To obtain the necessary data, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive research method with a field research approach. Then the technique for collecting data was carried out by observing the research location, conducting interviews with traditional leaders and religious leaders in the Malay community. The 2013 curriculum has changed to become an independent curriculum, namely a curriculum whose learning methods refer to the aptitude and interest approach. Students can choose what subjects they want to learn according to their passion. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the independent curriculum which is carried out in SMKN 2 Cirebon schools. From research at SMKN 2 Cirebon. This study used a qualitative method, data collection was carried out by means of two designs, namely interviews and library research (literature review method). We examine the ways that the exclusion of culturally relevant pedagogies in the creation of theater guides for BIPOC and non-BIPOC students hold the potential to further marginalize BIPOC narratives. We posit that standard approaches to the construction of theater guides of authors of color fails to center familial and cultural knowledge that centers the cultural authenticity of the literary work intended by the authors. This work acknowledges the historical exclusion of BIPOC voices in theatre performance and to that end, this work seeks to analyze how educational guides can work in tandem with Latina/o/x/e literature to center a more authentic experience of BIPOC communities. In this work we reimagine pedagogical practices that are 1) culturally competent and 2) bolster the intersectionality of the lived experiences of BIPOC communities in the educational guides of theatrical productions. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey. The population of this study were students at SMP Negeri 34 Seluma Kec. Semidang Alas, totaling 30 students. Data collection techniques using tests, obtained the results of Volleyball Underpass Skills which were mostly in the Very Good category by 7 male students with a percentage of 46.6% while in the Good category by 6 male students and 6 female students with a percentage of 40%. . At a time when the Indonesian people were fighting for independence, the role of the workers could not be ignored, could not be forgotten. They worked hand in hand with other mass groups to free the Indonesian people from the grip of the colonialists. This article aims to reveal how the existence of workers in the socio-political situation and their involvement in practical politics in Indonesia in 1955. This article was written using the historical method which consists of several stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. In this article, it can be concluded that there are political and economic relations between trade unions and various political elements, especially with political parties. The relationship between the two has different interests where labor unions have economic interests in order to get a living wage, health insurance and oppose arbitrary actions by employers.
