In this paper, we evaluate some of the invariant orthogonal moments, including Zernike moment (ZM), pseudo-Zernike moment (PZM), and Polar Harmonic Transform (PHT), which are all computed in a circular domain. The performance of invariance and image representation ability are evaluated.","PeriodicalId":6408,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Environmental Science and Information Application Technology","volume":"36 1","pages":"394-397"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74043369","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different time scales of regional features of warm extremes are performed using rotated empirical orthogonal function (REOF) analysis and time scale departure methods. Clearly, significant differences are found in multi-scale of warm extremes. Significant increasing linear trends are detected in Northeast China, Inner Mongolia, northwestern part of Xinjiang, and southwestern China. However, in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, southern China and lower reaches of Yellow River basin, the linear trend is not remarkable, but the interannual pattern is the leading part, with several extreme peaks. The links with global temperature anomalies are studied, focusing in northeastern China and in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River. It is found that the extreme indices show largest correlations with temperature anomalies in the Pacific Ocean. We detect that in northeastern and inland areas, high-related regions of frequency of warm extremes and the global temperature anomalies are broader, while the high-related area is smaller in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the coastal regions.","PeriodicalId":6408,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Environmental Science and Information Application Technology","volume":"44 1","pages":"458-461"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75790454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Discovery of unexpected knowledge revealed from outliers is becoming an integral aspect of data mining. Existing works in this field fall short of the adaptability to the distributive feature of the dataset. This paper presents a novel approach for outlier detection with high efficiency and the ability to closely monitor the neighboring density characteristics around outliers. A generalized neighboring dependent outlier is defined, followed by a cell-based detection algorithm. Results of extensive experimental studies on real-world and synthetic datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm with respect to the size, the bias distributive structure of the datasets.","PeriodicalId":6408,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Environmental Science and Information Application Technology","volume":"14 1","pages":"97-102"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75815058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The suboptimal variance benchmark is calculated by the proposed iterative linear matrix inequality (ILMI) technique, taking the dynamic performance of the closed-loop system into account. Thus the resulting variance benchmark is more practical than the conventional single variance benchmark. Consequently, a modified assessing strategy is developed to evaluate the output variance and transient behavior simultaneously. Simulation examples illustrated the validity of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":6408,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Environmental Science and Information Application Technology","volume":"5 1","pages":"881-886"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-03-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90402152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The numerical computation is done by Matlab to calculate the weight of each factor. The computation value of TCC of Chinese steel industry in 2006 is 0.4192. As the revenue Gini coffeicient, now it indicates the deviation of capacity competitiveness contribution income between is bigger.
