Multiple complex factors and threats that shape not only national but also global security, significantly affect the functioning of corporations, which makes the traditional approach to corporate security relatively outdated. The aim of this article is to present the most important discussions related to this phenomenon within the academic literature, as well as to identify issues that are important for successful theoretical development and application of this concept in business practice. The authors consider the concept of business continuity as one of the most important concepts in the function of corporate security, having in mind the challenges and threats faced by companies, especially those that orient their business towards exports to foreign markets. The pandemic caused by the SARS - CoV 2 virus, which culminated in 2020, largely showed the weaknesses of \"classic\" business continuity planning, bearing in mind that many companies in Serbia and around the world have completely suspended their production processes. Therefore, in this paper, on the example of a pandemic, the current weaknesses will be partially identified, as well as recommendations that would ensure the continuity of the work process and thus achieve the functionality of corporations.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70993459","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The fight against it is very difficult, and the reason for that is the constant progress, ie modification of this form of crime, where it is necessary to change the existing legislation, achieve international cooperation, invest money in equipment suitable for adequate response to computer crime. In this paper, the emphasis is placed on the very concept of computer crime, international and domestic legislation, the forms in which it most often manifests itself.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70994445","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Author is trying to emphasize three periods. First period is from 1991. until 2000. During presidency of Boris Jeljcin in Russia. This period is reflected by declining of Russian power and stronger integration of Europe because of Treaties of Maastricht and Amsterdam. Second period is period of coming on power president Vladimir Putin and uprising of Russia. This period lasts until 2014. year, when relations were more-less stable, except conflict in Georgia. Third period is related to conflict in Ukraine in 2014. And energetic crisis in 2021. Conflict in Ukraine has shown that EU doesn't have force to stand from foreign policy of USA, which is reflected in actions of NATO. Author concludes article with hope that memory from two world wars will be enough strong for politicians from both sides to not let another world war, and they will find new ways to enhance international cooperation.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70994892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is impossible to expect entrepreneurs to be acquainted with all normative changes that may affect business, since some of them are not related with the activity itself or administrative support. The subject of this paper is a series of factors of international legal nature, which arise from a new technological development, finance, sustainable development, ecology and other areas, which determine the adjustment of entrepreneurs' attitudes towards the use of legal services. The paper starts from the premise that the environment of new technologies, intensive global interdependence and universalization of values imposes on business the requirement to set in advance according to possible legal problems. The aim of the paper stems from the business function, in addition to profit, to promote social stability, which is why it should meet the requirements of efficiency and sustainability, to ensure competitiveness, which imposes the need to reconsider the appropriate model of using legal teams in business. In this context, the paper analyzes the development of international legal challenges for business, the approach to hiring legal experts and dealing with modern normative frameworks in business. The results of the analysis provide a basis for three conclusions: first, that the use of legal experts in advance is a factor of business efficiency and sustainability, second, that modern business requires reliance on experts with specialized legal skills and, third, that legal representatives become strategic partners of entrepreneurship. defining the future of the business.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70992607","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Unfortunately, the crisis created by the proclamation of the pandemic, which the world is facing, deepened the problems and further hampered the entrepreneurial energy of young business people. On the other hand, the difficult functioning and business in a crisis situation, pointed to new potentials of digital technologies and opened a window into the world of business with the help of social networking platform tools, primarily Instagram, which are more efficient but also significantly cheaper than traditional marketing methods. In the digital environment, with the help of visual communication, electronic word of mouth and adequate selection of credible influencers on social net-works, companies are able to communicate directly and indirectly with the target market and influence their attitudes towards brands and their purchasing decisions.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70992711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research included 327 managers from companies in Serbia. Correlation analysis determined the existence of statistically significant relationships between activity variables and characteristics of managers and strategic action variables. The variable communication with the variables improvement of quality and competitiveness of business, and the variable innovation and flexibility with the variables quality of vision and mission and strategic planning and decision-making showed an important connection. The regression method determined that the characteristic variables, which showed the greatest influence on the strategic operation of the company, communication, innovation and flexibility and improvement of knowledge. Factor analysis yielded a two-component solution, where the first factor brought together the variables of activity and characteristics of the manager, and the second factor the variable strategic action, and a high correlation was established between these two factors. These results indicate that the improvement of activities and characteristics of managers ensures the efficiency of strategic activities of the company. The aim of this paper is to point out the characteristic activities of management that have a great contribution to improving the efficiency of business and strategic operations of the company. Managers of domestic companies should base the improvement of business and competitiveness on the improvement of activities and characteristics of managers that have been singled out in this research.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70993245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Račić","doi":"10.5937/megrev2102267r","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/megrev2102267r","url":null,"abstract":"Violence against children is a dynamic, changing social phenomenon. Every society, regardless of the level of development of democracy, economic and political development, regardless of the level of protection of human rights, encounters violence against children on a daily basis. The first professional interests in violence against children were made between the two world wars, but the first active measures to oppose it appeared in the mid-sixties of the twentieth century, in the most developed countries. In the 21st century, the countries of the \"third world\" remain in a civilizational, cultural, value cocoon. No matter how impossible and imaginary it may seem, in some countries, violence against children is still denied as a social phenomenon and a deviation. The negation of violence does not stem from the circumstance that the child is not physically and mentally punished, but that this \"punishment\" is justified for the purpose of good upbringing, tradition and similar found excuses. For many years, this attitude has been held in many post-communist states, states that have been isolated for decades, either because of politics or because of religion. However, with the globalization of society, the inevitable opening of borders, but also under great assets whose affirmation of ordinary organizations, primarily at the global and then at the state level, the topic of \"violence against children\" slowly gained its epilogue. Today, in 2021, violence against children is an open topic in most communities. There are no more taboos. And no turning heads from violence. Of course, there are exceptions, but the world is full of rules with some exceptions. The paper deals with two aspects: global and national, specifically the Republic of Serbia. The paper deals with the definition of the concept of the child, types of violence, legal acts regulating the rights of the child, applied measures, but also proposals for measures and moves to take exceptions (those who deny the existence of violence against children, those who it doesn't matter…) be if not zeroed, and at least minimized.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70993354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Many researches, primarily in the field of psychology, agree that colors can positively or negatively affect the emotions of consumers. Companies often suffer great losses due to inadequate approach to this problem, by not adapting the colors of their logotypes to consumer needs. Colors, logotypes, signs and company name are integral elements of the corporate identity of one company, and as such, they make first contact with consumers. They communicate with them, primarily by influencing their senses, in the first place to the sense of sight. By adequate communication, an emotional relationship is established between the company and the consumer, which is the main precondition for creating emotional connections. The result of such relationships creates a sincere relationship, confidence-building and ultimately long-term consumer loyalty. By neglecting, above all, graphic elements of corporate identity, companies come into a situation not to achieve the recognition and uniqueness of their brands, and thus the chances of surviving, with strong competition on the market, are reduced to a minimum.","PeriodicalId":55747,"journal":{"name":"Megatrend Revija","volume":"42 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70992344","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
