Confocal microscopy data indicate the ability of nanoparticles at a concentration of 0.87 and 1.3 g / L to visualize the cells of tumor and those of healthy bone marrow; however, the intensity of their accumulation in myelokaryocytes was significantly lower than in Ehrlich carcinoma cells. It was shown that nanoparticles in both concentrations had the ability to inhibit the functional potential of both transformed and hematopoietic stem cells, but in the latter this was observed to a much lesser extent. Sequential extraction of the synthesis fragments on each stage of the nanoshells preparation allowed us to obtain a series of nanostructures, each one with its own unique geometrical and optical properties. Nanostructures that were isolated on the initial synthesis stages are mostly bimetallic spherical formations, which transform into solid nanoshells on the last stage of the reaction and further into spheroidal assemblies of separate nanostructures. The dependence of intrinsic stress on the bias potential is determined at different deposition temperatures for the cases of constant and pulse potentials. It is shown that in both cases considered, the stresses decrease with the increase in the deposition temperature. The influence of the filling parameter in the mode of pulse potential on the behavior of intrinsic stresses at different bias potentials is investigated. The results of calculation the sputtering coefficients of the DLC depending on the potential at different angles of incidence of ions are presented. Selective laser melting (SLM) is used to produce scaffold materials with ameliorated topology to meet the requirements of the load-bearing function of a bone tissue. Both macro- and micro levels were considered to achieve these goals. Mineralization of the implant surfaces improves cell attachment and spreading. Treatment of Ti6Al4V implant with sodium hydroxide resulted in a titanate surface layer with well-developed nanostructure. The filtration efficiency was investigated by two indicators: the PFE with a diameter of 2.5 $mu$m (PM2.5), BFE in accordance with GOST R 58396-2019 for three-layer combinations of nonwovens, the inner layer of which had a modified coating. The chemistry of the reaction of silver obtaining by the reduction reaction with polyvinylpyrrolidone has been proposed. The mechanism of chemical reaction of silver nanoparticles obtaining in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone has been proposed. The formation of silver nanoparticles was confirmed by UV spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The effect of temperature, ratio and reagents concentration on the kinetics of silver ions reduction has been established. Particles with a smaller diameter are formed in the case of the use of PVP with a higher molecular weight. Silver-containing composites in the form of porous blocks and films were synthesized and their antibacterial and antifungal properties were investigated. The substrate electrostatic model in the electric field demonstrates the potential modulation in the cross section lets to charge the fiber tops increasing thereby the Q1D-SE potential well. The surface electrons motion satisfies the quantization condition in view both the temperature and the electron relaxation time. Lower of some temperature the conductivity is a steps-like and it differential is a peaks-like simile to the electron states density with the peak distance according energy spectrum. It has been shown that the use of electrolytes of various complexes compositions makes it possible to vary the amount of rhenium in the coatings over a wide range (12 – 59 at.%). Ternary CoWRe alloys contain 4 – 9 at.% of tungsten, and they are deposited with higher current efficiency (up to 86%) than binary alloys. One of the promising types of such sources can be a source utilizing an array of synchronized antiferromagnetic (AFM) spin Hall oscillators (SHOs). In this paper we theoretically and numerically study electrodynamic properties of a TF source based on a high-quality dielectric resonator with embedded current-biased mutually synchronized AFM SHOs, where an AFM layer of each SHO is made of a canted AFM with non-zero net magnetization. Since the location of AFM SHOs inside the resonator has influence on the excitation conditions of resonator’s oscillation modes, we study an impact of AFM SHO array spatial configuration on the performance of considered TF source and find optimum spatial configuration of the SHOs array for different excited E- and H-modes.
