Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskritif kualitatif, tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memperoleh Hubungan Kepala Desa dengan Camat dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan. Teknik pengumpulan data, teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Hubungan Kepala Desa dengan Camat dengan indikator pengaturan berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan dalam bidang pelayanan, bidang pemberdayaan dilaksanakan dengan baik dan bidang pembangunan kurang optimal dalam belum terselesaikannya pembangunan jembatan dalam RKPDes Tahun 2020. Indikator Penataan pemerintahan pengarahan, pembinaan, fasilitasi, berjalan dengan optimal. Indikator Pemberdayaan masyarakat setempat, bidang koordinasi saling tidak berkoordinasi dalam program pelatihan, bidang pembinaan dan pengawasan, Camat tidak berkontribusi dalam program pelatihan. Akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, bidang koordinasi, terjadinya banjir bandang, bidang pembinaan dan pengawasan, adanya kekosongan jabatan sementara Kepala Desa dan Kasi Kesejahteraan Desa Tumbang Liting. Kendala Hubungan Kepala Desa dengan Camat dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan adalah kualitas sumber daya aparatur kerja Pemerintah Desa Tumbang Liting. Sehingga Kepala Desa melakukan penyimpangan kekuasaan dan perangkat desa mengalami pekerjaan merangkap, akibatnya penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa  tidak optimal dalam menjalankan Hubungan Kepala Desa dengan Camat dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan di Kabupaten Katingan. Keoptimalan Hubungan Kepala Desa dengan Camat dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan dapat dilakukannya peningkatan peran aktif Kepala Desa dan seluruh jajaran aparatur kerja Pemerintah Desa Tumbang Liting untuk mengetahui lebih jauh terhadap bentuk keteraturan yang mengatur terhadap uraian tugas dan fungsi. Sedangkan anggaran untuk program pengawasan pelayanan publik tahun 2020 lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019 dengan selisih Rp.449.776.000,00. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya penurunan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan anggaran belanja program pengawasan pelayanan publik pada Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Sumatera Selatan tahun 2020. Teori yang digunakan adalah konsep yang dikemukakan oleh Mahmudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebab terjadinya penurunan efektivitas dalam pelaksanaan anggaran belanja program pengawasan pelayanan publik pada Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Sumatera Selatan tahun 2020 adalah adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ruang gerak untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan pengawasan terbatas, kurangnya sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia yang ada. The conflict has been seen as a natural process in community life with the cultural, religious, and ideological elements involved. The conflict in 1999 between Madura and Malay in Sambas regency happened sporadically and formed into violence. The conflict is constructed as negativity and an unwanted event. Theorists see that conflict can be understood as both a positive and a negative thing. Johan Galtung is one of the theorists who see a conflict with multidisciplinary analysis. He introduced the violence concept in three dimensions: structural violence, direct violence, and cultural violence. People's gold mining activities in Tewah District, Gunung Mas Regency are carried out by the community on the basis of economic pressure which is increasingly difficult to fulfill, so that many people mine gold illegally without following the applicable rules. Problem formulation: 1) How is the Implementation of the Gold Mining Control Policy in Tewah District, Gunung Mas Regency? 2) What is the Impact of the Gold MiningControl Policy in Tewah District, Gunung Mas Regency? 3) What factors are the obstacles in implementing the Gold Mining Control Policy in Tewah District, Gunung Mas Regency? Penelitian ini berfokus pada kawasan Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Hutan Lindung (PDASHL). Bidang ini mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kebijakan di bidang peningkatan daya dukung daerah aliran sungai dan hutan lindung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan wawancara semi terstruktur untuk memperoleh data. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis gaya kepemimpinan pada organisasi pemerintah daerah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua orang yang bekerja di Daerah Aliran Sungai dan Pengelolaan Hutan Lindung (PDASHL). Alliances have been formed because of the ongoing conflict. Starting from the conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union, it also resulted in the splitting of the Korean peninsula into two parts with different ideologies, namely South Korea with the United States of America and North Korea with the Soviet Union. The purpose of this research is to provide a descriptive explanation so that readers can add insight. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods and descriptive explanations as well as data collection through literature sources. The literature review in this study contains the theoretical concepts contained in the research, namely alliances, security dilemmas, and missiles. The framework explains that the United States and South Korea are in an alliance because of security issues that continue to this day. The conclusion of this study is that the United States-South Korea alliance handles the North Korean issue of SLBM (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missiles) to be able to refrain from North Korean provocations. This is indicated by the high number of abstentions, abstentions are present as a form of public apathy in Indonesian politics. The low level of public political participation is influenced by various factors, one of which is the lack of public political awareness. The General Election Commission (KPU) exists as an institution that can raise public political awareness with its role as an agent of political socialization and education. In addition, the role of the KPU in providing simulations and accessibility makes it easier for the public to participate in using their voices in the Pilkada. The type of research carried out is descriptive research because in this study a description of the role of the KPU in increasing political participation and minimizing abstentions. This research uses the literature study method. The data collection technique is done through secondary data with observations and analysis of various related studies in the form of relevant scientific articles. The results show that the KPU holds a very important role in increasing public political participation in the Pilkada and acts as an agent that minimizes the abstention chain that is carried out by the community as a form of apathy. After that, this study was strengthened from secondary data obtained from written sources. Using discourse analysis based on functional theories of language, this study has demonstrated the purpose of using Siliwangi discourse in every socio-cultural context. This became an important basis for the production of more relevant Siliwangi discourse. Analysis of Siliwangi's discourse shows three discourse orders. First about the debate whether the figure of Siliwangi exists, who, and what he has done. Second, regarding the process of production, distribution, and consumption of Siliwangi discourse for the purpose of regent authority in the Dutch East Indies Colonial period. Third, linking to compassion, penance, penance, and parenting, becomes a concept used for various purposes assuming as local wisdom. Based on these findings, this paper wants to show the distinctive character of Siliwangi discourse in the socio-political context of Priangan.
