Moringa leaves contain iron which is an essential element for forming hemoglobin. This study aims to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf biscuits on the hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls. This research is quantitative field research. This research was conducted at the Hufadzul Qur'an Al Asror Islamic Boarding School in Semarang in 2021 with a sample of 37 anemic adolescent girls. The sample used the total sampling method. Data were collected through interviews and 24-hour recall. Hb level examination through the Sahli method and BMI measurement based on weight and height. Statistical analysis was Paired sample t-test and Linear Regression test. The results showed that the average hemoglobin level of adolescent girls before the intervention was 10,8 g/dl, and the average hemoglobin level after the intervention was 12,9 g/dl. After the intervention, 33 respondents did not experience anemia, and four still had anemia. The respondents' average energy, protein, and iron intake was sufficient, with an energy intake of 2139 kcal/day, protein 63,1 g/day, and iron 23,1 mg/day. Statistical results showed a significant increase in hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention (p= 0,001). This study aims to describe the validation of a nutritional literacy questionnaire (Nulit) in adolescents in post-disaster areas. Content validation was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. They involve nine panellists by calculating the content validity index (CVI) and multi-rater kappa statistics. Face validation involved ten adolescents living with their mothers in Palu during the 2018 natural disaster. The face validation, item validity, and reliability were assessed by the impact score, the correlation score of each item with the total score, and the value of Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha. The results found that the I-CVI on all items was between 0,78 - 1, which is considered very good. The validation of the questionnaire display found the statement items to be essential and appropriate in the daily life of adolescents, and the impact factor value was 3,9 - 4,3. A total of 21 items are valid; the Cronbach's alpha value is FNL= 0,73, INL= 0,70 and CNL= 0,71. One of the factors that can help optimize children's socio-emotional development is the provision of psycho-social stimulation. This study aims to determine the effect of psychosocial stimulation on the socio-emotional development of stunted children in Central Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in February 2021. One hundred children aged 3 to 5 years with stunting conditions in Central Aceh were selected as participants in this study through convenience sampling. The measuring instruments used in this study are Ages & Stages Questionnaires: Social-Emotional, Second Edition (ASQ: SE-2) to measure children's socioemotional development and The Early Childhood Home Observation for Measurement of Environment (ECHOME). The analysis uses linear regression and multiple regression. The results showed no effect on providing psycho-social stimulation on socio-emotional development in stunted children in Central Aceh (p= 0,063). Furthermore, the results showed that language stimulation affected socio-emotional development (p= 0,003). Therefore, alternatives to iron supplementation are needed to prevent iron nutritional anemia. The study aimed to assess the organoleptic acceptance and nutritional value (proximate test, Fe and Energy) of moringa brownie cake substituted with tempeh flour. The research design used a Randomized Control Trial (RCT) design with five replications. Brownies and organoleptic tests were made at the Nutrition Laboratory of the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic. Proximate, iron, and energy tests were conducted at the POLINELA Agricultural Technology Laboratory in 2021. Moringa leaves were added to the brownies. There are five treatments with different compositions in brownies, namely 100%:0 (F1), 85%:15 (F2), 75%:25 (F3), 65%:35 (F4), and 55%:45 (F5). Data processing was done organoleptically. Data analysis used the ANOVA test and DMRT test. The results showed that the best and most preferred brownie cake was in formula F3 (p= 0,007) with a 75% wheat flour ratio: 25% tempeh flour. The best brownie cake has a nutritional content of 21,08% water; 23,41% fat; 5,53% protein; 1,15% ash; 1,17% crude fiber, and 49.64% carbohydrates, Fe value of 10.2 mg, an energy value of 492 kcal/100g. In conclusion, substituting tempeh flour affects the organoleptic test of various moringa brownies. The Covid-19 pandemic has threatened to reduce exclusive breastfeeding coverage, which will impact the quality of human resources in the future. This study aims to determine the incidence rate of exclusive breastfeeding failure during the Covid-19 pandemic. Cohort study for nine months. In a fishing village, namely Dadap Village, Juntinyuat, Indramayu, West Java 2020. The population is all babies born during the study period, obtained 58 babies. Risk factor data were collected through interviews with questionnaires through home visits. Home visits were conducted six times during the observation period. The analysis was conducted by calculating the incidence rate using the formula for the number of cases of infants failing exclusive breastfeeding divided by the total number of live births during the observation period. The results showed that the incidence rate of exclusive breastfeeding failure in Dadap Village was 96,6 per 100 live births. Complementary feeding was given in formula milk in the first week (84,5%), even 79,3% of it after birth. Mothers and husbands do not know about exclusive breastfeeding (75,9%). The mother took the initiative to provide early complementary feeding with the support of her husband (63,8%). Mothers experience problems in breastfeeding (87,9%), and mothers cannot cope with the problem. Maternal factors such as height, education, occupation, antenatal visits, and nutritional status have increased stunting in urban areas. The study aims to analyze the maternal factors that influence the incidence of stunting among children aged 24-59 