They also serve as benchmarks for the progress of education and the economy of a country in the future. Therefore, students must prepare themselves with the knowledge that can help them contribute to the advancement of their nation. One important financial knowledge for students is the ability to manage their finances, as it can prove their financial readiness as hope for the next generation. Hence, students must identify the factors that can influence their financial management. This research intends to recognize the indicators that can shape students’ financial management. To collect data, the researcher distributed questionnaires to students at Maranatha Christian University, with 218 respondents completing the survey. The collected data was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) conducted with SmartPLS 4. The analyzed data revealed that financial literacy and financial self-efficacy are factors that positively influence personal financial management, a hedonistic lifestyle is a negative factor that has a detrimental effect, while an attitude of love of money does not affect personal financial management. This study implies that students should have control over their finances, deeply study financial knowledge, possess self-confidence in achieving financial goals, and be aware of the importance of money for their long-term objectives.
 Mahasiswa merupakan generasi penerus bangsa dan menjadi faktor keberhasilan suatu negara. Mahasiswa juga menjadi tolak ukur kemajuan pendidikan dan ekonomi negara di masa depan. Maka, mahasiswa harus mempersiapkan diri mereka dengan ilmu yang dapat membantu mereka dalam memajukan negara. Salah satu ilmu yang penting bagi mahasiswa yaitu ilmu dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi mereka, karena ilmu tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat membuktikan kesiapan finansial mahasiswa sebagai harapan bagi generasi mendatang. Jadi, penting bagi mahasiswa untuk mendalami faktor-faktor yang dapat berdampak pada manajemen keuangan pribadinya. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi mengenai apa saja faktor yang dapat menjadi pengaruh pada manajemen keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Maranatha dan mendapatkan 218 responden yang berhasil mengisi data sampai akhir. Dengan terkumpulnya data yang dibutuhkan, peneliti kemudian menganalisisnya dengan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Model (PLS–SEM) yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4. More comprehensive information regarding a university could motivate students to choose the university, or not to choose the university. This research is aimed to find the effect of the reference group, brand image, motivation, social influence, and location on the decision to choose a university (purchase decision) in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling method and convenience technique. The sample is 174 first-semester Jakarta private university undergraduate students. Data was collected by a questionnaire. The data was then processed and analyzed with SmartPLS 4 software. This research shows a brand image, motivation, and social influence positively affect the decision to choose a university (purchase decision), while reference group and location do not affect the decision to choose a university in Jakarta. \u0000Ketersediaan informasi dapat menjadi referensi bagi siswa-siswi yang hendak menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Informasi yang lebih lengkap mengenai suatu universitas dapat memotivasi siswa-siswi untuk memilih universitas tersebut, ataupun memotivasi mereka untuk tidak memilih universitas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh reference group, brand image, motivation, social influence, dan location terhadap keputusan pemilihan (purchase decision) universitas di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel berjumlah 174 mahasiswa S1 semester satu di universitas swasta Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. This research is conducted at PT Inlingua International Indonesia. The type of collecting this data is primary data because the data was acquired by spreading questionnaires to 50 employees of PT Inlingua International Indonesia as the respondents. The analysis methods are simple regression and multiple regression tests. The result of this research showed that work ethics, work environment, and compensation influence employee performance. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh etos kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Inlingua Internasional Indonesia. Jenis pengumpulan data ini adalah data primer karena data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan PT Inlingua International Indonesia sebagai responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. This research uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Researchers collected 67 respondents for this study from the entrepreneurs of Pedalindo in Sidoarjo, East Java. The quantitative analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that: (1) Business network has no significant effect on business intention; (2) The characteristics of entrepreneurs have a significant influence on business intention; (3) Business network has no significant effect on business success; (4) The characteristics of entrepreneurs have an influence and are significant on business success; (5) Business intention has no significant effect on business success; and (6) Business intention can mediate business networks and entrepreneurial characteristics on business success. These findings suggest to Pedalindo provides more facilities for members as the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to increase interest in doing business and assist in achieving success. \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jaringan bisnis dan karakteristik wirausahawan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan minat usaha sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 67 responden para pelaku UMKM Pedalindo di Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Jaringan bisnis berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat usaha; (2) Karakteristik wirausahawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat usaha; (3) Jaringan bisnis berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha; (4) Karakteristik wirausahawan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha; (5) Minat usaha berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha; dan (6) Minat usaha dapat memediasi jaringan bisnis dan karakteristik