Abstract

The problem of assessing the level of objectivity and qualification of experts in the project evaluations submitted by them according to the given criteria was investigated in the article. An effective approach to organizing of the estimations of experts group is to collectively discuss individual opinions or select groups of the most qualified reputable experts to obtain ratings. Determined feasibility of constructing quality estimation criteria for each expert based on modified interval method of expert evaluation. The formulated criterion is based on the consistency of the expert's interval estimation with two important indicators: the initial given interval estimation of the customer and the interval estimation of the end user. The article represents screen forms of the developed program system of expert evaluation, which allow the project manager to clearly trace the stages of the process of estimation: from entering the project name and criteria of its evaluation to the result of consistency of expert assessments.
