This study aims to identify and describe the professional competence of teachers in learning elementary schools in class V B students at SDN Kebaharan 1, Serang City. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative type with the subject of class teachers and students of class V B SDN Kebaharan 1 Serang City. Data collection was carried out through passive participation observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model. Researchers tested the credibility of the data through triangulation of sources and techniques. The result showed that the teacher already understood the concept of implementing teacher professional competence of teachers in learning that has been strived for by class V B teachers of SDN Kebaharan 1 Serang City, the researchers see that it is good. Class V B teachers at SDN Kebaharan 1 Serang City have also had a positive impact on students in their efforts to implement teacher professional competence in learning.  Keywords : Professional Competence, Teacher, Learning Abstrak: Implementasi Kompetensi Profesional Guru dalam Pembelejaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kebaharan 1 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kompetensi professional guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar pada peserta didik kelas V B di SDN Kebaharan 1, Kota Serang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan subjek guru kelas dan peserta didik kelas V B SDN Kebaharan 1 Kota Serang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman. Peneliti menguji kredibilitas data melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah memahami terkait konsep implementasi kompetensi professional guru dalam pembelajaran. Kemudian dalam proses implementasi kompetensi professional guru dalam pembelajaran yang sudah diupayakan oleh guru kelas V B SDN Kebaharan 1 Kota Serang dilihat oleh peneliti sudah baik. The subject of this classroom action research is the cognitive learning outcomes of 22 students who are supported by the quality of the learning process. Data collection in this study used an online platform-based test, observation and documentation. The results of the research in the first cycle of cognitive learning outcomes of students from the 1st meeting to the 2nd meeting achieved classical completeness of 54.5% and 68.2% with an average classical value of 72 and 76, and the quality of the learning process was predicated quite well. In cycle II, the cognitive learning outcomes of students from the 1st meeting to the 2nd meeting achieved classical completeness of 72.7% and 81.2% with good quality of the learning process. However, the average value of learning outcomes in the second cycle only reached 82.7 at the 2nd meeting. This research has not been said to be successful because the average has not reached 85 so that it is continued in cycle III. The stabilization of learning using the flipped classroom model in the third cycle obtained satisfactory results, namely the achievement of the average score at the end of the third cycle exceeded the success indicator, which was 89.1 while the percentage of classical completeness of cognitive learning outcomes reached 100% supported by the quality of learning which had a very good predicate. Subjek penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebanyak 22 siswa yang didukung dengan kualitas proses proses pembelajaran. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students with 20 students consisting of 6 male students and 14 female students. The method used in this research is observation, documentation, and tests. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles where each cycle contains two lessons. The use of learning models and media that are less varied in online learning causes low learning outcomes for science content as seen from the average grade V SD N Bawang 02, that is, out of 20 students only 5 students can achieve the KKM, the results of the daily test of the science content of students with 25% completeness percentage. As for the KKM for the fifth grade science subject at SD N Bawang 02, it is 75. The results show that the discovery learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SD N Bawang 02 for the 2020/2021 academic year. This can be seen through the improvement of learning outcomes from Cycle I to Cycle III. An increase in students who complete learning from Cycle I learning 1 to Cycle I learning 2 10%, an increase in Cycle I learning 2 to Cycle II learning 1 15%, an increase in Cycle II learning 1 to Cycle II learning 2 15%, an increase in Cycle II learning 2 to Cycle III learning 1 5%, and an increase in Cycle III learning 1 to Cycle III learning 2 30%. Keywords: Science Learning Outcomes, Discovery Learning Model Abstrak :Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar muatan pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SD N Bawang 02. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang yang terdiri dari 6 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Penggunaan model dan media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dalam pembelajaran daring menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar muatan pelajaran IPA dilihat dari rata-rata nilai kelas V SD N Bawang 02 yaitu dari 20 siswa hanya 5 siswa yang dapat mencapai KKM, hasil ulangan harian muatan pelajaran IPA siswa dengan presentase ketuntasan 25%. Sedangkan untuk KKM mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SD N Bawang 02 yaitu 75. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD N Bawang 02 tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. The results showed that the use of flashcard media can improve students' reading comprehension skills. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran flash card dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik kelas IV SD 1 Banget. Tujuan penelitina ini adalah umtuk meingkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman dengan media flashcard. