As a result, the model represents lakes of all sizes, including small lakes, which are considered as the most intense sources of methane emission into the atmosphere from thermokarst lakes. The log-normal size distribution is confirmed by experimental data based on the integration of data from images of medium and high spatial resolution in the northern territories of Western Siberia. Studies of the statistical properties of the tortuosity of the coastal boundaries of the lakes using high-resolution images of Kanopus-V showed that the distribution of the the degree of tortuosity corresponds to the normal law. The statistical characteristics of the degree of tortuosity of real lakes are determined. On the basis of the heuristic approach, a method of forming model objects of arbitrary shape with a given area and degree of tortuosity in the Cartesian coordinate system has been developed. An algorithm for modeling the spatial structure of the fields of thermokarst lakes is described. The problem of consistent aligning of 3D point data is known registration task. The most popular registration algorithm is the Iterative Closest Point algorithm. Three basic problems are characteristic for the ICP algorithm: first, the convergence of the algorithm depends strongly on the choice of the initial approximation; second, the algorithm does not take into account the local shape of the surface around each point; and, third, the search for the nearest points is of high computational complexity. In this paper a new close solutions to 3D total variation regularization will be obtained and effective algorithms for restoring 3D data will be designed. The proposed approach improves the accuracy and convergence of reconstruction methods for complex and large-scale scenes. The performance and computational complexity of the proposed RGB-D Mapping algorithm in real indoor environments is discussed. It is aimed at increasing the speed of the mission execution in order to examine a physical field and detect anomalies. It should consider the limitations imposed by the physical model of the group of autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles operation. For this aim, the simulator is deigned in an integrated development environment NetBeans for Java programming language. To assess the algorithm efficiency, a computational experiment was performed using several types of real physical fields as the source data. The simulation outcomes were compared to those obtained by the tack survey method. The study shows that the proposed algorithm provides better management of a group of autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles than the wellestablished tack method of examining the physical field. The modified Grey Wolf Algorithm used in applied problems within the physical field survey proved to be beneficial and reliable. In spite of satisfactory test results, it is necessary to confirm the usage of the algorithm by real autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles. It is required to continue investigating the operation of the Grey Wolf Algorithm in a dynamically changing environment and the influence of different control functions on it. On the example of a chemical company, a simulation of the process of accounting for material costs in the processing of raw materials, where material flows are required, is considered. Using the Cobit methodology, we have established target benefits for the business, its adequacy of the business strategy: optimization of the cost of material resources, regularity and availability of material resources, ensuring the stability of the quality of raw materials. The quantitative and qualitative indicators of material flows in the processing of raw materials are analyzed. System models of business processes were developed as some dynamic and structural program models. A mathematical model has been developed to assess the efficiency of the distribution of material resources. To assess the importance of the components, an adaptive control algorithm is applied by the magnitude of the error in the feedback section. The objective function is to minimize the standard deviations of the actual values from the given values. The structure of the database will allow to inform about the results of production in different time periods and for different blocks. The goals of stock minimization, quality control and production are implemented programmatically. Software support added. The most characteristic problems for this control method are allocated. The discretization and restoring of the signal examples describing the rotation angle dependence of the manipulator joint on time are made. Real-time smoothing methods based on the calculation of the speed and acceleration of the signal change, as well as smoothing by piecewise linear interpolation with a delay of one discrete time tick are applied to the restored signal. The specificity of data used for analysis is noted, along with the array of historical and current data. The problem is stated, methods for organizing decision-making information support with set of recommendations are proposed. The proposed methodology includes collection and preparation of data for analysis, identification of new knowledge based on similarity of objects using clustering, their integration with expert knowledge, formalization of knowledge and formation of the knowledge base, obtaining solutions while making use of knowledge and inference engine. Tools for data mining, namely, the analytical platform Deductor Studio, are shown. The results of experimental studies based on the proposed method are provided. The system of production rules and the inference engine are proposed to use for organization of decision-making support. In this case, a consequent set of rules is presented in the form of recommendations for opening branch, which is shown as the boundary values of several characteristics.
