By the TCC analysis, there are only 3 enterprises, Jiangsu steel and Baosteel and Capital steel,whose Tcc is greater than 1. And the contribution of these three enterprises are biggest. Abstract

By extending Gini coefficient in the classical economics, we put forward the concept “the steel capacity competitiveness - capacity income Gini coefficient”, namely TCC, to reveal the non-equilibrium problems.
