Nyentana marriage as well as the lack of agreement regarding the regulation of the legal position of men after divorce in Nyentana marriage in the form of \"awig-awig\". This research uses a conceptual approach, statute approach, and historical approach. The conceptual approach is used to discuss the urgency of rules that discuss the legal position of men after divorce in Nyentana marriage. The statute approach is used to examine legal rules related to Nyentana marriage. The historical approach is used to understand the customary legal review used as a legal basis in Nyentana marriage. The legal material search technique in this paper uses a literature study technique, which is then analyzed using qualitative analysis.","PeriodicalId":73723,"journal":{"name":"Journal of education and culture studies","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86714729","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study is based on a literature review. Critical pedagogy is used as a theoretical point of departure. The results show three important roles of teachers, the pedagogical, intellectual and activist roles. Teachers acting as pedagogues can help their students understand the subjects they are focusing on and develop a critical understanding of their own and their society’s situation. Teachers as intellectuals produce knowledge through research on their practice and other fields of knowledge, learn on how to disseminate such knowledge and understanding its consequences. As citizens, teachers use their own and their students’ experiences and knowledge of needs of their community/society to play an activist role in transforming society. Thus, the ideal teacher plays a multidimensional role as a pedagogue, an intellectual and an activist.","PeriodicalId":73723,"journal":{"name":"Journal of education and culture studies","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74941225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
