The method of data collection used here is documentation. The collected data was analyzed by content analysis. In fact, the students’ need in learning Arabic is not only about how to read and understand kitab kuning (classic book), but also how to speak and write in Arabic. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the learning material of Arabic language in Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this study is to describe the efforts of revising the Arabic learning material in Islamic Boarding School in order to find an interface between the previous learning material and the principles of Arabic learning material compilation. This study uses qualitative approach. The data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed by using triangulation. There are so many problems appear both in the case of the learning material and the learning methods. This article describes those problems by elaborating the causes of learning difficulties in Nahwu. One of the problems comes from the existence of excessive ‘amil and ‘illat. It reveals a judgment that Nahwu has been combined with philosophy. Consequently, there are some learners who judge that learning Arabic is difficult. Therefore, this article also presents the easy ways in learning Nahwu, both given by classic ulama and modern linguists. This condition usually can be found in some poems. This study aims to describe the position of أل in fi’il (act). The conclusion of this article is that أل can be used in fi’il butonly in fi’il mudhari’. On the other hand, the people of this region are of different ethnicities and religions that deal with each other in their daily lives. However, this situation of the religious life between Muslims and non-Muslims in Bandung is harmonious. If it is not properly managed, new problems with social stability may arise, and therefore living together in religious life in Bandung City should be maintained to promote social solidarity. Thus, this research came as a serious way to find points that are likely to be involved in the process of communication between different religions, to be carried out by scientists, experts and socialists while applying. This means that if the conditions prevailing in life are consistent or found problems among the Muslims themselves, and other religious people. the solution of these problems is concentrated in one of the potential sites, and this study works to create social communication through linguistic communication using the language of religiosity (religious terms). There were many investigations of grammatical character. The controversy arises between the scholar interpretation because of this grammatical character. And from this grammatical character, the author want to look at huruf 'athaf and their meanings to the degree of education in surah Luqman 12-19. The author used the library research. The problems were considered ini terms of normative aspect to teach the order of huruf 'athaf in surah Luqman 12-19. He analyzed all the data in a descriptive way and he describe what was mentioned in surah Luqman 12-19. This is also inductive method. In the verses 12-19, There were waw 'athifah used for the unification, fa' 'athifah used for the arrangement and the time limit, summa 'athifah used for the arrangement, au 'athifah used for detail.
