The current pandemic has endangered life in every country, primarily with a high mortality rate, but also by limiting economic flows. In order to establish the normal flow of critical goods in such extraordinary circumstances, the so-called \"Green Corridors\" within six CEFTA countries. {"title":"The impact of changes in the base and precious metals prices on credit risk factors","authors":"V. The link between these factors has been neglected over the years by traditional credit risk models. The inclusion of correlation coefficients within the set credit risk model will show the impact of these changes on other variables of credit risk over the years under review and the impact of these changes on the probability of default and the recovery rate. Changes in base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) for lead and zinc and the London Bullion Metal Association (LBMA) for gold and silver as precious metals were used in the proposed credit risk model for the period of ten years. The research was done by using the multivariate regression analysis model and based on the statistical model evaluation,the significant impact of all observed independent variables on the dependent variable of the proposed model was proved. The aim is to highlight good practice of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in higher education and proposing performance indicators for each of the perspectives at the level of higher education institutions which could be used for monitoring and measuring the impact of higher educational institutions in Serbia. The proposed indicators are of a general nature and can be applied in any higher education institution, especially in developing countries in the context of the reform and development of a higher education system. The results of the research show the presence of performance indicators of higher educational institutions in the educational system of Serbia. They can be recognized in documents at the national level. The bilateral links go back to almost 3000 years ago, when an expedition dispatched by Shang Dynasty landed in Peru as its destination. Several links were established with pre-Inca cultures of those days. They are a number of historical remnants and vivid customs in the Mochica, Chavin, Chimu and Nazca Cultures. It was definitely the first contact of China with Latin America. Later on, the first organized migration of Chinese citizens went to the Americas in the 1840, helping to build railroads in the USA and looking for gold in Peru. In this process, Macao had a prominent role which is reflected in many ways. This process of the Chinese culture has influenced into the local societies and has created a unique Asian-LAC personality. Today, the Chinese culture is present in every manifestation of our local culture in many of the LAC countries. In terms of number of the Chinese communities, the largest one is in Peru with almost 3 million people, which represent 9% of the total Peruvian population. In terms of its size, it is the second one in the Western Hemisphere. The ancestors of most of the Chinese communities in LAC are natives to the South of China, from Canton to Macao, from zhuhai to hong Kong. It explains why many Chinese southern traditions exist in the LAC countries, with a clear influence in the gastronomy. The case of Peru could be highlighted, the insertion of the Chinese community into the Peruvian society has created new customs and what is well-known as “Peruvian-Chinese culture”, with its own oral expressions and traditions. Peru is the only country in the world where Chinese restaurants are called “chifas”, which is a variation of the word “chifan”, that the Chinese people use for “let́ s eat”. This closed culture links are a good foundation for the today people-to-people policies between China and Latin America. It is an authentic common ground in the bilateral ties and an advantage if you compare the relation of China with other regions. The corporation as a legal form of organization has the role of a positive and negative generator of social awareness. Being responsible for all interest groups; internal and external allows the corporation a better position on the market. In the first part of the paper interest corporations' actors and their roles were analysed. A deeper analysis in the paper was done with the SPACE matrix on the example of some food industry corporations. Based on analysis of internal and external indicators, it was concluded that the company adequate strategy needs to realize its value and use them adequately, in other words statistically speaking, connection between inter-nal and external factors is strong and positive. Tourism is gaining great importance, but the expectations of tourists are also increasing, as well as their desire for specific experiences. In this way, these events contribute to attractiveness and to drawing tourists to certain places that they perhaps would never visit otherwise. They also have an influence on extending the stay at a destination and contribute to creating a reputation of a particular place, which enriches the tourist experience. The importance of organizing sports events is reflected in the fact that they can significantly affect the tourist offer of the destination. The subject of the paper is to examine the contribution of the organization and management of a martial arts manifestation to the tourist offer of a local community.
