Intelligent File Management System Based on Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

For the purpose to solve the disadvantages of traditional manual file management, this paper proposes a novel intelligent file management system based on artificial intelligence. The system combines the artificial intelligence technology, from the current background of the times and social needs, to achieve a unified specification of the file management process. In addition, the system also has the functions of character recognition, intelligent workflow management, intelligent electronic form management, micro service and format conversion. The results show that the system improves the intelligence and availability of file management.
