The study was carried out in Lagos State. It covered all the six (6) technical colleges in the state. Survey design was used to elicit information from the respondents. The population of the study included all the Principals, and Vice Principals, departmental and unit heads. A total of six principals, twelve vice principals, five departmental heads and fifteen unit heads were used for the study. A pilot study was conducted to ascertain the reliability of the questionnaire items which was calculated to be 0.69. Five research questions were raised for the study and the data collected analysed with mean and standard deviation. The battery that is nowadays used widely is the Lithium-Ion type with variations in the type of electrode. Electrodes have an important role in battery performance, especially at the cathode. Predecessor cathode types such as LiCoO2, LiMnO, and LiNiCo have various disadvantages due to their dangerous nature, insufficient capacity, and poor stability. NMC cathode (NiMnCo), in this case, NMC541 is presented to overcome these deficiencies. The process of making NMC541 cathode can be done by various synthesis methods, one of which is Co-precipitation. The synthesis parameter directly influences the performance of the cathode precursor produced, especially on its microstructure. For that, we try to optimize the synthesis parameters, such as Stirring Speed, and Aging time. The result said that samples with 900 Rpm stirring speed give the best product precursor along to their small size particle and good conductivity. Esterification of palm-based oil is expected to provide better and optimum electrical properties. The esterification of palm oil will be carried out as a test sample and observed for its electrical, physical and chemical properties such as PD characteristics, breakdown voltage, dissipation factor, viscosity, flash point, etc. The effect of thermal aging on oil samples will also be carried out to simulate real situations in power transformer applications. Then after obtaining the best formulation from the sample it will be used as insulating oil in electric power transformers (100kVA). The purpose of this research is to apply esterified palm oil as an electric power transformer oil. The method used in this research includes field research. Field research includes taking oil samples, measuring the breakdown voltage of transformer oil, and the color of transformer oil. The results obtained are insulating oil for electric power transformers based on palm oil. Palm oil has the advantage of being an environmentally friendly, biodegradable and renewable oil compared to the transformer oil used today which is based on petroleum. Off-Grid is one of the green transition technologies that provide great benefits to ports for the mitigation of environmental. To ensure optimal system operation, determining the proper configuration and component sizes is an important decision at the design stage. One of the important activities at the port is the transportation of mining products, B3 waste, and others by using ships operated with diesel engines which are known to be expensive and not environmentally friendly. The configuration consists of a photovoltaic system and an energy storage system as well as land electricity support at the port then optimized by considering solar radiation, temperature, and data component specifications to supply power to the ship so that do not use diesel generators on board. From the calculation results it is known that when the ship is anchored it requires 3,310.34 kWh/day of electrical energy. LKM Bogor, 2) Untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran video berbasis MOOC pada materi pelatihan analisis kredit mikro di PT. LKM Bogor, 3) Untuk mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran video berbasis MOOC pada materi pelatihan analisis kredit mikro di PT. LKM Bogor.Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau disebut juga Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini menggunakan integrasi media penelitian dan pengembangan Borg and Gall dengan Media Desain Pembelajaran Dick and Carey. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Peserta pelatihan di PT. LKM Bogor. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui observasi lingkungan belajar dan wawancara. Data kuantitatif diambil melalui uji validasi ahli media pembelajaran, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi, uji kelompok kecil, dan uji kelompok besar.Hasil yang ditunjukkan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran video berbasis MOOC ini adalah penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media memperoleh skor 94% (Layak). Penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli desain memperoleh skor 93% dan penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi pembelajaran memperoleh skor 94%. Berdasarkan penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli desain dan materi pembelajaran video berbasis MOOC ini dinilai layak untuk digunakan. Respon peserta dalam uji kelompok kecil dinilai cukup layak dengan skor 94%. Pada uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan skor rata-rata 97% yang dikategorikan cukup layak. Uji kefektifan dinilai dengan uii menurut Donald kick Patrick dengan 2 level yaitu level reaksi (reaction) dan level belajar (learning), level reaksi di uji dengan cut of point dimana nilainya adalah 91% dapat dilihat nilai tersebut berada diatas nilai cut of point sehingga dapat dikategorikan sangat puas dengan demikian uji reaksi produk pengembangan media ini sangat efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan E-LKPD menggunakan model ADDIE, kelayakan, efektivitas, serta respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD ) Berbasis Inkuiri Pada Materi Larutan Penyangga Mata Pelajaran Kimia Kelas XI di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas XI SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon materi larutan penyangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D dan mengadaptasi model ADDIE dengan 5 tahap yaitu 1)Analisis 2)Desain 3)Pengembangan 4)implementasi 5)Evaluasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan praktisi pendidikan, selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kepada peserta didik. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis melalui validitas rata-rata untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan dan efektivitas produka menggunakan uji N-Gain. Kelayakan hasil validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 82%, ahli media sebesar 92%, dan praktisi pendidikan sebesar 95%, dikategorikan sangat baik. Setelah divalidasi kemudian diujicobakan pada peserta didik sehingga diperolehefektivitas pengembangan E-LKPD sebesar 76% dikategorikan efektif. Hasil respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD sebesar 91%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri materi larutan penyangga dapat digunakan peserta didik kelas XI SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Pembelajaran dalam setiap mata pelajaran terkait dengan kompetensi dan konteks harus memacu peserta didik untuk memiliki keterampilan berpikir dari LOTS menuju proses berpikir HOTS Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pengembangan Instrumen, yang mengacu pada model pegembangan ADDIE : Analisis, Design. Developmen, Implementation, Evaluation. Penelitian berlokasi di MI Al Khairiyah Karanganyar Ciruas Serang Banten. Sampel total dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan program excel dan SPSS. Instrumen Penilaan divalidasi oleh 4 orang ahli , yang terdiri dari dua dosen ahli penilaian dan dua dosen ahli materi. Validiasi isi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,93 dengan menggunakan validitas aiken, kategori soal termasuk valid dan rata-rata butir soal tinggi. Reliabilitas kategori tinggi dengan Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,934. Tingkat kesulitan butir soal terdiri dari mudah, sulit, dan sedangan dengan tingkat kesukaran 0,274 – 0,790. Nilai validitas dan realibilitas yang tinggi menggambarkan bahwa instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini mempunyai konstruksi dan kualitas yang baik.
