In discussing this issue, the authors use qualitative methods using a \"case study\" approach. In collecting data, the writer used interview, observation, and literature search techniques. The data is processed and analyzed qualitatively using descriptive analysis by explaining and interpreting it rationally, objectively and consistently. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the number of samples obtained from all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia for the period January 2013-February 2021. The data were analyzed by path analysis using the PLS method assisted by the SPSS program. The results showed that Third-Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) had a significant direct negative effect on the intermediation function (FDR). Furthermore, for the profitability variable, the results of the study show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) directly have a significant negative effect on Profitability (ROA). However, Third-Party Funds and Intermediation Functions have no direct significant effect on profitability. This could be realized through the Pesantren economic empowerment by developing a supportive ecosystem. However, there are various kinds of obstacles that hinder its development. Such problems from marketing, management, capability, and finance, both in terms of quality and quantity, affect management and development. Therefore the researcher takes a position in this research by examining and analyzing problems, solutions, and appropriate strategies related to the Pesantren economic empowerment to drive halal value chains through the Analytic Network Process approach. This study found that the problem of pesantren economic empowerment is the lack of human resource skills. At the same time, the problem of the halal value chain is the low literacy of halal development instruments.Abstrak: Salah satu strategi dalam mengembangkan ekosistem rantai nilai halal ialah menciptakan sinergi yang melibatkan unit UMKM Pesantren dan menjadikan pesantren sebagai pihak aktif dalam membangun sumber daya manusia industri halal di Indonesia. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren dengan pengembangan ekosistem yang mendukung. Akan tetapi terdapat berbagai macam kendala yang menghambat pengembangannya. Seperti permasalahan dari aspek marketing, manajemen, kapabilitas, dan keuangan baik dari segi kualitas ataupun kuantitas, sehingga berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan serta pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil posisi dalam penelitian ini dengan menempatkan fokus penelitian untuk mengkaji serta menganalisa permasalahan, solusi, dan strategi yang tepat terkait pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren dalam upaya penggerakan halal value chain, melalui pendekatan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masalah pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren adalah kurangnya keterampilan sumber daya manusia. The goal is to help village communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic so they don't experience food insecurity. Despite the good intentions, the BLT-DD is still controversial, because it cannot target all the poor and affected by the existing COVID-19 pandemic. Lebak Village is one of the villages in the Grobogan sub-district where the poverty rate is relatively high, so it is impossible for BLT-DD to target all poor people in this village. This research includes field research using qualitative methods with juridical and maqashid shari'ah approaches and descriptive analysis. From the study conducted, it was found that: first, the implementation of BLT-DD in Lebak Village is still not in accordance with regulations, both Ministerial Decrees, Technical Guidelines and Circulars. Second, BLT-DD in Lebak Village has drawn a polemic because many did not involve the Covid task force and RT-RW when determining KPM. This system only emphasizes conventional teaching approaches and Knowledge Transfer so that many students feel bored and are not interested in Civics lessons. This classroom action research was carried out in 3 cycles for 3 months. In this study the researchers collaborated with Civics subject teachers, all students of class X for the 2019-2020 academic year as well as data sources. The results of the study show that applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and composition approach can improve student achievement in Civics subjects and increase student learning activities and can generate student interaction in the learning process. Student learning outcomes experienced an increase in mastery learning cycles 1, 2, and 3, namely 77.5%, 82.5% and 100%. This approach can overcome students who are slow learners so that they can interact and work together with other students. Thus the learning objectives designed by the teacher can be achieved.
