The study population was school counselor of State Senior High School throughout East Jakarta, and the samples in the study were 106. Sampling used proportional random sampling technique. The research method used is a descriptive survey. Data collection used a questionnaire/questionnaire comprising 42 items with the reliability test results got 0.9405, which mean reliable. The results of the study showed that most empathetic listening school counselor on the counseling among problematic the moderate category. This means that school counselor can quite empathize when listening to problematic students. However. This research is a library research, by searching, reading, studying, and analyzing the content of books and supported by various literature related to them. Based on the research concluded that parents are one of the external factors that carry a large role in providing social support for the development of individual career plan. The research subject consisted of 36 (14 men and 12 women) students of first grade in the SMP N 3 Singaraja. The action reserachcarried out in these two cycles’ involved 8 observers (consisting of 6 counseling teachers and 2 lecturers). Each cycle held two group guidance class. The procedure of group counseling action review activities in each cycle follows the three stages of the learning action study described by Hopkins and friends which include: (1) planning; (2) action and observation, and (3) reflection. Student learning motivation data were analyzed quantitatively descriptive and compared at the end of each cycle. Data from observations assessment of group counseling activities by narrated observers. The results of the group guidance study show that there is an increase in the level of student learning motivation. The baseline of students motivation is 68 or in the medium category. At the end of the first cycle, the average student learning motivation was 79 or still in the medium category. While at the end of the second cycle the average student motivation is 84 or in the high category. The results of the study on the implementation of group counseling actions by 8 observers showed an increase in the quality of the group counseling process and an increase in the ability of model teachers in managing group counseling activities from the first cycle to the second cycle. Kaji Tindak Konseling Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Abstrak Naskah ini melaporkan hasil kegiatan penelitian tindakan konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMP. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 36 (14 pria dan 12 wanita) siswa kelas satu di SMP N 3 Singaraja. Aksi yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus ini melibatkan 8 pengamat (terdiri dari 6 guru konseling dan 2 dosen). Setiap siklus diadakan dua kelas bimbingan kelompok. Prosedur kegiatan tinjauan tindakan konseling kelompok dalam setiap siklus mengikuti tiga tahap studi tindakan pembelajaran yang dijelaskan oleh Hopkins dan teman-teman yang meliputi: (1) perencanaan; (2) tindakan dan observasi, dan (3) refleksi. Data motivasi belajar siswa dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan dibandingkan pada akhir setiap siklus dengan prosent. Data dari pengamatan kegiatan konseling kelompok dijelaskan oleh diriwayatkan. Hasil studi bimbingan kelompok menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dari setiap siclus. Motivasi dasar siswa adalah 68 atau dalam kategori sedang. Pada akhir siklus pertama, rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah 79 atau masih dalam kategori sedang. Sementara pada akhir siklus kedua rata-rata motivasi siswa adalah 84 atau dalam kategori tinggi. The study used descriptive study methods, used sampling technique was convenience sampling with a sample of 33 school principals, and instruments used were Mixed Standard Scale for Evaluating Student Behavior and analysis data used descriptive. The results of the study show that overall the level of accountability of guidance and counseling programs in schools in East Jakarta is at a low level (49%). Second, achievements based on indicators are not significantly different (10%). Third, the highest indicator of accountability is the responsibility, while the lowest indicator is the feedback mechanism. Fourth, each school falls into the low category of 50%, medium 30%, and high 20%. Based on the results there needs to be an effort to improve the accountability of the guidance and counseling program and base of feedback mechanism indicators, teacher Guidance and counseling must create a mechanism by which the principal can submit input. Keyword: layanan dasar, accountability, guidance and counseling, school principals Akuntabilitas Kepala Sekolah di SMP Negeri se-Jakarta Timur Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran akuntabilitas layanan dasar diSMPNJakarta Timur dalam tinjauan kepala sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara keseluruhan tingkat akuntabilitas program BK pada sekolah di Jakarta Timur berada pada tingkat rendah (49%). Kedua, Capaian berdasarkan indikator tidak berbeda secara signifikan (10%). Ketiga, Indikator akuntabilitas yang paling tinggi capaiannya adalah tanggungjawab, sedangkan indikator yang paling rendah adalah mekanisme umpan balik. Keempat, SMPN yang masuk dalam kategori rendah 50%, sedang 30%, dan tinggi 20%. Berdasarkan implikasi di atas, maka peneliti mengajukan beberapa saran terkait dengan akuntabilitas program BK, meliputi; (1) Perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas program BK. Ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara guru melakukan refleksi diri. (2)Khusus untuk indikator mekanisme umpan balik, guru BK harus segera membuat suatu mekanisme dimana kepala sekolah dapat menyampaikan masukan. Ini dapat dilakukan denganmelakukan kegiatan konsultasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program BK. This study involved 378 students in atasse-West Sumatra secondary school, the data in this study were in the form of political data collected using the TIRI (Taufik & Ifdil Resilience Inventory) instrument developed from the theory of Reivich & Shatté, (2002) in the form of Likert’s model scale and analyzed data using the Rasch model approach. The results show that most students are at a high level of resilience. In addition, there are 38 students unsuitable in providing answers or outliers, showed there are traces of fraud, or answers the instrument by guessing. The research used is descriptive quantitative. The number of respondents in this study were 230 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire, the data were analyzed descriptively by determining the percentage of achievement using the average score percentage formula. The results of the study describe the overall control of BK UNP students in using the Internet in the high category.
