摘要

本研究旨在确定的因素包括服务,价格和产品同时部分影响消费者满意度在Mie Mandes餐厅Cokro Bangkalan。本研究采用描述性定量,分析方法采用多元线性回归分析,总体为100人,样本为50名受访者,抽样技术采用非概率性。结果表明,所有变量同时对消费者满意度和Mie Mandes Restaurant Cokro Bangkalan有影响,而部分价格是一个对消费者满意度有显著影响的变量。
