DMT (Data Mining Technology) mainly includes three elements: the first is the method element, which is the link and bridge between the other two elements; the second is the condition element, which is the object of the first element; the last is the basic element, which is the realistic basis of the other two elements. In order to explore the effect of DMT in investigation, with the consent of relevant departments, we selected a public security organ as the experimental investigation object. The final experimental results show that the participation rate of DMT in public security investigation is higher and higher, and the final rate is as high as 95%. Its development in the field of surgery is still in the initial stage of exploration. But with the development of machine deep learning, it is necessary for surgeons and data experts to strengthen interdisciplinary cross-disciplinary cooperation in order to promote the progress of AI in the field of surgical operation, and finally realize AI driven automatic robot for surgical operation. This process is long and hard, which requires a long time of effort from surgeons and data experts, and steadily promote the development of artificial intelligence, so as to achieve achievements. Many clinical operations require anesthesia, local anesthesia or general anesthesia. Artificial anesthesia can not control the dose and concentration of drugs accurately, which leads to the prolonged recovery time of patients and affects physiological function. In addition, the related research confirmed that target controlled intravenous anesthesia can effectively maintain the plasma drug concentration during operation, achieve the ideal anesthesia depth and reduce the stress response of operation. This paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence technology and target controlled infusion in clinical anesthesia. With the aid of the big data learning function of artificial intelligence, the paper analyzes the combination of body indexes of each patient and data of database, and summarizes the anesthesia infusion scheme for each patient. 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendicitis in a third class hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 42 patients in each group. The ratio of the number of men and women in the control group was 21:21, the age was between 18 and 55 years old; the ratio of the number of men and women in the control group was 21:21, and the age was between 18 and 55 years. The research on the decoupling relationship between urban traffic carbon emission and economic growth has great theoretical and practical value for building a low-carbon transportation system with coordinated social and economic development. Based on Tapio Decoupling index, this paper constructs a decoupling index model of urban traffic carbon emission to analyze the decoupling state of urban traffic carbon emission and urban economic development in China. In this paper, the buried flushing carbon steel pipeline with external corrosion defect was taken as the research object, considering the nonlinear characteristic of pipe-soil contact, and the nonlinear variation of soil temperatures changed with buried depth, the finite element model of pipeline was established with solid element. Then, the corroded pipeline subjected the multiple loads of gravity, internal pressure, temperature difference and soil force, the key part of which strength was calculated. Meanwhile, how the ambient temperature, relative corrosion depth and operating pressure influenced on pipeline strength were discussed respectively. By automatically adjusting the temperature, pH, pressure and other environmental factors in the tank, the heat-resistant anaerobic fermentation bacteria in the fermenter are in a suitable growth environment, and the efficiency and quality of methane production by anaerobic fermentation bacteria are improved. The intelligent system can complete all the work such as feeding, adjusting environmental parameters in the tank, stirring, collecting and monitoring methane production, and removing primary reactants. It can automatically identify various parameters in the tank from the whole process of feeding to discharging. Display and save the data, report the abnormal situation in time and take the corresponding processing procedures. Therefore, the temporary support system of ultra-light large-span covered beam with cantilever is designed. The dead load of cantilever-truss is 15 tons, the cantilever is 9.5 meters, and it can bear the temporary load of 480 tons of cover beam construction. The engineering practice shows that the ultra-light large-span covered beam with cantilever reduces the requirements for traditional technology on temporary measures of material input, lifting machinery and operators.
