Light Gradient Booster Algorithm per sample size of 10 and Isolation Forest (IF) with sample size of 10 was repeated for identifying the accuracy percentage of credit card fraudulent transactions. The sigmoid function used in the Light Gradient Booster Algorithm maps the values between 0 and 1. Light Gradient Booster Algorithm has better accuracy (91.6%) when compared to Isolation Forest (81.8%). There is a statistical significant difference between Light Gradient Booster Algorithm and Isolation Forest with p=0.0001 (p<0.05) based on 2-tailed analysis. The positive outcome of the pandemic-induced lockdowns is that it has made men realize their own culinary potentials and strengthened their cooking skills. Hence in this paper, I have analyzed the culinary trends of males from both rural and urban areas of India before the lockdown, during the lockdown and, whether these trends might change post the work from home/online education phase ends. Data was collected by 250 males filling up the 16-item online survey form. I have also built a prediction model that predicts if males would continue to cook post the work-from-home/online education phase ends based on a range of factors. Algorithms namely - KNN, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Booster, SVM, and Stacking Classifier were utilized. The highest accuracy obtained was 93.845% by using the Random Forest technique. Sentimental analysis was also performed on the reviews collected about their cooking experience during the lockdown. The findings after performing the sentimental analysis revealed that there were a larger number of positive reviews, which might imply that males loved their experience of acquiring or honing their culinary talents, and that cooking might have become a passion for them. As a practical outcome of this research study, I created a recipe recommendation system, as the findings of this study revealed that males desired to try cooking new dishes. This is challenging because the caption of an Instagram post is not a simple description of the image but it contains some abstract features like jokes, sarcasm, references, etc. There has been a lot of work on image captioning but there is hard work on captioning social media posts. So, I propose a deep learning model that uses an amalgamation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). The first major task was to get a dataset but there is no such popular dataset available. The option to scrap Instagram was explored but turns out scraping Instagram is prohibited, luckily, I was able to get a dataset available on Kaggle containing 35,000 records but due to computation limitations, I used 5000 images and captions for training. Eventually, the trained model was not very accurate due to fewer numbers of epochs i.e 20, small training dataset and majorly because of the low-quality dataset. Usage of hot water is incorporated in bathing during winters, washing oily utensils, fulfilling beauty needs at salon, commercial swimming pools and so on. Many individuals leave their water geyser switched on all the time. This results in a significant amount of electrical waste which leads to increased electricity bills. To substantiate the public's demand, the challenge is to make the mechanism more efficient in terms of saving water and electricity and less costly. Therefore, it is required to switch off the geyser once the desired temperature and quantity of water is reached. This paper presents a device for controlling a hot water geyser with an inbuilt time selection unit, comprising a level selection switch to set the temperature corresponding to a time interval and water level. The water holding tank contains a heating element with a controller operatively coupled to the time selection unit to operate as per the set parameters for hot water.
