Lei, Gu Yi-ren","doi":"10.1109/ICBBE.2008.32","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICBBE.2008.32","url":null,"abstract":"The MyoG gene was sequenced in 63 individuals from 10 breeds (eight Chinese domestic breeds, one recently derived breed and one introduced breed) of pigs in this experiment to analyze the nucleotide sequence diversity of the MyoG gene. The following conclusions can be drawn from the experiment. In the complete sequence of the pig MyoG gene, the content of C+G base is significantly higher than that of A+T. And the high content of G and C base in the coding region caused that bias. In the coding region of the MyoG gene, the G and C base are abundant at the 1st and the 3rd site of the codon, especially at the 3rd site. The high content of G and C base is beneficial for the stability of the MyoG gene. Generally speaking, the MyoG gene is very conservative, the composition and construction of the coding region are very stability, but mutations can be found in noncoding region. Transversion happens with higher frequency than that of transition, and transition happens mainly between T and C base, transversions mainly between G and C base. In the flanking region and intronic region, the MyoG gene has relatively high nucleotide diversity. Currently these parameters are manually measured from the fetal ultrasound image, which may introduce problems of the variability and reproducibility. Here an automatic scheme is proposed to estimate fetal NT parameters. With a morphologic filtering, this scheme firstly establishes the edge map and extracts a preliminary contour by the gradient vector flow (GVF) snake. Then an algorithm based on the dynamic programming is proposed to compound the edge map and the preliminary contour to obtain the NT contour. Finally, parameters of the NT such as the NT thickness and the NT area are calculated. Xylidine Ponceau 2R was extracted by alcohol-ammonia, solid phase extraction was utilized to cleanup. The separation was performed in a XDB-C18 column, acetonitrile, 5mmol/L ammonium acetate and 0.06% triethylamine as mobile phase. A photo-diode array detector was used to detect the compositions at 504 nm. The linear range of the method was 0.1~15 mug/mL, the limit of detection was 0.02 mg/L, the relative standard deviation was 0.33-2.86% and the average recoveries were 90.66~93.89%. Application of proteomic mass spectra coupled with pattern classification techniques to discover novel biomarkers has been successfully used for the predictive diagnoses of several cancer diseases. However, the extraction of good features that can represent the identities of different classes plays the frontal critical factor for effective classification. In addition, another major problem is how to effectively handle a large number of features. This paper address these two frontal issues for MS classification. We propose a method based on graphical multivariate feature fusion and use it to offer a visual representation of high dimensional data. The graphical processing method we propose, relies on using a multilayered structure of feature fusion which produces as output of the lower dimensional representation. We implement feature fusion by combining method of feature selection and feature extraction. First, the mechanism of our AmI system and several idiographic technique issue is expounded stepwise. For providing personalized service an algorithm of face recognition based on HMM is researched and the experimental results show efficient. In this way the user can be identified by the method of face recognition, and the system with a LCS can provide personalized services. Otherwise, we adopt the wavelet analysis and template matching technique to estimate the user's basic face orientation, thus the video projector is driven to rotate toward the same direction. The result shown that the photodegradation of acetochlor followed the first-order kinetics. The photolysis rate constants were 1.04 times 10-1 min-1 by HPML illuminating and 1.93 times 10-2 h-1 under sunlight illuminating, respectively. H2O2 increased the photodegradation rate of acetochlor in water solution. At least 12 photodegradation products of acetochlor were found by GC-MS analyses. The original parameters and the angel were combined in this algorithm to solve the update with two approach of pitching and pan respectively. Considering its unique characteristics, anaerobic process was carried out before membrane bioreactor, and powdered activated carbon was added to the reactor in order to change the property of the mixed liquor. Combination of the three processes above constituted combined process of Anaerobic-PAC-SMBR, by which the reduction of pollution indexes in wastewater during each treatment unit and the property of membrane fouling in the system were studied. The results showed that under the optimum conditions the CODCr content in effluent water was approximately 120 mg/g, removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 93%, the chrominance was lower than 5 times, the turbidity was less than 30 FTU, and the suspended substance was zero. Addition of powdered activated carbon effectively altered the characteristic of the mixed liquor, and alleviated the membrane fouling, so it facilitated the cleaning of the membrane and the recover of the membrane flux. Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. 18 compounds representing 83.52% of the extractives were identified. The main and abundant constituents were 2-furancarboxaldehyde, 5-(hydroxymethyl)-(22.45%), D- mannose(19.61%), vitamin E(7.02%), 1,2,3-benzenetriol (5.95%), tributyl phosphate (3.89%), 4h-pyran-4-one, 2,3-dihydro-3,5- dihydroxy-6-methyl-(3.48%), 9,12,15 -octadecatrienoic acid, 2- [(trimethylsilyl)oxy] -1- [ [(trimethyl silyl)oxy] methyl] ethyl ester, (z,z,z)- (3.41%), 1-gala-l-ido-octose (2.95%), 1,2- benzenedicarboxylic acid, dibutyl ester(2.49%), phenol, 2,6- dimethoxy-4-(2-propenyl)- (2.12%), N-hexadecanoic acid (2.15%), 2-hexadecen-l-ol, 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-, [r-[r*,r*-(e)]]- (2.02%), 2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene, 2,6,10,15,19,23- hexamethyl- (1.70%), l-glucose(1.40%), 6-acetyl-a-d-mannose (1.02%), and so on. It is found that the concentration of VOC in Nanjing is higher in the winter than in the summer. The ratio of the concentration values in the winter case to those in the summer case is 1.24. The diurnal variation characteristics of the VOC concentrations are evident. There are two peak values at 0900 (LST) and 1700 (LST) respectively.
