Accident conditions, involving patients and hospitals, were required in the new data model. One of crucial things to decrease their damage or even deaths from road traffic injuries is the coordination among government agencies from all sectors in the Ministry of Public Health. Moreover, it is also necessary to link data from various sources for prompt monitor and control. In this research, data from 4 different sources under the Ministry of Public Health were collected and analyzed. Subsequently, the new dataset with mapped structure and standard was created. Data obtained were utilized for analyzing and mining on the relationship of data, and later presented via the web application. The results revealed that these data were all in different standards or formats. Some variables were stored either in the same standard but different formats, or the different standards but same format. Moreover, data from these different sources were required to transform before mapping into the linkage. Some variables must be complied with the international standard such as ISO or IEC5218. Moreover, using the web application with a new dataset was easier to manage, monitor, and track accident data. For example, graph on accident rate, accident map and severity of accidents in different areas, cause and types of accident in each area were included.","PeriodicalId":6628,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Electrical Engineering Congress (iEECON)","volume":"26 1","pages":"1-4"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72671135","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Plasma jet reactor was simply designed by inserting a stainless steel welding rod anode inside a capillary glass tube. The anode electrode was insulated by a plastic insulator, excepting the anode tip, for Joule loss reduction, and plasma generating localization. At a sufficient high supplied voltage, the plasma was initially generated at the tip of the anode rod, and expanded along the air bubble shape. The supplied voltage and the shape of air bubble injected in the water had influenced on the shape of air plasma. The mobile robot is used for transporting of raw materials or goods between different locations. Human following robot, which is the one of mobile robot type, is used for tracking target by detection through attached the device such as sensor or camera. Then, the information is sent to the PC or laptop to command the robot movement. However, the large size and high weight of PC or laptop affect the performance of robot movement. In this work, Raspberry Pi is used as processor instead of PC or laptop to control the human following robot by receiving the information from HD webcam. HD webcam is used to tracking colors, which are on the human target. The tracking colors, which are red, blue, and green, are depended on the program setting. OpenCV library is used to connect between HD webcam and Raspberry Pi and enhance the performance of the library working and processor of the Raspberry Pi. Afterwards, human following robot is used to track the human target in various movements with a space between human target and human following robot.
