The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with case study method, data collection by interview and data analysis with qualitative. In this study there are 3 subjects that help one child in building discipline. The results of the study show that the discipline of children is increasing from previously unattended discipline until now already have good discipline, in building discipline. The way in which the subject tends to be different from the other caregivers. Subjects do not use corporal punishment and it is done in a better way. Kegiatan role playing yang dibahas dalam kajian ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak kelompok bermain. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak melalui metode role playing di kelompok bermain Fransiskus Xaverius 78, Salatiga. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak-anak kelompok bermain dengan usia 3-4 tahun yang berjumlah 12 anak, terdiri dari 6 perempuan dan 6 laki-laki. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan sosial emosional anak melalui role playing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan tiga kali pertemuan dalam satu siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdapat 3 tahap yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, dan 3) refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan catatan lapangan. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Republik Indonesia nomor 137 tahun 2014 dalam observasi berupa lembar penilaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripstif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional anak kelompok bermain melalui metode role playing di KB/TK Fransiskus Xaverius 78 Salatiga. The design is descriptive quantitative with the subject of research that is parents who have children aged 3-5 years, amounting to 58 people. Data on parental perceptions are collected through a questionnaire and then will be classified according to the level of parental education, income level of parents, parents who have sent their children and parents who have not send their children to school in early childhood. The result of questionnaire of parents perception in level of education S1 and S2 in good category (50%), SMA / SMK is in Good category (36,11%) and SMP is in Enough category (50%). The calculation of the value of the questionnaire according to the parent's income level (a) in the category of Good (33.33%) and Less (33.33%), income (b) is in Good category (41.67%) and income ( c) is in the category of Very Good (57.14%).
