Tindakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus . Setiap siklus  terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan,  observasi, dan refleksi. subjek penelitian perbaikan pembelajaran ini adalah anak – anak  SDN Karang Satria 05 Kecamatan Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan  cara yaitu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal  mulai dari pra-penelitian sampai siklus 2 yaitu sebesar 86% Berdasarkan kesepakatan peneliti bersama kolaborator keberhasilan tindakan dapat terjadi jika ada peningkatan Kemampuan Peserta Didik dalam Mendeskripsikan Hubungan antara Ciri Khusus Mahluk Hidup terhadap Lingkungan Hidupnya mencapai 71% Pada penelitian ini, peningkatan Hasil Belajar dan Kemampuan Mendeskripsikan Hubungan antara Ciri Khusus Mahluk Hidup terhadap Lingkungan Hidupnya sudah berhasil melampaui 71%. (1) the test to find out the feasibility of integrated SCIENCE practical guidebook on Class VII semester has developed an odd fit standard BSNP. (2) to find out the opinions of teachers and professors against the practical guidebook on integrated SCIENCE Class VII semester has developed an odd fit standard BSNP. The entire sample is selected by means of purposive sampling. Samples are defined in this study (1) Professor of biology, physics and chemistry University of Muhammadiyah South Tapanuli S2 education criteria amounted to 3 people. (2) integrated SCIENCE teachers in district of South Labuhan Batu Regency Torgamba from some schools with Undergraduate education criteria. The results of the deliberations of the research (1) to the average value of all aspects of the standard of eligibility based on the criteria of 4.30 BSNP is validitasnya { very valid and do not need revision (very decent)}. (2) the standard eligibility content was of 297 as well as an average rating of 4.30 by respondents lecturer and 613 and the average rating of 4.44 by the respondent teachers IPA. The standard language is the feasibility of 193 and an average rating of 4.29 by the respondents to the lecturer and 356 and the average value of 3.96 by respondents to the teachers of the IPA. The eligibility standards of presentation is of 206 as well as an average rating of 4.43 by respondents lecturer and 415 and the average rating of 4.32 by respondents to the teachers of the IPA. This study uses a survey method. The study population was all seventh grade junior high school students. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling with a sample of 25 students. Students' cooperative skills are measured in classroom observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that of 36 students there are 0% of students who have very low collaboration skills, 0% of students who have low cooperative skills, 0% of students who have moderate cooperation skills, 72% of students who have high cooperative skills, and 28% of students who have very high cooperation skills. This study aims to determine how much misconceptions and identify the factors that cause misconceptions students of class XI against biological materials in SMA as Langsa. This research was conducted in SMA as Langsa. The population in this study were all students of class XI Science SMAN as  Langsa.  Sampling  technique  in  this  study  conducted  stratified  random sampling, so the sample used was 210 students. This study used research instrument in the form of two-dimensional diagnostic tests, questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the percentage of students' misconceptions of the material in high school biology class XI as Langsa State is 21%. This correlation study was conducted at Senior high schools in district Medan, North Sumatra Indonesia at 2013 academic year. Research instruments consist of metacognitive knowledge, metacognitive skill, critical thinking, parents’ and teachers’ guidance, and student perception of sexual behaviour that had been tested for validation, reliability, differential index and difficulty level. Data were analyzed through applied correlation analysis by using SPSS 21.0 for windows. Metode dalam pengembangan buku ajar ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin Peck (1988) yang terdiri dari tiga fase yakni (1) fase analisis kebutuhan (need assessment), (2) fase desain (design), dan  (3) fase pengembangan dan implementasi (develop/implement). Tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk, pembuatan produk berupa buku ajar, dan validasi produk. Model pengembangan ini berorientasi pada produk. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dan wawancara, selanjutnya data dianalisis sesara deskriptif dari hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan uji perorangan (uji keterbacaan) pada mahaiswa dalam skala besar. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan skor sebesar 96,66%, validasi ahli media memiliki skor sebesar 97,25%, dan validasi perorangan (uji keterbacaan) memperoleh skor sebesar 94,48%. The poppulation of the research was all students grade X MIPA, and the sample were 40 students at X MIPA 5 SMAN 3 Kota Serang City. This research used purposive random sampling technique. The instrumen used to essay test, kuesionerand observation. Based on result of this research, there is no impact between gender difference on critical thinking competence and metacognitive competence. Critical thinking aspect of male students belongs to equals category in 64,2, critical thinking of female students belongs to equals category in 61,6.  Metacognitive competence of  male students to high category in 141, and metacognitivecompetence of female students to high category in 137. The research problem is how is the form of developing microbiology textbooks based on research results that meet the criteria of eligibility or validity. The study aims to determine the form of development of microbiology textbooks based on research results that meet the criteria of eligibility or validity. This research is a development research using the Thiagarajan 4-D development model, which includes define, design and develop stages. The microbiology textbooks developed were tested for validity and attractiveness to microbiology material experts, instructional media experts, practitioners and a small group of students who had taken microbiology courses. The results showed that the research-based microbiology textbooks were declared feasible or valid by a team of experts, practitioners, and students. Selama ini, mayoritas guru masih berfokus pada buku teks dan belum mengoptimalkan potensi lokal untuk membelajarkan materi Biologi, termasuk materi struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran model inkuiri terbimbing materi Struktur dan Fungsi Jaringan Tumbuhan yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D oleh Thiagarajan, namun hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop saja. Data hasil penelitian berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persentase skor validasi perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, RPP, LKS, dan Instrumen Penilaian menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 91,92% (sangat valid dan layak digunakan). Hasil uji kepraktisan penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran diperoleh persentase rata-rata 88,96% (sangat praktis digunakan). Data uji keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata kompetensi siswa sebesar 84,31. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan hasil beberapa penelitian yang dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi dapat diketahui bahwa metakognitif mahasiswa masih rendah. Kondisi ini pada akhirnya menyebabkan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa rendah. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sebuah upaya untuk memberdayakan keterampilan metakognitif dan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan media pembelajaran Digital Daily Assessment. Berikut ini nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil validasi, nilai validasi oleh ahli materi adalah 95,14%, nilai validasi oleh ahli media adalah 97,92%, nilai validasi oleh praktisi  adalah 97,25%, dan nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil uji keterbacaan yang melibatkan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi adalah 93,4%.
