The study also investigated the mediating role of justice perceptions in these relationships. Data were collected from 353 respondents by using self-administered questionnaires from tanners sector of Pakistan. Data were analyzed through Structure equation modeling and test the hypothesized relationships. Quantitative results showed the existence of Machiavellian leadership that lead to CWB in tanners sector. Justice perceptions mediate the relationship between Machiavellian leadership and CWB. Tanneries should conduct different training sessions to reduce the effect of Machiavellian leadership behavior in workplace to reduce the counterproductive work behavior. Hence, organizations consider this marketing technique as an opportunity to boost their marketing efforts and to influence customers to make purchases. However, still there is vague understanding in the contemporary literature that how such marketing activities lead consumers’ perception toward buying behavior or to make purchase and repurchase. The idea behind the study is to identify that how unsolicited SMS marketing create consumer perception to purchase certain products and how this perception affect consumer buying behavior. For that purpose, we distributed 500 questionnaire to a random sample of those consumers who make extensive usage of smartphones. Although we used PLS-SEM to analyze the relationship of independent and dependent variables. Our findings suggest that unsolicited SMS marketing is a fundamental technique and has positive and significant impact on consumer perception to make a purchase of certain goods. However, once a consumer perceive that he/she will make this purchase then it will ultimately lead the consumer to reflect buying behavior and to make that purchase. The above said sector is selected as population of the current research. By using the simple random sampling technique, different branches of private banks and public banks are selected as a sample. 150 questionnaires were distributed to top managers and middle managers. 110 questionnaires were filled by employees and used for analysis. The overall response rate was 73.33%. Different statistical techniques i.e. Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and reliability analysis are applied on collected data. The results of Pearson’s correlation analysis shows that there is positive relationship between organizational learning (OL), transformational leadership (TL) knowledge sharing (KS). Moreover, regression analysis’s results describe that organizational learning is solid forecaster of knowledge sharing as compare to transformational leadership. From the managerial point of view, the results give clear hint to Pakistan’s banking sector must understand the significance of organizational learning, transformational leadership for the purpose of knowledge sharing. As a result they experienced high level of stress which has drastically impact on their emotional and cognitive state. The focus of the study to investigate the factors affecting academic stress and adolescent distress: the experiences of 12th grade students of Lahore city. In this study quantitative method was used and data was collected through survey. In the survey the problem was assessed with the use of scales that measured factors of educational stress, depression and anxiety for adolescent. The population of the study was comprised of 193 private and government colleges of Lahore city. Convenient sampling was used and the sample was consisted of 10 colleges of Lahore city in out of were 6 government and 4 were private colleges. The study was conducted 335 12th grade students. The data was analyzed by independent t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson r. These results showed that workload, worry about grades, and perception towards examination system and self-aspiration are the main factors of academic stress and also found that significance mean difference of depression and anxiety of female and male students. In Pakistan, however, this policy of import and export economy often led to an unsymmetrical export portfolio resulting in the trade balance deficit. This study aims at measuring the export competitiveness of minerals in Pakistan, and the data were obtained from international trade center (ITC). Hence, a set of revealed comparative advantage (RCA) indices were employed to examine the comparative and competitive advantage of mineral sector of Pakistan for the peiod2003-2018. The results show that Pakistan had a comparative advantage in the minerals exporting sector during 2004 to 2018, while comparative disadvantage in 2003. The Present study uses Industrial value added in its place of economic growth for EKC in case of Pakistan as the industrial sector is considered the key cause of carbon dioxide (CO2) emission. Besides that study used Population density, Nuclear energy, Households Final consumption expenditure and trade openness as independent variables. Empirical findings come out with U shaped EKC instead of Inverted U shape EKC in incident of Pakistan in short and in long run. This is because of consumption of modern technology and Nuclear energy consumption in Industrialization, i.e evident with negative association of Nuclear energy with carbon emission in short and in long run in Pakistan. Households Final consumption expenditure also shows significant and negative association, as income increases people use more advanced home appliances so carbon emission decreased. Being the most densed populated country of the world Population density is the significant contributor of carbon emission in case of Pakistan. Quantitative research approach using the technology acceptance model drawn from the theory of reasoned action as theoretical framework has been used for this research. The direct effect of the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness with comparative moderations of Islamicity of the product and religiosity on the adoption of Islamic banking using the SEM approach. Measures of the study were collected from a sample of 300 Islamic bank customers on a structured questionnaire adopted from the earlier studies. The results of the study revealed that the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness directly proportionate to the adoption of Islamic banking base of pyramid market of Pakistan. The comparative moderating statistical computation analysis attested significant moderation of Islamicity of the product than the religiosity. The respondents of this research study were selected who have at least used the Islamic Banking once, thus, the response of the customers may be based on the one key element, association, social influence and or perceptions. The study is cross-sectional in the BOP market of Islamic financial system; therefore, results, interpretations and conclusion may not be generalized in other financial systems and settings. Islamicity of product and religiosity were found to have a significant influence in moderating the adoption of Islamic financial inclusions in the BOP. The highest r2 value of Islamicity of product in strengthening the adoption of Islamic Bank-Customers should be focused. The potential customers must be explained about the just-based features of Islamic Banks with comparative analysis of line of differences with that of the conventional banks.
