 Islamic religious education is a beacon for the muslim community Received :who is being overwhelmed by darkness about their religion and leads them to become a muslim society that is in accordance with the theachings of Islam. However, this has not yet become a reality because there are still many muslim communities who have not received islamic religious education, therefor the MUI has a very important role in providing islamic religious education for the community. This study aims to find out how the roles, programs and obstacles felt by the Asahan Regency MUI in an effort to improve Islamic religious education for people in Asahan district. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display dan drawing conclusions then described in writing. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, literature studies and Focus Group Discussions. This research focused on : what is the role of the MUI in improving islamic religious education for the people in Asahan district; what is MUI’s program in improving islamic religious education for people in Asahan district and what are MUI’s obstacles in improving islamic religious education for people in Asahan district. This is because there is an urge to improve in life. One alternative solution to help someone who has difficulty making career decisions is through the application of trait and factor theory. Trait and factor theory is a career counseling theory that views the right career choice when there is a match between the client's nature and job or position factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at MAN Karimun. The research informants were 1 counseling teacher and 3 transitional class XII students. This study aims to examine in depth the application of trait and factor theory in the career planning of class XII students in the transition period at MAN Karimun. Proses evaluasi program kurikulum merdeka bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa efektif pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru mata pelajaran sejarah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bagian sarana prasarana. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dengan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SMAN 2 Pandeglang diantaranya: Evaluasi konteks, sudah baik dan sudah sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah. Evaluasi input, sudah cukup dilihat dari perencanaan yang jelas dan mekanisme pembelajaran yang baik, namun sarana prasarana harus dibenahi. Evaluasi proses, persiapan guru sudah dan mekanisme pembelajaran sejarah dalam kurikulum merdeka sudah maksimal, namun terdapat pengurangan jam pelajaran sejarah. Teknologi yang telah diciptakan dan berkembang memberikan keuntungan bagi manusia. Bidang pendidikan menjadi salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak teknologi. Dengan adanya teknologi maka pendidikan akan menjadi lebih mudah dijalankan dan menciptakan dalam penerapannya. Pembelajaran sejarah yang menjadi titik fokus penelitian ini dikaitkan dengan penerapan aplikasi quizizz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes berjumlah 15 butir soal. Dari tes inilah nantinya dapat dilihat bahwa para peserta didik memiliki motivasi belajar atau tidak dengan diterapkannya metode quizizz. SMAN 99 Jakarta menjadi tempat dilaksanakannya penelitian ini dengan mengambil sampel dua kelas yang masing-masing berjumlah 34 peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh dan perbedaan antara penggunaan quizizz terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sejarah.Uji instrumen, uji asumsi dan uji t adalah jenis-jenis pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa adanya keterkaitan atau pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan quizizz terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik karena data hasil uji t mengatakan bahwa sig 0,00 < 0,05 dan t-hitung > ttabel yaitu 4,757 > 2,457. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were all grade 3 students of MI Mahir Ar Riyadl for the 2021/2022 academic year. The results show that there is a significant value (2-tailed) in the first row of 0.000 and it can be seen that 0.000 <0.05, so that H_1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between students' mathematical problem solving abilities using the LAPS-Heuristic learning model with those who do not use the LAPS-Heuristic model. This means that in this study it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the LAPS-Heuristic model to students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The population in this study were ten students. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population are sampled. The sample, all fifth grade students and fifth grade teachers were used. The number of questionnaires used were 10 statements given to students and 10 questions were given to the fifth grade teacher for interviews. The interview data were described by summarizing the results, while the questionnaire analysis used descriptive analysis techniques with percentage calculations. From interviews with teachers, it was found that the implementation of the experiment in fifth grade was still lacking because it was rare to carry out the experiment and there were many obstacles in terms of tools and materials as well as the practical guide. The results of the student questionnaire, 40% of students stated that the implementation of the experiment went quite well, while 60% of the students stated that the implementation of the experiment was not going well, in the sense that the implementation of the experiment was rarely carried out by the teacher. The decline in reading literacy skills is of particular concern to the Indonesian government. Through various literacy programs, the government is trying to improve literacy skills. Several issues related to children's literacy skills related to the contribution of society, especially family, in encouraging a culture of literacy. This study attempts to examine and analyse issues related to basic educational literacy, both those related to the contribution of family literacy, digital and critical literacy. This research used a qualitative approach with a literature review. Data analysis was carried out narratively by collecting data in the form of documents (books, journal articles, research results). But teacher still use conventional methods. Therefore, this research aims to develop educational game media using the Construct 2 to improve the literacy numeracy skills of third grade elementary school students that are valid, practical, and effective. This development research refers to the ADDIE. The results of the development were applied to class III students at SD Negeri Janti for the 2022/2023 academic year. The development product is the Monster Math Game. The research instruments are validation sheets, questionnaires, and literacy numeration questions. The validity test was obtained from 3 experts, namely Curriculum Expert, Material Expert, and Media Expert. Results form Curriculum Expert at 87.5%, Material Expert at 86.4%, and Media Expert at 89.3%. So, it can be concluded that the Monster Math Game is very feasible to use to improve the literacy numeracy skills of Class III Elementary School. The results of the practicality test from educators were 89.3% and the practicality tests from students were 94.15%. From these results, it can be concluded that the Monster Math Game is very practical to use. The results of the effectiveness test through the t-test obtained the results of the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which means the sig. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design. The subjects of this research were SDN Dukuhklopo and MI Plus Darul Falah Jombang. Data collection instruments in this study used in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out together with the process of data collection and analysis after data collection is complete. The results of the study show (1) In planning supervision, the supervision program made by the principal of the school/madrasah includes efforts to improve questioning skills or learning competencies in general that need to be improved. Furthermore, the school principal socializes the supervision program with teachers. (2) Implementation of school/madrasah supervision begins with assessing the completeness of teaching tools and to improve questioning skills, supervisors carry out observations using instruments. A qualitative research approach was employed to gather data from various sources, including academic literature, interviews with pedagogy experts, and case studies of innovative teaching practices in foreign countries. The results of this study indicate that there are several innovative teaching methods and practices that have been successfully implemented in foreign countries, such as flipped classrooms, project-based learning, and the use of technology in education. These practices have been shown to improve student engagement and achievement, as well as foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The implications of this study suggest that there is a need for greater collaboration and knowledge sharing between educators and institutions across borders, to promote the adoption of innovative teaching practices and enhance the quality of pedagogical education.
