The quantitative method of research equipped with the main instrument a questionnaire survey to the owner of the Blibli account was conducted. This research sampling technique is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 164 respondents. The sample criteria determined are, Blibli account users over 17 years of age, domiciled in the entire city of Surabaya. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques. Data processing is done using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing and e-service quality have a significant positive effect on purchase intention in the e-marketplace through Blibli’s customer relationship management in Surabaya, with a 0.781 score of R2 or reached 78% accuracy level between theoretical background, research framework, and methodology.\u0000Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh digital marketing dan e-service quality terhadap purchase intention melalui customer relationship management Blibli di Surabaya. Metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner diimplementasikan pada survei terhadap sejumlah pemilik akun Blibli. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 164 responden. Kriteria sampel yang ditentukan, yaitu pengguna akun Blibli berusia di atas 17 tahun domisili seluruh kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS. If employees feel satisfied with their work, they will do anything for the company. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of work discipline, incentives, and work environment on the job satisfaction of BPR employees in Tanjung Pinang. This study is included in a descriptive study regarding the relationship (cross-section) with the amount of data as a representative of 298 BPR practitioners in Tanjung Pinang City. The results of these findings are: 1) The effect of work discipline on employee job satisfaction is statistically 1.579 (< 1647), with a p-value of 0.114 (0.05 or more). 2) The statistical value of the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction is 6.490 (≥1.647), and the p score is 0.000 (<0.05). 3) The effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction is 4.387 (≥1.647), and the p-value is 0.000 (<0.05). Providing incentives and a work environment have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of BPR Tanjung Pinang employees, but work discipline doesn’t have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of BPR Tanjung Pinang employees.
 Perasaan senang secara emosional atas pekerjaan yang dilakukan dikatakan sebagai bentuk kepuasan karyawan kepada pekerjaannya. Jika karyawan merasakan kepuasan dengan pekerjaannya, mereka akan melakukan apa pun untuk perusahaan. Studi ini dilaksanakan guna menganalisis efek disiplin kerja, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja kepada kepuasan kerja karyawan BPR di Tanjung Pinang. Kajian ini termasuk dalam studi deskriptif mengenai hubungan (cross-section) dengan jumlah data sebagai representatif 298 praktisi BPR di Kota Tanjung Pinang. Hasil temuan ini, yakni: 1) Efek disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara statistik sebesar 1,579 (< 1647), dengan p-value 0,114 (0,05 atau lebih); 2) Nilai statistik pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 6,490 (≥ 1,647), dan skor p, yaitu 0,000 (< 0,05); 3) Efek lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 4,387 (≥ 1,647), p-value, yaitu 0,000 (< 0,05). BPR has faced challenges in retaining its customers in the face of increased competition from other banks. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that can affect customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the role of corporate image in mediating service quality, customer trust, and customer satisfaction on BPR customer loyalty. This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional research approach. This study used a survey method, by collecting data by distributing questionnaires online. The population in this study were BPR customers using 192 BPR customers as respondents. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a convenience sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3.3.9 which was carried out by testing the outer model analysis and inner model analysis. This study shows that Service Quality, Customer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty, then Service Quality, Customer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction have an indirect and significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image as a mediating variable.
 Penyembuhan dari masa pandemi Covid-19 dan persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri perbankan. BPR menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan nasabah mereka dalam menghadapi persaingan yang meningkat dengan bank-bank lain. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran citra perusahaan dalam memediasi kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan nasabah, dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah BPR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner secara daring. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BPR dengan menggunakan 192 nasabah BPR sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.9 yang dilakukan dengan pengujian outer model analysis dan inner model analysis. This study utilizes primary data with the target population being adult workers residing in Jakarta. The data collection process was conducted by distributing an online questionnaire through Google Forms. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling type, with a total of 241 respondents collected. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of this research indicate that financial literacy has a positive but not significant influence, financial behaviour and internal locus of control have a significant positive influence, while financial stress has a significant negative influence on the financial well-being of adult workers in Jakarta.
 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah financial well-being pekerja dewasa di Jakarta dipengaruhi oleh financial literacy, financial behaviour, financial stress, dan internal locus of control (LOC). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan target populasi adalah pekerja dewasa yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui media Google Form. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling jenis convenience sampling dengan responden yang terkumpul berjumlah 241 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. The research subjects are firms listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2021 period and were given a particular note by BEI to indicate that the companies were having financial difficulties. The research observed firms quarterly and used financial reports to collect data needed for the research. The sampling method used for this research is purposive sampling, with a total of 72 observation data used. A panel data regression model is used in this research, with EViews 10 as an instrument used to process the data. This research indicates that the profitability and activity ratio positively impacted financial distress, the solvability ratio negatively impacted financial distress, and the liquidity ratio had no significant impact on financial distress.
 Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mempelajari efek daripada rasio keuangan, seperti rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap kesulitan keuangan. Subjek penelitian adalah emiten yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2020-2021 dan juga diberikan notasi khusus oleh BEI sebagai penanda bahwa perusahaan tersebut sedang mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Penelitian ini mengamati perusahaan secara kuartal dan menggunakan laporan keuangan untuk mendapatkan data-data yang dibutuhkan. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan total sebanyak 72 data pengamatan. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan bantuan EViews 10 sebagai alat untuk memproses data-data yang didapatkan. The results of this study show that company size, retained earnings, and leverage have a positive and significant impact on the financial difficulties of AEO and MITA importer companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, financial costs have a negative and significant impact on the financial difficulties of AEO and MITA importer companies in Indonesia. With this research, it is hoped that company managers who carry out import activities, especially MITA and AEO companies in Indonesia, will be more aware of the company’s potential financial difficulties. To be more aware of the company’s financial burden, considering the increasing financial burden of the company, the potential for the company to experience financial difficulties will also increase. For DJBC, this research can be used as a reference to measure how much a company is experiencing financial difficulties, so that it can be a reference in providing facilities related to, for example, company guarantees to obtain periodic payments. As for the next researcher, it is one of the initial references in conducting further research considering that research related to companies who have obtained the title of AEO and Main Partner of Customs, is still very little done. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi financial distress pada perusahaan eksportir dan importir khususnya yang berpredikat MITA dan AEO di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, laba ditahan, dan leverage memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kesulitan keuangan perusahaan eksportir dan importir AEO dan MITA di Indonesia. Sedangkan, biaya keuangan memiliki dampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesulitan keuangan perusahaan importir AEO dan MITA di Indonesia. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan bagi manajer perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan impor terutama perusahaan MITA dan AEO di Indonesia agar lebih aware terhadap potensi kesulitan keuangan perusahaan. Agar lebih waspada terhadap beban keuangan perusahaan, mengingat semakin meningkatnya beban keuangan perusahaan maka potensi perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan juga akan meningkat. Bagi DJBC, atas penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu referensi untuk mengukur seberapa perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu acuan dalam memberikan fasilitas terkait dengan misalnya jaminan perusahaan untuk memperoleh pembayaran berkala. {"title":"Dimensi online customer experience (OCE) pada website dalam kaitannya dengan intensi membeli pada hubungan bisnis B2B","authors":"Sonny Alfa, Cokki Cokki","doi":"10.24912/jmbk.v7i5.26501","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24912/jmbk.v7i5.26501","url":null,"abstract":"This research was conducted to analyze online customer experience (OCE) whether information quality, website credibility, customer support, and web personalization affect client buying intentions and customer trust in the context of B2B relationships and carry out a comparative analysis of 3 websites that are the object of research in the human resources industry (company A, B, and C). The study used 77 respondents from various corporations operating in Jakarta who were selected by simple random technique and then analyzed using PLS-SEM ANOVA and Duncan analysis for website comparison analysis. The results showed that the quality of information on websites, customer support, and web personalization had a positive influence on purchase intentions and customer trust. Website credibility does not have a positive effect on purchase intention and customer trust. These findings imply that offline networking and business development still play an important role in B2B business relationships. Further research is needed regarding other variables in OCE in the B2B context considering that most of the research on OCE is still in the B2C context.
 Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis online customer experience (OCE) apakah kualitas informasi, kredibilitas website, dukungan pelanggan, dan personalisasi web memengaruhi intensi membeli client dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam konteks hubungan B2B dan melakukan analisa perbandingan 3 website yang menjadi obyek penelitian di industri Sumber Daya Manusia (Perusahaan A, B, dan C). Penelitian menggunakan 77 responden dari berbagai korporasi yang beroperasi di Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik acak sederhana kemudian dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM serta analisa ANOVA dan Duncan untuk analisa perbandingan website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi pada website, dukungan pelanggan dan personalisasi web memberikan pengaruh positif kepada intensi membeli dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Kredibilitas website ternyata tidak memberi pengaruh positif kepada intensi membeli dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa offline networking dan business development masih tetap memegang peranan penting dalam hubungan bisnis B2B. The data in this study were taken using the time series research design method. The sample collection technique in this study was to use quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that liquidity affects profitability, firm size does not affect profitability, and firm growth affects profitability.
 Tujuan dari riset ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara pengaruh likuiditas, firm size, dan firm growth terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan dengan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017-2021. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan purposive sampling. This study aims to analyze the relationship between share repurchase and liquidity on stock volatility. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, and 137 samples met the criteria. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that share repurchase has a significant negative effect on stock volatility, and liquidity has a significant positive effect on stock volatility. These findings indicate that share repurchasing can be considered for companies to reduce stock volatility in the short term, and they need to pay attention to stock liquidity conditions as a factor affecting stock price fluctuations. OJK mengatur regulasi pasar modal untuk menjaga stabilitas pasar modal Indonesia terutama pada saat kondisi berfluktuasi, salah satunya melalui kebijakan share repurchase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan share repurchase dan likuiditas terhadap volatilitas saham. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dan terdapat 137 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa share repurchase berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap volatilitas saham dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap volatilitas saham.
