The corporation as a legal form of organization has the role of a positive and negative generator of social awareness. Being responsible for all interest groups; internal and external allows the corporation a better position on the market. In the first part of the paper interest corporations' actors and their roles were analysed. A deeper analysis in the paper was done with the SPACE matrix on the example of some food industry corporations. Based on analysis of internal and external indicators, it was concluded that the company adequate strategy needs to realize its value and use them adequately, in other words statistically speaking, connection between inter-nal and external factors is strong and positive.
