The data used was panel data consisting of time series data of 10 pharmaceutical companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2021. The data was analyzed by using least squares analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence of sales growth on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Therefore, pharmaceutical companies must pay attention to sales growth to increase their profitability. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan farmasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan, yakni data panel terdiri dari data time series 10 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2015-2021. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis least square. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan farmasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. One of the big challenges faced by PT V in recent years is the achievement of companies that are still far from the highest management target. To improve employee performance, companies need not only pay attention to the psychological climate in the work environment, but also need employees who have the ability and agility. This study aims to prove that workforce agility can act as a mediator between psychological climate and employee performance. This research was conducted at the head office of PT V. which is located in Jakarta using a quantitative approach through questionnaires, internal company data and interviews with management. Data analysis technique using PLS-SEM. The results showed that psychological climate has a significant effect on employee performance and workforce agility, workforce agility has a significant effect on employee performance, and the relationship between psychological climate on employee performance is mediated partially by workforce agility. \u0000PT V adalah sebuah perusahaan dagang di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang solusi infrastruktur tenaga listrik, dengan produk utamanya yaitu Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Salah satu tantangan besar yang dihadapi oleh PT V dalam beberapa tahun terakhir adalah pencapaian perusahaan yang masih jauh dari target manajemen tertinggi. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan tidak saja perlu memperhatikan iklim psikologis di lingkungan kerja, akan tetapi juga memerlukan karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan dan kelincahan (agility). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa workforce agility dapat berperan sebagai mediator antara iklim psikologis dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT V. yang bertempat di Jakarta menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data internal perusahaan serta wawancara dengan manajemen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. This research was conducted using 30 samples of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this research is a regression analysis of panel data using E-Views software version 9. The results of this research show that good corporate governance mechanisms have no significant effect on financial performance, while firm size has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. However, the ability of the three variables to explain their impact on the financial performance of the banking industry studied was only 47.7%. Therefore, further research is needed to explore and test other factors influencing the financial performance of the banking industry listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan di dalam industri perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan 30 sampel perusahaan industri perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan E-Views versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Namun kemampuan ketiga variabel dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja keuangan industri perbankan yang diteliti hanya sebesar 47.7 %. The population in this study are FMCG companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and issuing financial reports for the period 2016 – 2021 The sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 24 financial statements from 2016 – 2021 with a total of 144 observations. The data used is secondary data with multiple regression testing. The software used for the testing is SPSS version 23. The dependent variables of this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), where these three variables are considered to represent company profitability. The independent variables used are Current Ratio (CR), Average Collection Period (ACP), Average Payment Period (APP), and Cash Conversion Cycle, where these four variables are considered to represent working capital management. Three models were created to predict the effect of working capital on (1) ROA, (2) ROE, and (3) NPM. Regarding the effect of working capital on ROA, the results of this study indicate that only APP has a partially significant effect. Regarding the effect of working capital on ROE, the results show that APP and CCC each have a partially significant effect. Related to the effect of working capital on NPM, the results show that APP and CCC each have a partially significant effect. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) di Indonesia dari tahun 2016 – 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan fast moving consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan menerbitkan laporan keuangan periode 2016 – 2021. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel yang representatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan dan diperoleh sampel laporan keuangan sejumlah 24 perusahaan dari tahun 2016 – 2021 dengan total observasi sebanyak 144 observasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pengujian multiple regression. Software yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian adalah dengan SPSS versi 23. Variabel dependent dari penelitian ini adalah Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), dimana ketiga variabel ini dianggap mewakili profitabilitas perusahaan. The focus of this study is on the retail sector in Indonesia during 2018-2021 and the data observed is collected on a purposive sampling method. Data sources are obtained through the publication of financial statements through IDX’s (Indonesia Stock Exchange) official websites and the firm’s official websites. There are 68 samples selected as the final samples, then hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study shows that brand image and capital expenditure have a positive impact on a firm’s financial performance while advertising and promotion spending harms a firm’s financial performance.