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek peserta didik kelas IV SD 1 Banget yang berjumlah 22 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan media flashcard dapat meningkatkankan keterampilan membaca pemahaman peserta didik. Sumarno, Alimuddin Aziz","doi":"10.24114/JH.V12I1.26251","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24114/JH.V12I1.26251","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract : The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes in third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kemiri in online learning of Theme 8 Praja Muda Karana.The researcher applies the Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach to realize these two things. The subjects of this study were 15 third grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kemiri consisting of six boys and nine girls. This research data collection technique was carried out systematically by using observation sheets of learning activities and online-based evaluation tests. Based on learning observations in three learning cycles, the results in the third cycle showed that the TPACK approach was able to increase students' learning activities by 80% and the average cognitive learning outcomes reached 85.33 or 86.67% of the number of third grade students. With the findings and observations from the first cycle to the third cycle, there was a dominant increase and reached the success indicators set by the researcher. On this basis, the researcher concludes that by applying the TPACK approach in class III, it can increase students' activities and learning outcomes. Keywords: activity, learning outcomes, TPACK Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar pada peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 1 Kemiri pada pembelajaran daring Tema 8 Praja Muda Karana. Peneliti menerapkan pendekatan Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) untuk mewujudkan kedua hal tersebut. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 15 peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri 1 Kemiri yang terdiri dari enam laki-laki dan sembilan perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara sistematis dengan manggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar dan tes evaluasi berbasis online. Berdasarkan pengamatan pembelajaran pada tiga siklus pembelajaran, hasil pada siklus ketiga menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan TPACK mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik sebesar 80% dan rata-rata hasil belajar kognitif mencapai 85,33 atau sebesar 86,67% dari jumlah peserta didik kelas III. Dengan temuan dan hasil pengamatan dari siklus pertama sampai siklus ketiga terjadi kenaikan yang dominan dan mencapai Indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan peneliti. To fix the problem and will improve student learning outcomes, learning is done using contextual teaching and learning model. The type of research conducted is Class Action Research. The subject of the study was a grade 5 student at SD Negeri 4 Ngembak. Data retrieval instruments using observation sheets and test questions. From the results of the research that has been done found that learning using contextual teaching and learning model can improve the results of learning the theme of 9 Objects Around Us in grade 5 students of SD Negeri 4 Ngembak Semester 2 school year 2020-2021. This can be proven by the result of the percentage of students' complete learning outcomes increased, starting in the initial condition of 6 students (40%) increased in cycle I 8 students (54%) increase in cycle II 10 students (66%) improvement in cycle III 13 students (88%). Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 4 Ngembak. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal tes. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan ditemukan hasil bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tema 9 Benda-benda di Sekitar Kita pada siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 4 Ngembak Semester 2 tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil persentase hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas meningkat, terjadi mulai pada kondisi awal 6 siswa (40%) meningkat pada siklus I 8 siswa (54%) peningkatan pada siklus II 10 siswa (66%) peningkatan pada siklus III 13 siswa (88%). Usaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru tersebut adalah bagian dari kewajiban dan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan kepala sekolah. Artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan langkah praktis formulasi kebijakan kepala sekolah SMK DTBS dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kajian secara kualitatif yang dilakukan di SMK DTBS. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara kepada kepala sekolah dan wakil, kepala kompetensi, dan guru. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis dokumen pendukung. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah memformulasikan kebijakan bersama bersama wakil dan kepala kompetensi. Langkah yang diambil oleh kepala sekolah bersama wakil dan kepala kompetensi adalah analisis terhadap visi misi, masalah dan tantangan sekolah, serta analisis daya dukung, baik internal maupun eksternal. