Nazarovets","doi":"10.1109/PICST47496.2019.9061219","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/PICST47496.2019.9061219","url":null,"abstract":"The analysis of national normative and technical requirements of the lightning protection systems shows the necessity of additional protecting measures from the direct strike of lightning or voltage induction by a remote discharge by determining protective devices choice and charts of their settings. The protection of information and communication systems and their electronic devices components is particularly dependent on the thunderstorms in the environment. Methods of calculation and protecting schemes from impulsive overvoltage recommended by international standards of IEC, are more hard and reliable. Therefore, it is proposed to apply in the circuits of protection against impulse overvoltage means of measurements. The proposed means for measuring control detects and fixes impulse deviations from sinusoidal form of network voltage. On this basis the application schemes of control devices for impulsive overvoltage are complemented, that substantially reduces the risk of fires and electronic device damage from thunderstorm origin. An effective approach to organizing of the estimations of experts group is to collectively discuss individual opinions or select groups of the most qualified reputable experts to obtain ratings. Determined feasibility of constructing quality estimation criteria for each expert based on modified interval method of expert evaluation. The formulated criterion is based on the consistency of the expert's interval estimation with two important indicators: the initial given interval estimation of the customer and the interval estimation of the end user. The unitary transformation of extended data matrix obtained after SSA technique or corresponding covariance matrix is used. Such transformation reduces the computational load and improves the performance of subspace-based techniques used with SSA approach. This performance improvement is due to the so-called forward–backward averaging effect. The reduction of computational load is mainly due to the fact that the real-valued eigendecomposition instead of complex one is performed. The analytical design method for the transient mode of the stepped speed control system of the conveyor line was developed. The partial differential equation was used in constructing the conveyor line model. The description of the production system is fulfilled in the single step approximation. A decision was obtained which determines the state of the parameters of the production line for a technological position specified as a function of time. Has been determined the length of the transition period during which the initial condition for the distribution of labor objects along the conveyor affects the parameters of the state of the conveyor line. The method for calculating the current parameters of a conveyor line with the use of partial differential equations allows the design of control systems for production lines of conveyor type for transient modes. Currently, a wide range of people doing business uses such systems. For rational use of time in carrying out planning or responsible negotiations, many modern companies use mind maps. Mind maps are a display of an effective way to think, remember, solve creative tasks and an opportunity to present and visually express the internal processes of information processing. However, the process of mind maps creating is not sufficiently automated; it requires special software and some time. Thus, the creation of memory cards requires a certain amount of human resources and in the case of an active discussion or speech, the actual memory card will be somewhat behind in time. Implementation of the infocommunication system proposed in the article will allow automating the process of speech to mind map conversion. In this paper, we propose a new steganography framework to hide a 24 bits color image inside digital images, where the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is employed to reduce the amount of data representing secret image, and later, this new information is embedded into the middle-frequency DCT coefficients of the cover image, using the Quantization Index Modulation Dither-Modulation (QIM-DM). However, the traditional approach to image histogram equalization has a number of disadvantages, which significantly limit the possibilities of its use for images enhancement in automatic mode. In this paper, we propose a new technique of image intensity transformation based on equalizing the bivariate probability density of brightness. This approach provides effective image enhancement without the appearance of unwanted artifacts. A generalized description for intensity transformation based on equalizing the joint bivariate brightness distribution is presented. The relationship between the proposed generalized description and the traditional definition of histogram equalization is shown.
