Errors in answering questions can be used as clues to determine the student's mastery of material. This study aims to determine student errors in solving problems in the Human Anatomy & Physiology course. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection method used is the test method. The subjects in this study were biology education students in semester V of the Nineteenth November University Kolaka Academic Year 2019/2020 who took Human Anatomy and Physiology courses. The instrument used in this study was the UAS test questions in the Human Anatomy & Physiology course. The results of the analysis showed that the most difficult questions for students to understand were questions on the function of the eye parts where the points obtained by nine students were only 2 points with the percentage of correct answers only 2%. While the questions on autoimmune disease material got the most correct percentage of answers where the number of points was nine students, namely 31 with a percentage of 34%. This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match type of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes. The experimental research method used is the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of class VII students was 253 students and the sample of class VIID and class VIIH was 54 students. Data collection using learning outcomes tests. Analyzed using t-test, assisted by SPSS For Windows version 23. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount 8,194> 2,00665 ttable at 0,000 significance or less than 0.05, indicating that there are differences in student learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes. It is shown by increasing students' understanding of the digestive system material, students look very enthusiastic in learning, have curiosity, and dare to express opinions during the learning process. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2018/2019 di SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA sebanyak 140 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel Cluster Random Sampling. Kelas yang digunakan sebanyak 4 kelas, dua kelas yang diajarkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran investigasi kelompok berbasis sigil metode diskusi kelompok dan dua kelas diajarkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran investigasi kelompok berbasis sigil metode ceramah. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar biologi dan kuesioner motivasi belajar siswa. Uji normalitas data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov Smirnov, hasilnya adalah Dmax < Dtabel artinya semua data berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett yaitu X2hitung sebesar 2,02 dan  X2tabel  sebesar 7,81 ,karena X2hitunglebih kecil dari nilai X2tabel  maka semua sampel berasal dari populasi yang mempunyai variansi homogen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan anava dua jalan. The type of this research is Research Development (Research and Development). The development of focusky-based module uses the Research and Development (R & D) method with the 4 D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Dessiminate). This research starts from the define stage where at this stage identification of material concepts that must be contained in focusky-based module. Furthermore  design the focusky-based module. After focusky-based module has been designed and created, the development stage is carried out, namely product validation by experts and product testing in the lecture process. The results showed that the validity of the material experts was in valid criteria with the percentage of paracytology modules of 89%, the results of validity by media experts were in valid criteria with the percentage of learning media as much as 88,25%. Keefektifan Keefektifan tersebut diteliti dari hasil beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan meta analisis yaitu mengkaji sejumlah jurnal penelitian dalam masalah sejenis yang diambil secara purposive berdasarkan kesesuaiannya dengan tema penelitian. Kajian jurnal yang digunakan berasal dari basis data google scholar sebanyak 35 jurnal dalam kisaran enam tahun terakhir (2018-2012). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan melalui kuasi eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Data mengenai penerimaan konsep evolusi diukur menggunakan instrumen MATE (Measure of Acceptance of The Theory of Evolution); sementara pemahaman konsep evolusi diukur dengan menggunakan tes pemahaman konsep dalam bentuk multiple choise. Data berupa penerimaan dan pemahaman konsep evolusi pada saat pretest dan postest kemudian diuji statistik menggunakan analisis kovarian (anakova) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu produk sangat valid, sangat praktis, reliabel, dan efektif dalam mengukur dan melatih HOTS. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi, mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, serta menentukan metode dan media pembelajaran materi Plantae. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop. Luaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran materi Plantae meliputi RPP, LKS, instrumen penilaian, bahan ajar, kunci identifikasi, dan foto herbarium basah dan kering. Penelitian tentang hubungan kemampuan metakognisi siswa dengan hasil belajar IPA telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan metakognisi siswa dengan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah di SMPN 2 Kuripan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive, dan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 41 siswa. Pengambilan data tentang kemampuan metakognisi siswa  menggunakan Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI) dan hasil belajar IPA menggunakan soal pilihan ganda. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan metakognisi dengan rata-rata 0,11 untuk kelas VIII A dan 0,23 untuk kelas VIII E serta terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan metakognisi siswa dengan hasil belajar IPA. Melihat adanya fasilitas laboratorium komputer yang memadai maka dapat dilakukan penelitian pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis adobe flash CS6. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif, menguji kelayakan multimedia interaktif, menguji kepraktisan multimedia interaktif, dan menguji keefektifan multimedia interaktif berbasis adobe flash CS6. Metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model Lee & Owens. Uji coba dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi, ahli media, praktisi lapangan dan uji coba. Implementasi dilakukan kepada 21 siswa SMA Nasional Malang.