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Kinerja, Guru Abstract: Among the variables for assessing the quality of education is teacher performance. The effort to improve teacher performance is part of the obligations and policies issued by the principal. This article tries to explain the practical steps of policy formulation for DTBS SMK principals in improving teacher performance. This article is the result of a qualitative study conducted at SMK DTBS. Data were collected through an interview process with principals and vice principals, heads of competencies, and teachers. In addition, this study examines and analyzes supporting documents. The results of the study show that the principal formulates a joint policy with the deputy and the head of competence. Students' interest in learning is lacking due to space and time limitations by introducing problems or posing real or real problems and students not paying attention to the teacher's explanations so that they have difficulty working on problem solving problems This causes learning outcomes in theme 7 of low technology development, which is shown by 16 students, 40% of students or 5 students are able to master the material completely, while 60% of students or 11 students still have not mastered the material completely, getting scores below the KKM (70). So the researchers made improvements by applying a scientific approach with Problem Based Learning models and concrete media. The formulation of the problem is How to improve student learning outcomes on the theme of 7 Technology Development for third grade students at SDN 03 Pedurungan Pemalang? This study aims to increase student activity and learning outcomes in the theme of 7 Technological Developments in third grade students of SDN 03 Pedurungan Taman Pemalang.The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of three cycles, each cycle is carried out with one meeting. Each cycle consists of stages of planning,  implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were third grade students of SDN 03 Pedurungan. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques obtained from the results of observation and documentation.The results showed that in cycle 1, student activity was categorized as adequate and increased in cycle II, student learning outcomes were in good category and in cycle III, student learning outcomes were in good category. Student learning outcomes in the first  cycle of classical completeness are 75%, in the second cycle classical completeness 81% classical completeness reaches 87%.The conclusion is the Problem Based Learning model for third grade students at SDN 03 Pedurungan. The data collection instrument used was writing a speech script with actual problems and followed by a speech performance. The research shows that there is an increase in the speech skills students by applying the Flipped Classroom model. The average score acquisition of the class on reflection before the application of the Flipped Classroom method was 72.07, an increase in the first cycle to 73.50 and in the second cycle learning process increased to 84.00. The student’s success percentage in speech skills to achieve classical completeness using the Flipped Classroom method reaches 96.42%.Keywords: Speech, Learning model, Flipped Classroom             Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan berpidato siswa setelah metode pembelajaran Flipped Classroom dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menulis naskah pidato dengan permasalahan aktual dan dilanjutkan dengan penampilan berpidato. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpidato siswa dengan menerapkan model Flipped Classroom. Pemerolehan nilai rata-rata kelas pada refleksi sebelum diterapkannya metode Flipped Classroom sebesar 72,07, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 73,50 dan pada proses pembelajaran siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,00. The background that drives this research is the low learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN 05 Pedagung. The value of the learning outcomes of the theme 8 Environment of Our Friends for Class V science content where there are still many students who do not meet the KKM, that of 11 students only 4 students (36.36%) have completed and 7 students (63.64%) have not. This is because in learning students cannot think critically in solving problems and solving problems such as what is given by the teacher so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. Then students are also less active during learning. This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model Assisted by Audio Visual Media to Improve Learning Outcomes of Theme 8 Our Friends Environment Contents of Science in Class V Students at SDN 05 Pedagung Pemalang Regency Academic Year 2020/2021. The results showed that the cognitive domain learning outcomes in the first cycle of the first meeting of 11 students 6 students completed and 5 students did not complete with an average calsical percentage of 69.09%, in the first cycle of the second meeting the students who completed increased from 11 students 7 students completed and 4 students did not complete with an average percentage of 71.81%, in the second cycle of the first meeting the students who completed also increased from the previous learning, namely from 11 students 8 completed and 3 students who did not complete with an average percentage the classical average of 74.54%, %, in the second cycle of the second meeting the students who completed did not increase from the previous learning, namely from 11 students,8 students completed and 3 students did not complete, but the classical average percentage increased by 77.27%, % , in the third cycle of the first meeting the students who completed the lesson increased from the previous learning, namely from 11 students 9 students completed and 2 students did not complete with a classical average percentage 78.18%, and %, in the third cycle of the second meeting the students who completed did not increase from the previous learning, namely from 11 students 9 students completed and 2 students did not complete but the classical average percentage increased 80.90%.Keywords : Problem Based Learning model, Audio Visual media, learning outcomes for the themes of 8 of our friends in the science subject Abstrak: Penerepan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Audio Visual Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Tema 8 Muatan IPA Siswa Kelas V.
