Purpose: To analyze the interaction of state and non-state organizations during the war. Identify and explore the role of leaders in caring for their own employees. Methods: A content analysis of the materials of the websites of state and public organizations was carried out. Results: During the study of the materials of the sites, it was determined that the activities of many social services changed, especially non-state ones, and their interaction actively increased during the war. It was also determined that heads of public services pay little attention to the mental health of their employees. Conclusions: the conducted analysis allows us to draw conclusions that during the war the interaction of state and non-state social services increased. The problems and challenges they face in the conditions of war require a responsible and comprehensive approach to their solution, and therefore the interaction of state structures and public organizations is very important. In such difficult times, it is very important that management supports the psychological health of social workers, as their activities are very emotionally charged. Many social changes cause feelings such as uncertainty about the future, uncertainty, increased tension, a sense of insecurity. In this case, social well-being reflects the thoughts and mood of society, that is, the psychological state of people. Purpose: Check, on the basis of a survey of Ukrainian, which socio-psychological problem is the hardest to deal with after the outbreak of war. Methods: The method of analysis, the method of comparison of studies, methods of theoretical research of international organizations were used. Results: Analysis of research has shown that the worst situation is with the material component. Conclusion: Social welfare plays an important role in human life. It affects the behavior of the individual and can manifest itself in the activity or passivity of personality behavior. The study of the social well-being of various social and age groups allows us to assess changes occurring both at the social level, that is, in the public consciousness, and at the psychological level, that is, in the individual and personal State of the population. The legal acts adopted at the level of the European Union and individual member states regulate the issue of providing broader protection and legal status to citizens fleeing the war in Ukraine, granting them the right to residence and access to the European labor market. Purpose: To determine the prospects and risks of integration of temporary protection beneficiaries from Ukraine into the EU. Methods: Methods of system analysis, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical methods, graphical, abstract-logical method. Results: The integration of temporary protection beneficiaries from Ukraine into host societies may lead to irreversible emigration, loss of human capital, personnel shortages in the national labor market and create risks for the successful recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine and its economy after the end of the war. Conclusion: It is important that citizens who left Ukraine for temporary protection return and work or develop their business for the benefit of the Ukrainian economy. For this, the Ukrainian authorities need to clearly define the prospects for post-war economic recovery and civil society development, implement European standards in the social and labor sphere, and create opportunities for decent work in Ukraine. The following ukrainian researchers can be noted: Vasin M., Tkachuk Y., Vyhovsky L., Dokash V., Melnyk M., Rybachuk M., Voinalovich V. and others. The role of church as a component of civil society is growing significantly during the war due to the active social position in solving social problems. Purpose: To investigate the main areas of activity of church in solving social problems during of the war in Ukraine. Methods: Analysis of data from sociological studies conducted by the sociological service of the Razumkov Center. On the basis of the obtained data, it is possible to determine the level of trust in church in society and society's request for the activity of the church in solving social issues. Results: It is possible to note the tangible activity of the church and religious organizations in the socio-political, socio-cultural life of Ukraine. The Church manifests itself as a powerful and integral institution of civil society, capable of protecting the interests of citizens and solving their problems. Conclusion: The high authority and trust in the society towards the institution of church turned it into one of the important factors in the formation of civil society. The church can act as a factor of national and social consolidation of Ukrainian society. These goods are to be consumed by people regardless of their income. Liberalization of the market of social services forms an opportunity to organize competitive interaction between economic entities of all organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership in the process of meeting the basic needs of modern society, as well as initiates a dynamic expansion of the range of social services offered to consumers. Purpose: To analyze and evaluate the prerequisites and state of development of the social services market in Ukraine in the context of reforming the social service system. Methods: Theoretical method - to analyze the works of domestic and foreign scholars. Forecasting method - to develop forecasts for the development of the social services market and reform of the social services sector, to identify possible risks. Results: Having analyzed the reform of the social services system in Ukraine, we were able to identify the problems of creating a market for social services and highlight the main aspects of reforming this system. Conclusion: Conclusion: Thus, the results of the study confirmed the need to reform the system of social services provision by creating a market through the denationalization of the \"budgetary sphere\" and the involvement of socially oriented organizations and commercial structures. This state of affairs raises the need for the social sciences to engage in research into the barriers to attracting new donors and retaining ongoing donors. Purpose: The objective of this article is to outline the two main barriers to attracting new blood donors and retaining existing ones. The second A second aim is also to highlight the fact that no research in the domain of social sciences has so far been undertaken in Poland to reverse the declining trend in the number of donors and donations. Methods: An analysis of the literature on the subject and GUS data was used. Results: The analysis identified two key barriers that require the development of Polish adaptations of tools to empirically investigate them. Conclusion: There is an important need to focus on the issue of blood donation in Poland. Investigating all the variables behind the declining number of donors will allow the declining trend to be reversed. A lack of research into factors that strengthen the motivation to donate blood may have serious and negative consequences in the coming decades. This is particularly evident in Poland, where the psychology of love is a branch of psychology in terms of conducting research only just being developed. An important aspect that should be taken into account in the context of establishing romantic relationships is the increasingly popular phenomenon of getting to know each other via the Internet. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to draw attention to the need for the development of the psychology of love and the need for a more thorough understanding of the phenomenon of online dating from an interdisciplinary perspective. Method: The method of developing this paper was to analyze the available literature on the psychology of love and the literature on the sociological aspect of getting to know each other via the Internet. Results: The analysis made showed a glaring need to develop the psychology of love through research. Conclusion: After analyzing the available sources related to the psychology of love and getting to know each other via the Internet, one can see a clear need for a deeper understanding of the aforementioned subject matter. It is also important to note the need to develop the possibility of psychometric measurement of love, especially in Polish conditions. This law guarantees the right to education for all individuals, regardless of their disabilities, and aims to enhance their socialization and educational opportunities. However, most higher education institutions require adaptation to the individual needs of individuals with special educational needs. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to explore the conceptual foundations and identify practical problems in implementing the strategy for creating an inclusive educational environment in higher education institutions in Ukraine. Methods: We used document analysis as a method to identify the problems in the way of implementing the strategy for creating an inclusive educational environment in higher education institutions in Ukraine and ways to address them. Results: The results of the study of the conceptual foundations and implementation problems of inclusive education principles in higher education institutions in Ukraine showed an increasing number of individuals who require the creation of an inclusive educational environment, as well as practical problems with implementing these principles, including unprepared facilities, insufficient qualification of teaching staff, and a lack of adapted educational materials. Conclusion: The aim of inclusive education for individuals with special educational needs is to ensure full and equal access to education and to develop their potential, enabling them to function successfully in society. Inclusive education prevents the exclusion of such individuals from the educational process and creates an environment where everyone can freely express their ideas and needs, develop their potential, and receive support from teachers and other students. The development of the pension system is an urgent issue for many countries, including Ukraine, as demographic, economic and social conditions are changing, which affect the functioning of the pension system. Ukraine faces the need to reform its pension system due to its growing elderly population and the lack of financial stability of the pension system. In this regard, the Government of Ukraine is reforming the pension system to ensure its sustainability and efficiency. Purpose: To analyze and evaluate the development of the pension system in Ukraine in the context of its reform, and to identify problems and prospects for development. Methods: Theoretical method – to analyze the works of domestic scientists. Economic analysis method – to assess the economic efficiency of the pension system and various options for its reform, as well as to calculate the cost and financial sustainability of the pension system. Forecasting method – to develop forecasts for the development of the pension system and its reform, to identify possible risks and options for their prevention. The combination of these research methods will provide a more complete and objective study of the topic and obtain research results that will allow us to draw conclusions and recommendations for the further development of the pension system in Ukraine in the context of its reform. Results: Through the analysis of the pension system in Ukraine, we were able to identify the stages of its development, problems, and highlight the main aspects of reforming this system. Conclusion: Thus, the results of the study confirmed the theory that the pension system is indeed undergoing reform. Moreover, this reform requires time and work. We have highlighted the tips that we believe are important and will contribute to the full provision of benefits to people receiving payments from the Pension Fund. And for families who have become families of servicemen, these challenges have added to the high level of uncertainty and constant fear for the native, defending the country from the enemy on the front. Families of servicemen need psychological and social assistance, which the state itself is not prepared to provide. Today, the issue of developing and implementing a support system for families of servicemen is a priority. Purpose: to analyze organizations providing social and psychological services to families of servicemen. Methods: Method of analysis, method of thoughts comparison, method of theoretical and empirical exploring of blighty and foreign social workers were used. Results: Considering the experience of working with the US military, it should be noted that doctors talk about the causes of suicide of fighters not only because of the influence of depression or feeling of stress, but also because of constant family experiences. Therefore, the country develops a comprehensive system of support for families of servicemen. Conclusion: At the present public organizations in Ukraine actively provide psychosocial support to support military personnel and their family members. There are hotlines in the country where you can get both psychological and informational help, emotional support and crisis counseling. Having analyzed the experience of social and psychological support for families of military personnel in the USA, it is worth noting a systematic and holistic approach. There is a network of institutions, developed programs that support military families and provide services at various levels – employment assistance, educational and educational work, informational support, legal support, psychological counseling.