\u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh brand image, belanja iklan dan promosi, serta investasi belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan data empiris. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada sektor retail di Indonesia selama periode 2018-2021 dan data yang diobservasi dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sumber data diperoleh melalui publikasi laporan keuangan pada laman resmi BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) dan laman resmi perusahaan. Ada 68 sampel yang dipakai sebagai sampel final, kemudian dilakukan pengujian terhadap menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. One of the information technologies that is widely used by MSME actors is the use of social media in conveying information. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the Adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Digital Transformation Understanding of business opportunities so that it has an impact on MSME asset growth with a descriptive analysis method using a collection of 117 respondents. The results obtained in this study are that there is no relationship between the adoption of information and communication technology on the growth of SME assets. This is because MSME owners are only aware of the importance of using new technology but have not fully used new technology in their businesses, while SME asset growth is more influenced by an understanding of digital transformation by SMEs. \u0000Di dalam era industri digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi penopang suatu bidang usaha melakukan pemasaran produknya. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang ramai digunakan oleh pelaku UMKM adalah penggunaan media sosial dalam penyampaian informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antara Adopsi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dan Pemahaman Transformasi Digital atas peluang bisnis sehingga berdampak pada pertumbuhan aset UMKM dengan metode analisa deskriptif menggunakan pengumpulan responden sebanyak 117 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah tidak ada keterkaitan antara adopsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap pertumbuhan aset UMKM. Respondents are millennials living in Indonesia who had used public transportation services (trains, buses, or MRT) regularly over the past 6 months. Using PLS, authors concluded that all three antecedents, namely attitude, perceived service affordability and subjective norms significantly influence millennials’ intention to use public transportation services in Indonesia.\u0000Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan konsep dasar dari theory of reasoned action (TRA) guna menjelaskan keinginan dari para generasi milenial di dalam menggunakan jasa transportasi umum yang tersedia di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode survei-kuantitatif, sebanyak 137 responden berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Adapun para responden merupakan individu yang telah menggunakan jasa transportasi umum di Indonesia (baik bus, kereta ataupun MRT) secara berkala dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir. This, of course, must be supported by qualified and competent human resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and grit on work engagement in one of the property developer companies in the Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative type involving 245 respondents. This study applies the analytical method through SmartPLS 4.0 by testing the measurement model assessment and structural model assessment. This research resulted in a trend of significant positive influence on work engagement through leadership and grit. Thus, leadership and grit have factors that can influence employee engagement, so this needs to be considered and improved so that company goals can be achieved. Furthermore, there are findings that work engagement is not influenced by organizational culture. So that the company PT \"X\" needs to immediately carry out the process of internalizing the vision, mission, and core values for each employee. The internalization process can be carried out in top-down stages, by lowering the vision, mission, and core values into real and measurable behavioral indicators which are then disseminated to all employees and carried out consistently. In addition, leaders in business units who are in-house employees should be made agents of change for the internalization process that is carried out. \u0000Dalam era bisnis yang semakin berkembang, perusahaan property developer saat ini menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisa melalui SmartPLS 4.0 dengan menguji measurement model assessment dan structural model assessment. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kecenderungan pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada keterikatan kerja melalui kepemimpinan dan grit. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan dan grit memiliki faktor yang dapat memengaruhi keterikatan kerja pada karyawan, sehingga hal ini perlu diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Selanjutnya, terdapat temuan bahwa keterikatan kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi. This study found that brand image had an influence on customer satisfaction and made customers use services repeatedly, serviced quality and customer trust did not affect customer satisfaction and did not make customers use services repeatedly. \u0000Perkembangan bisnis online di Indonesia sekarang ini menunjukan peningkatan kearah lebih baik, di era industri 4.0 semakin banyak orang Indonesia yang memilih berbelanja secara online. Indonesia yaitu mencapai 8,8% per tahun hingga tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, kepercayaan, citra merek terhadap kesetiaan pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai mediasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 152 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square.
