Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sedarat Kecamatan Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo pada bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kader BKB berperan aktif dalam kegiatan BKB Taman Posyandu namun terdapat banyak kegiatan yang belum maksimal bahkan belum terlaksana dan sebagian kegiatan inti sudah terlaksana. Dengan metode ini mahasiswa dapat mengikuti perkuliahan dengan jalan berpikir, berkerjasama, dan melakukan kegiatan berbagi pada sesama mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah Pengantar Bisnis pada semester yang bersamaan. Namun, kenyataannya yang ada pembelajaran di kelas yang terjadi dosen sulit melakukan pengelolaaan kelas, interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa kurang optimal, hal ini dikarenakan pada umumnya dosen dalam memberi kuliah, mengajar dengan menerangkan materi dengan bergantung pada metode ceramah, sehingga mahasiswa menjadi pasif dan lebih bersifat ”teacher center”. Harapannya dengan diterapkannya metode TPS dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa dapat menemukan materi pembelajaran secara mandiri dengan dipandu oleh dosen, kemudian memecahkan masalah dengan berpikir, kemudian berpasasangan dengan teman diskusi dan kemudian berbagi, maka pembelajaran di kelas akan mendorong mahasiswa lebih aktif dan tercipta pembelajaran yang “student center” Dengan pelaksanaan penerapan Program Penugasan dosen di Sekolah yang diterapkan di Program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi pada mata kuliah Pengantar Bisnis dengan mengguna- kan metode TPS (Think-Pair-Share) pembelajaran di kelas mahasiswa lebih aktif dan penuh perhatian terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Hal ini ditandai dengan munculnya beberapa perusahaan yang baru berkembang dan menawarkan produk atau jasa yang belum pernah ditawarkan kepada pasar, yang dikenal dengan istilah startup. Pertumbuhan jumlah startup di Indonesia terjadi secara signifikan. Akan tetapi perkembangan startup lokal di Indonesia dalam awal tahap pengembangannya masih belum bersifat konsisten sehingga sebagian besar startup lokal mengalami kegagalan dan sebagian lainnya melakukan perubahan besar terhadap model bisnis yang telah dikembangkan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak manajemen kas terhadap kinerja start-up Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota HIPMI PT yang ada di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 198. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh manajemen kas terhadap kinerja start-up. This study is classified as an experimental study using the Wilcoxon signed rank test design with one group pre test post test design. Some research shows the occurrence of compulsive buying behavior, one of which is due to psychological factors. This study aims to reveal how moods, self-esteem, and attitudes about student money can influence compulsive buying behavior. The data in the study was taken through a measurement scale questionnaire on public or private students in an incidental way to 100 students in the city of Semarang, then with Warp PLS based inferential statistics. From the results of the study showed that mood, self-esteem, a positive effect on compulsive purchases, attitudes about money while negatively affecting compulsive purchases. How to collect data in this study by distributing questionnaires to class XI students of Patra Dharma High School students. To prove the hypothesis in this study by using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially family environment, peer interaction affects the learning behavior of class XI students of Patra Dharma High School Balikpapan, this is shown by looking at the value of t count 2.223> t table 1,660 for family environment variables and t count 2,946> t table 1,660 for peer interaction. This study used a Pre-Experimental Research Design The one Pretest-posttest Design group with a population of all students in class X1 Perbaungan 1 High School, amounting to 30 students. Because the population is relatively small so that samples are taken as much as 100% of the population, the number of samples in this study are 30 students (One Experimental Class). Data collection is done by using questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the walk gallery type cooperative learning model had a correlation of 0.782 in the medium category with a simple regression analysis equation Y = -12.507 +1.641X. The results of hypothesis testing with SPSS obtained tcount = 6.640 and ttable of 2.048 with a calculated value abel t table with a value of 6.640 ³2.048 with a significance value of 0.000 so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, this indicates that the influence of the gallery walk type cooperative learning model on results studying class X1 Negeri 1 Perbaungan students. The results show, (1) The implementation of family economic empowerment through the UPPKS program in Sukorejo Village runs quite well in savings and loan activities. (2) The role of UPPKS cadres in Sukorejo Village is as facilitators in conveying what their members want to the UPPKS program organizers.
