There are 15 informants who have worked abroad with 1 departure. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate: (1) The people of Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency, decided to become migrant workers because they wanted to improve their economic conditions and seek investment capital. (2) The attractiveness of becoming a TKI is due to the high salary and environmental influences. (3) The TKI's income is sufficient to make investments. (4) TKI divides their income to send it to their families and save it. (5) TKI can arrange expenses as needed. (6) their finances after working abroad are sufficient for their needs. (7) TKI understands investment. (8) TKIs have financial plans before retiring from work abroad. (9) Almost all TKI from Lembeyan have no investment barriers. The case of study in this research were the undergraduate students from all study programs of Universitas PGRI Madiun, with a sample size of 100 respondents who were randomly selected using Simple Random Sampling technique. This research used a quantitative approach to the type of causal associative research. The data analysis technique consisted of instrument tests which included validity and reliability tests; prerequisite test which included normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heterocedasticity test; and hypothesis test which included multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. This ability is used in implementation of cost management function. There are three cost management functions, namely determining costs, assisting in decision making and activating financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of cost management functions in construction companies. This research was conducted by analyzing the comparison of the cost budget with the realization in the meeting building construction work packages in the CV Pedalaman Raya Indah construction company in 2019. The results of the study concluded that the company had implemented the cost management function well. The cost management function consists of 3 things, namely determining costs, helping decision making and activating financial reporting. In determining costs, companies have been able to determine the costs appropriately. The total budget is smaller with its realization. This happens because the company's ability to determine costs appropriately and the existence of cost savings so that in its realization, the costs incurred do not exceed the budget that has been prepared. The population of this study was bags entrepreneurs in Jati subdistrict, Kudus regency by using a sampling technique that wasproportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) there is a significant effect of human resources on the development of micro small and medium enterprises of bags in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in the amount of 9.80%. (2) there is a significant effect of business capital on the development of micro small and medium enterprises of bags in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in the amount of 16.73%. (3) there is a significant effect of marketing on the development of micro small and medium enterprises of bags in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in the amount of 7.45%. The research used a quantitative approach, the data collection method was a questionnaire given to keyperson. The analysis technique uses the Process Hierarchy Analysis (AHP) technique. The conclusions of the research show that the priority scale of the main alternatives in each field in the business resource planning strategy of processed mushroom products for students of SMK Plus Umar zahid Semelo Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang are: 1) the money sector is setting aside a portion of the profit to increase business capital, 2) the material sector is to make it easier to obtain cheap raw materials, 3) the method field is to hold post-production evaluations, 4) the Man field is an increase in understanding of business resources through video media, 5) the Market field is to open market opportunities through social media, 6) the Machine field through product development which has existed. The results of the study seem to provide changes in action in cycles I, II, and III. 1) Efforts to increase awareness and strong encouragement to master the knowledge and skills that become school programs so that students participate in the learning process in class VIII-A of SMP Negeri 1 Sawahan, Madiun Regency in the 2017/2018 Academic Year through providing modules / dictates to improve initial abilities (entry behavior) of students and revising the misconceptions of awareness and a strong urge to master the knowledge and skills that became the school program in cycle II, which might cause obstacles to developing students' understanding of the concept of awareness and a strong urge to master knowledge and skills which is a school program to be studied, then the application of the learning community model through group study together or helping each other in lessons, 2) Learning Community learning model is able to improve student learning outcomes both in terms of student response aspects, teacher success student and teacher reactions, as well as environmental conditions. The studi was conducted on village heads, village heads, village officials, BPD, community with a total of 23 informants. The study was conducted in Ngale Village, Paron District, Ngawi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive study research. Data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The result showed that the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Ngale Village was quite good, evindenced by the existence of plans for the use of the budget, the implementation of the stipulated program, admisnistration, reporting of program realization, and accountability. While the general welfare of the Ngale village is prosperous, there are a number of welfare indicators that have not been maximally met, such as income, consumption, and living conditions, different from the health services. This research was using a qualitative research approach and descriptive survey methods with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was focus on active students enrolled in the even semester of the 2019 ~ 2020 academic year. Students who have and actively use gadgets are the respondents who are focused in this study. The number of students who became research respondents was 660 students. Individual Competence has two parts of the study, namely personal competence and social competence. The individual level of competence are technical skills, critical understanding, and social competence. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of Jenderal Soedirman University students regarding digital media literacy is quite high. This can be seen from: 1. As many as 94.4 percent are in the advanced category of mastery of digital media use; 2.
