Setting and subjects of this study is the number of 29 students. The procedure of this study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data retrieval test in the form of map reading ability test and non-test the form of observations, interviews, journals students. The achievement of the cycle in dapata the ongoing research process is on Prasiklus I achieve value - average 62.0. In Cycle I achieve value-average 64 and in the second cycle value-average which achieved 75.2. The results showed that after participating in learning to read maps of Tangerang District with a card sorting techniques, the average value obtained by students has increased significantly. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a field study approach, where the source of data is obtained from interviews with school principals, Curriculum Representatives and teachers, Furthermore, data collection techniques used documentation, observation and interview techniques which were then processed using reduction, display and data verification techniques. Indramayu Regency and Tasikmalaya City are two regions that apply sharia-based regional regulations. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research, using descriptive analytical method with a normative-juridical approach and maqashid shari'ah. The promulgation of sharia regulations in Indramayu and Tasikmalaya City is due to electoral political interests because the majority of the population in these two districts/cities are devout Muslims and fanatic towards sharia. In terms of implementation, the Syari'ah regional regulations in the two regencies/cities still tend to be discriminatory because not all residents are Muslim. The existence of the Syari'ah Regional Regulation is not in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution because it only favors one religion. This event or ritual is commonly known as ‘selametan’. The ‘selametan’ ritual has various names. ‘Selametan’ is one of the Javanese customs that is still preserved (‘diuri-uri’) by several people. This article aimed to analyze the implementation of the Nyadran ritual in Balongdowo, Sidoarjo. The problem discussed about the practice of shirk contained in the Nyadran singkritis ritual. To achieve this goal, the authors uses descriptive and critical analysis methods. While the research approach is theological. The concept of tawhid (theological approach) became the basis for assessing shirk in this ritual. The results of the study reveal the fact that the Nyadran ritual in the village of Balongdowo, Sidoarjo is still contains shirk values that affect the spirituality of Muslims. This can be seen from several activities, namely; procession of eating together, visiting the tomb of Dewi Sekardadu who is she believed to be the mother of one of the Walisongo, namely Sunan Giri. In principle, the implementation of financing gold murabahah of sharia banking and sharia pawnshops is similar in form. But what distinguishes it lies in the technique of contracting and the transaction of delivery of goods. For example, customers buying gold in murabahah can take the purchase gold directly without waiting for the installment to be paid off and if the gold is available, and provide collateral with other goods, but in some other Islamic banks, the goods purchased must be used as collateral so that in this Islamic banking using a double contract, namely the murabahah contract at the time of purchase of goods,  Then the rahn contract (pawn) when the goods are used as collateral. This is the same as the practice carried out by sharia pawnshops in Aceh province. As such, it can be concluded that the implementation of gold murabahah financing in Islamic financial institutions according to the Islamic economy is in accordance with Islamic economic principles.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah emas perbankan syariah dan pegadaian syariah, alasan terjadinya perbedaan pelaksanaan, serta kesesuaiannya dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Pada prinsipnya pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah emas perbankan syariah maupun pegadaian syariah sama. Namun yang membedakannya terletak pada teknik akad dan transaksi penyerahan barang. Seperti, nasabah membeli emas secara murabahah bisa mengambil langsung emas pembeliannya tanpa menunggu angsuran lunas dan jika emas sudah tersedia, dan memberikan agunan dengan barang lainnya, namun ada di beberapa perbankan syariah lainnya, barang yang dibeli harus dijadikan  sebagai barang jaminan sehingga pada perbankan syariah ini menggunakan akad rangkap yakni akad murabahah pada saat pembelian barang, lalu akad rahn (gadai) pada saat barang tersebut dijadikan sebagai jaminan. Hal ini sama dengan praktek yang dijalankan oleh pegadaian syariah yang ada di provinsi Aceh. But over time, having children is no longer the goal in marriage, there are some couples who choose not to have children. This term is called childfree. In this study, the problems raised by the researcher are: 1) How does the decision of childfree become a life choice for the people of Kupang City. 2) How is childfree according to the view of Muhammadiyah leaders. The purpose of this study was to find out the in-depth reasons for the decision of childfree being the life choice of the people of Kupang City and to find out the views of Muhammadiyah leaders in Kupang City on childfree. The type of research used in this research is field research. The data collection method used in this study was obtained through interviews and documentation. Child-free decisions are decisions that a person makes consciously. Choosing not to have children is not easy, and requires a time-consuming decision-making process that takes into account many factors, including rejection from family members and those closest to you, as well as social pressure. Even so, people with this choice feel that the choice not to have children makes them feel like they are living the free life of their dreams. However, Muhammadiyah leaders in Kupang City did not justify this decision, because it was not in accordance with the purpose of marriage, one of which was to have children. It includes Pesantren-based University. Constructivist learning process may further develop such an innovation. It is designed as a flexible curriculum and multi-interpretable model of implementation and adjustable contents of learning with high focus to the practice and disseminating of knowledge. Surely, it may pave the way for designing and creating socio-educational engineering, such as building strong character and high focus to the disseminating and practice of sharia entrepreneurship. This study aims to designing constructive model of learning to disseminate and create a strong bones and practical type of sharia entrepreneurship in the milieu of Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) as it is reflected in the Pesantren Darunnajah. The research method is done through evaluative instrumental method of curriculum accompanied by critical review of learning process theories. It is done based on library research, qualitative approach as well as constructive model. It offers agenda setting of socio-educational reference and applicative model. It deserves to produce and contribute an authentic result, while such a constructive framework of educational inquiry is still rare and in the process of becoming. The result be it is proven that constructive learning process can be an alternative for developing concept as well as practical model for Pesantren-based University.Abstrak: Perkembangan dan kurikulum universitas yang terus berubah menawarkan beberapa kemungkinan untuk inovasi sosio-pendidikan dari pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Termasuk Universitas berbasis Pesantren. Proses pembelajaran konstruktivis dapat lebih mengembangkan inovasi semacam itu. Ini dirancang sebagai kurikulum yang fleksibel dan model implementasi multi-interpretable dan isi pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan fokus tinggi pada praktik dan penyebaran pengetahuan. Tentunya dapat membuka jalan untuk merancang dan menciptakan rekayasa sosio-edukasi, seperti membangun karakter yang kuat dan fokus yang tinggi hingga sosialisasi dan praktik kewirausahaan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model pembelajaran yang konstruktif untuk menyebarluaskan dan menciptakan tipe kewirausahaan syariah yang kuat dan praktis di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam (Pesantren) seperti yang terefleksikan dari Pesantren Darunnajah. It explains how the diversity of Islamic practices in local communities is influenced by differences in responses to the function of the scriptures and the local context surrounding them. It looks at how the reception of the local Islamic community towards the holy book and the pattern of interaction between religion and local culture in the tradition of visiting ulama’ houses. The function of the scriptures in history is not singular. Sources of Islamic teachings, apart from being interpreted in order to obtain the message and meaning in them (informative function), are also often understood to be actualized in concrete action (perfomative function). The comprehension process is also influenced by the local context and the situation of the reader. Based on religious and sociological studies, this paper finds that the tradition of visiting the ulamas house is one of the forms of the performing function of the scripture in the local community. The inteaction of religious understanding regarding Eid al-Fitr and respect for ulama with local culture has resulted in the practice of visiting ulamas’ houses during Eid al-Fitr. Nevertheless, this practice shows that the role of religion in influencing culture is more dominant.
