Kepala sekolah memegang peran penting dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah. Namun dalam praktiknya, terdapat beberapa masalah yang muncul dan dapat menghambat efektifitas manfaat supervisi akademik tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Salatiga, yaitu SD N 2 Sidorejo Lor, dan permasalahan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kuesioner kepada guru, wawancara bagi kepala sekolah dan studi dokumentasi dari instrumen supervisi akademik. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan enam guru yang diambil masing-masing dari setiap kelas. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa supervisi akademik di SD N 2 Sidorejo Lor telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan langkah-langkah supervisi akademik, yaitu pra-observasi, pelaksanaan pengamatan, analisis pengamatan, dan penyampaian hasil kepada guru. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh guru adalah penyusunan RPP yang menjadi lebih baik dan adanya peningkatan motivasi kerja guru. Sedangkan permasalahan yang muncul adalah adanya perubahan jadwal karena agenda kegiatan lain yang bersifat mendadak dan RPP yang hanya menyalin dari RPP yang tekah dibuat sebelumnya. \u0000Kata kunci: kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000The implementation of academic supervision is expected to improve teachers’ competence in teaching in order to make the learning process effective and increase students’ achievement in learning. Principals have an essential role in the practice of academic supervision at schools. Nevertheless, there are some problems that occur during the implementation. Regarding to that, this study will find how the academic supervision is implied in one of the public schools in Salatiga, which is SD N 2 Sidorejo Lor, the problems which are emerged in the implementation, and the solutions that are given by the principal to solve those problems. This study is using the combination of qualitative and quantitative study through interviews with the principal, questionnaire survey for the teachers, and document study from academic supervision’s instrument. The subject of this research is SD N 2 Sidorejo Lor’s principal and six teachers who are taken from each class level. This study finds that SD N 2 Sidorejo Lor has implemented academic supervision well according to the steps of academic supervision, which are pre-observation, observation, analyzing the observation result, and evaluation with the teacher. The impacts of academic supervision in this school are improvement in making teaching plans and increased motivation of the teachers in teaching. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian 68 guru PAUD yang berasal dari beberapa daerah kota/kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Model Miles dan Huberman, yang memuat 3 tahapan analisis data yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tiga aspek kesulitan guru dalam melakukan penilaian autentik perkembangan anak usia dini selama masa belajar dari rumah yaitu; Pertama, aspek pemahaman dan keterampilan guru PAUD yang meliputi: 1) Guru tidak mengetahui capaian perkembangan AUD secara langsung; 2) Guru tidak mendapatkan data capaian perkembangan AUD secara komprehensif; 3) Guru belum memahami konsep penilaian autentik PAUD; 4) Guru belum memahami berbagai teknik dan instrumen penilaian autentik; dan 5) Guru belum memahami prosedur penilaian autentik PAUD. Kedua, aspek pemahaman dan keterampilan orang tua yang meliputi: 1) Orang tua belum memahami tujuan pembelajaran dan kaitannya dengan dokumentasi penilaian; 2)Orang tua kesulitan memahami informasi kegiatan yang dapat didokumentasikan; 3) Orang tua tidak mengirimkan dokumentasi kegiatan BDR; 4) Orang tua kesulitan memahami penggunaan fitur-fitur media daring yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian model data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring menggunakan model Performance Appraisal (PA). Sedangkan saat daring, proses implementasi supervisi akademik mengalami pergeseran cara dengan melibatkan teknologi komunikasi. Perubahan tersebut meliputi perubahan  sikap, perilaku, dan karakter siswa/i maupun sistem pada lembaga pendidikan dalam hal ini berkaitan dengan pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran.  Tidak hanya penyampaian materi saja yang terganggu melainkan penanaman nilai karakter pun terhambat. The educational game media developed in this research is \"Petualangan Alja\" which includes algebraic material. Addie model is used in research research and development (R&D) and there are 5 stages of development, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This educational game has confirmed its validity as a learning medium by materials and media experts with 95% and 95% results obtained. 5 students of grade 7 of SMP Negeri 1 Getasan and SMP Negeri 6 Salatiga were selected as research subjects. The results showed that the percentage of practicality obtained was 94.7% with a very good category. The significance result of the Paired T-Test test was 0.039 which was less than 0.05 with the learner's learning outcomes increasing significantly from the higher posttest average score of the pretest score. Rumusan permasalahan yang disampaikan dalam riset ini merupakan Apakah hasil belajar pendidikan matematika dengan modul luas serta keliling bangun datar pada siswa kelas IV Tahun Ajaran 2018/ 2019 bisa ditingkatkan dengan mempraktikkan model pendidikan Problem Based Learning?. Kenaikan hasil belajar matematika dengan pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas IV SDN Gunungpayung ialah tujuan dari riset ini. Riset ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Dimana di tiap siklusnya ada perencanaan, penerapan, observasi, serta refleksi. Riset ini ialah riset aksi kelas, dimana siswa kelas IV SDN Gunungpayung ialah subyek dari riset. Sebaliknya metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan merupakan metode uji serta nontes. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif serta kualitatif digunakan buat menganalisa informasi yang diperoleh. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan tiap siklus berturut- turut sebesar 71, 43%; 85, 71%, perihal tersebut diperoleh bersumber pada analisa informasi hasil riset. Rata- rata kelas bertambah berturut- turut 79, 24; 80, 67. Sebaliknya nilai kepribadian bertambah berturut- turut dengan rata- rata skor 9, 46; 9, 91. Simpulan riset merupakan pelaksanaan model Problem Based Learning bisa tingkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Gunungpayung. Namun, pembelajaran jarak jauh memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi guru, orang tua dan siswa. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tentang pembelajaran berpikir simbolik dan keaksaraan selama pembelajaran daring dengan melihat kemampuan siswa, proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru serta peran orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang guru K1, kepala sekolah dan tiga orang tua siswa K1. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Tahap analisis data mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama pembelajaran daring kemampuan berpikir simbolik dan keaksaraan siswa sudah baik, namun tetap memerlukan bantuan orang dewasa. Proses pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru menggunakan media cetak, audio visual dan alat peraga. Peran orang tua juga terlihat dalam mendampingi siswa selama pelajaran, memberi dukungan dan memberi latihan di luar jam pelajaran dengan cara yang menarik. Pembelajaran berpikir simbolik dan keaksaraan tetap dapat dilaksanakan untuk siswa K1 dengan pembelajaran daring dan pendampingan penuh dari orang tua. To meet the needs of the times, mastery of English particularly vocabulary has become a new concern to be accommodated in education especially for children in concern to the characteristics of early childhood learning. Preliminary research on two kindergarten-level classes (age of 5 to 6) in a private school showed that there were several problems teachers faced when applying the conventional storytelling method. The alternative solution to this problem is implementing digital storytelling method which is integrating storytelling and digital technology. This research is based on data obtained qualitatively so that it gives the characteristics of descriptive qualitative research that wants to explain the phenomenon of the object of research according to the topic. The data in this study were obtained from the results of field observations in the classroom when the learning process took place. The result showed that digital storytelling method is considered to be able to attract children's attention in following the stories and learning materials brought by the teacher. Student motivation also appears to emerge with the application of the digital storytelling method in learning English.