months in urban areas. The case-control design study was conducted in May-July 2019 in Pasuruan City. Samples of 67 cases (HAZ < -2SD) and 67 controls (HAZ > -2SD) were selected by simple random sampling. Data on children's age, gender, birth order, education, occupation, pregnancy classes, and antenatal visits were collected by interviewing respondents using a questionnaire. Data on birth weight, maternal age during pregnancy, maternal upper arm circumference during pregnancy, and maternal height were obtained from the MCH Handbook. The chi-square test and Logistic Regression were used for data analysis. The results showed that the maternal nutritional status during pregnancy was associated with the incidence of stunting in urban areas (p= 0,010). In contrast, children's age, gender, birth order, birth weight, maternal age during pregnancy, maternal height, education, occupation, pregnancy classes, and antenatal visits were not associated (p> 0,05). The incidence of stunting was 3,37 times higher in mothers with MUAC < 23,5 cm during pregnancy (OR= 3,37). The causative factors are age, excessive purine intake, obesity, alcoholic beverages, and lack of physical activity. Various efforts can be made to overcome this, including nutritional counseling and physical activity, such as gymnastics. The study aims to provide descriptive information regarding the effect of nutritional counseling on a low-purine diet and ergonomic gymnastics in reducing uric acid levels in patients with gout. Literature review research was conducted using the keywords \"Counseling, Ergonomic Exercise, Uric acid, and Gout\" on the Google Scholar search engine and other electronic databases, namely Proquest, BMC, and Cochrane review. Scientific articles are published in national and international journals that can be accessed openly, published between 2010-2020. From these results, 13 articles were selected for review. The literature review was conducted in an unsystematic narrative review. The results of the study state that providing counseling using various media can be one solution to help reduce pain and reduce one's uric acid levels, namely through counseling or nutrition counseling and ergonomic exercises. Counseling can provide insight or knowledge related to a low-purine diet, while ergonomic exercises provide the impact of physical fitness on the patient's health. It can trigger low IQ and delays in motor and skill development. Therefore, a good understanding of the factors related to children's nutrition will lead to the successful prevention of malnutrition in children under five. This research aims to analyze and synthesize data on factors related to the nutritional status of children under five. This study used a narrative review method. The literature in English was searched using the indexed databases of Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed. There were 9.129 scientific journals, and only 13 met the inclusion criteria. From the 13 journals, information was collected in the form of publication years from 2015 to 2021, journal titles, research designs, research populations, interventions, results, and most importantly, the nutrition issue in children under five. Data processing was done by collecting sentences that were relevant to the coding, reading and marking essential sentences, and compiling a framework for reviewing narratives. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by presenting data and compiling research reports. The results reveal that variables such as prelacteal feeding history, mother's education, infectious diseases suffered, and antenatal care visits were the most critical factors affecting the nutritional status of children under five. Through food technology efforts, substituting sago worm into flour is very good for developing local food biscuits. This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Functional Flour (TFL) substitution on biscuits' sensory quality and moisture content. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a one-shot group design. The TFL formulation consisted of sago worm, soybean, mung bean, and carrot. The best biscuits were selected using the weighting method on the sensory aspects of color, texture, aroma, and taste. Statistical analysis used the Kruskal-Wallis test at 95% CI. The results showed that there was no effect of TFL substitution on the sensory quality of biscuits from the aspects of color (p= 0,086), texture (p= 0,818), aroma (p= 0,126), and taste (p= 0,516). Biscuits with the best sensory quality were with 20% local flour substitution. Textural changes occurred in the biscuits during storage using plastic packaging in the second week of storage. The water content of biscuits stored in plastic packaging increased by 2,12 to 2,53%. In conclusion, TFL substitution did not affect the sensory quality of biscuits. Biscuits' sensory quality and water content can be maintained through storage in watertight containers. Unhealthy patterns and lifestyles are considered fun without regard to the negative impacts that can last a long time. This study aimed to identify the influence of online education factors on coffee addicts on DM prevention. Quantitative research using a quasi-experimental design. The sample was 450 people. The research was conducted in 6 districts, namely Aceh Besar, Banda Aceh, West Aceh, South Aceh, Lhokseumawe and East Aceh, from August 1, 2021, to October 30, 2021. The sampling technique used was the Multistage sampling method—sample calculation using SEM standards. The independent variables are online education and Shari'a video, while the dependent variable is DM prevention. Data collection using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale (1-5). Demographic data analysis used SPSS, while data analysis to test the influence between variables using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that online education through Shari'a videos could improve DM prevention. The variables tested in the development of the model, namely, online education and syar'i videos, affect DM prevention. The SEM test results obtained the GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) value at an alpha value ≤ 0,05.
