However, in its implementation, there must be pros and cons in an institution. This study is aiming at analysing the implementation of conflict management in actualizing the “Adiwiyata” school program in SMP Negeri 2 Banyubiru, Semarang Regency. As a principle, it is a requirement for having respectable abilities to manage conflicts among the staffs in the institution so as to achieve the goal, i.e.: being able to bring about the clean and green school and for the most part, having successful in obtaining the predicate of “Adiwiyata” school. In this research, the writer used the interview and document study method for collecting the data in order to get the actual and factual information in relation with conflict management in implementing the “Adiwiyata” school program. The data analysis technique used in this study is based on the Miles and Huberman model. The result of the study showed that the principle is able to overcome the conflicts arouse as the response of implementing the program of “Adiwiyata” school by means of flexible approach. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi klinis, peran kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dan pandangan guru terhadap supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru di SD Negeri 2 Limbangan Kec. Watumalang Kab. Wonosobo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis di SD Negeri 2 Limbangan Kec. Watumalang Kab. Wonosobo belum dilaksanakan secara terstruktur. Supervisor tidak melibatkan guru dalam menganalisis dan mengintepretasi data observasi mengajar di kelas dan umpan balik tidak dilakukan secara langsung melainkan secara umum dalam forum pertemuan guru. Peran kepala sekolah dalam supervisi klinis belum maksimal karena terhambat oleh rasa sungkan kepada guru untuk melakukan supervisi klinis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk penguatan karakter religius melalui program kebaktian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan di SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi mengembangkan karakter religius, nasional, mandiri, gotong-royong, dan integritas. Hal ini sesuai dengan karakter yang sedang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Khusus untuk karakter religius, di SMPK BPK Penabur yang berbasis sekolah kristen telah melaksanakan beberapa program sebagai bentuk pembiasaan yang sengaja diselenggarakan secara rutin (setiap hari) dengan harapan akan membentuk karakter religius siswa seperti doa bersama, baca firman Tuhan serta lagu pujian sebelum/sesudah kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Begitu juga halnya dengan guru-guru harus mendampingi anak-anak di kelas ketika doa pagi dan siang dan mengarahkan siswa untuk pembacaan firman Tuhan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Tuhan karena telah melalui semua kegiatan di sekolah dengan baik. Respondents in this study were 134 students of class XI science. In this study using a quantitative approach with correlation analysis techniques that are processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a system using a Likert scale model. Results based on data analysis, the influence of peers on future orientation by looking at the ANOVA test value is fcount = 9.920 > ftable = 3.84. From the results, if fcount>ftable, the hypothesis Ha in this study is accepted. The influence of peers on future orientation can be seen from the R2 value of 0.070. E-learning is considered an effective way to facilitate a better learning experience for students, especially in the assessment aspect. Formative assessment is a critical component of education that enable teachers and students to evaluate and improve their performance. Pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test was applied in this study. The participants in the study were 36 tenth-grade senior high students in Krian, East Java. The instrument was pre and post-test consisting of objective and subjective tests. A paired sample t-test in SPSS 25 was used to analyze the data. The confidence interval of the difference used is 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted if the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is less than 0.05. The result shows that online formative assessment through Edmodo can improve students’ reading comprehension skills. It is clear that Edmodo can serve as a prominent online assessment tool for students to assist them in improving their reading comprehension skills in e-learning. The researcher used a qualitative method with a semi-structured interview with the Principal of SD Negeri 1 Klopoduwur. Teachers need guidance in solving the problems. For this reason, clinical supervision is needed to overcome the problems experienced. From the results of the study, clinical supervision proved effective in improving teacher performance, increasing teacher professionalism and improving teacher quality. For this reason, a research was conducted on clinical supervision at SDN Ujung-Ujung 01 to find out the implementation of clinical supervision and the stages in its implementation, as well as to find out the obstacles and benefits of implementing clinical supervision. In this study, we used mixed qualitative and quantitative methods. From this research, it was found that clinical supervision in elementary schools has been implemented well. Although it has been implemented well, there are several obstacles in the implementation of clinical supervision, namely, teachers have not asked for clinical supervision and it takes many times to carry out clinical supervision. However, clinical supervision has benefits to overcome the problems in the classroom. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, dari 30 siswa yang diteliti, 7 orang siswa memiliki gaya belajar visual, 14 siswa memiliki gaya belajar auditorial, dan kinestetik 9 siswa. Dari hasil tes, siswa gaya belajar auditorial temasuk pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 28,88. Faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis meliputi, minat belajar, ketelitian, kemandirian belajar siswa, dan penguasaan materi. Salah satunya adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik dan Budi Pekerti yang diharapkan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa-siswi katolik yang diajar. Supervisi akademik terhadap guru ini bukan hanya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah tempat mengajar melainkan juga supervisi dari Penyelenggara Katolik Kementerian Agama Kabupaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner terhadap 13 orang guru PAKat tingkat SMA/K di Kab. Tana Toraja dan wawancara terhadap 1 orang pengawas dari Kemenag. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap guru PAKat tingkat SMA/K masih memerlukan perbaikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya selama ini, ada 3 faktor dari pihak pengawas yang membuat pelaksanaan supervisi kurang efektif, yaitu (1) letak geografis yang tidak mendukung, (2) kurangnya tenaga pengawas, dan (3) masih banyak sekolah yang tidak memiliki guru agama. The characteristics of subjects in this study were parents who had children at an early age range of 4-6 years. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques.