wirausahawan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. In addition, it is known that during the pandemic there was a decrease in the quality of work life. This hybrid work pattern implemented by PT X certainly influences the quality of life of workers. Therefore, this research was conducted to get an overview of the quality of work life, employee perceptions, as well as the positive and negative impacts felt by PT X employees who work in a hybrid manner during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative research methods with the knowledge that PT X employees have the perception that the company's work patterns are quite effective but need to be improved again. The positive impact that is felt is getting computer facilities, meal allowance, ease of administrative processes, time flexibility, and cost savings. The negative impact felt by PT X employees is that the work environment at home is not conducive, the internet connection is not stable, they do not get food money, they do not get supporting facilities for working at home, communication is less effective with colleagues and distance. \u0000Semenjak terjadinya pandemi, pemerintah Indonesia membuat beberapa kebijakan untuk menekan angka persebaran Covid-19 dengan salah satunya membuat perubahan pola bekerja dari Work from Office (WFO) yang kini menerapkan gabungan Work from Home (WFH) atau disebut dengan sistem pola kerja hybrid. Selain itu, diketahui selama pandemi diketahui terjadi penurunan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Pola bekerja hybrid ini diterapkan oleh PT X tentu memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pekerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk bisa mendapatkan gambaran kualitas kehidupan kerja, persepsi karyawan, serta dampak positif dan negatif yang dirasakan oleh karyawan PT X yang bekerja secara hybrid di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam dari partisipan. Pada penelitian ini diketahui karyawan PT X memiliki persepsi bahwa pola bekerja perusahaan sudah cukup efektif namun perlu ditingkatkan kembali. Dampak positif yang dirasakan adalah mendapatkan fasilitas komputer, uang makan, kemudahan dalam proses administrasi, fleksibilitas waktu dan menghemat biaya. Apart from income and financial literacy, what is no less important is financial attitude. Unmarried adults must be able to manage their income and expenses, especially since they don't have dependents. This is also a learning process to be able to manage finances when married. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of income, financial literacy, and financial attitude on the financial management behavior of unmarried adults. The research sample used was 150 respondents. To get the sample, this study used a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. After conducting the research, the results show that income and financial literacy have a positive but not significant effect on financial management behavior, while financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior. \u0000Jumlah pendapatan yang dimiliki bagi orang dewasa yang telah bekerja dan belum menikah sangat penting, selain itu pengetahuan keuangan juga memiliki peran penting supaya terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Selain pendapatan dan literasi keuangan, hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah sikap keuangan. Orang dewasa belum menikah harus mampu mengatur pemasukan dan pengeluaran apalagi mereka belum mempunyai tanggungan. Hal tersebut sekaligus menjadi proses belajar untuk bisa mengelola keuangan ketika sudah menikah. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk bisa mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan, financial literacy (literasi keuangan), dan financial attitude (sikap keuangan) terhadap financial management behavior keuangan (perilaku manajemen) orang dewasa belum menikah. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Untuk mendapatkan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling purposive. However, this will be difficult to achieve without performance improvement from employees. Therefore, every company needs a management approach that can effectively and efficiently accommodate any changes that occur, and one of them is good human resources management (HRM) that can continually adjust and utilize technology. Therefore, PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia continuously provides periodic training to their salesmen in HRM development strategies, in hopes of improving the required competencies and providing a positive impact on the performance of salesmen at Hino dealers. Not only training, but participant motivation is also a factor in achieving better results. This research was conducted using a quantitative method and simple random sampling questionnaire distribution technique, with a known population of 159 salesmen, distributed to 114 respondents. The results of the study showed a significant influence between training and performance. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance. Training and motivation had a positive and significant effect on competence. Competency mediated training and performance have a direct and significant impact. Competency mediated between motivation and performance had a significant effect. The results of this study contribute to increasing the effectiveness of training on employee performance. \u0000Setiap perusahaan tentunya ingin meningkatkan kinerjanya secara berkelanjutan untuk memenangkan persaingan yang ada di pasar, baik dalam menciptakan barang dibutuhkan oleh pasar maupun layanan yang prima untuk kepuasan pelanggannya. Namun hal tersebut akan sulit untuk dicapai tanpa peningkatan kinerja dari para karyawannya. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan pastinya membutuhkan pendekatan manajemen yang mampu mengakomodasikan setiap perubahan yang terjadi secara efektif dan efisien, dimana salah satunya adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang baik yang dapat terus melakukan penyesuaian dan pemanfaatan teknologi. PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia secara terus menerus memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada tenaga penjualnya (salesmen) secara periodik dalam strategi pengembangan SDM, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja salesmen di dealer Hino. Namun tidak hanya pelatihan, motivasi peserta juga menjadi faktor untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan teknik penyebaran kuesioner simple random sampling dengan populasi diketahui sebanyak 159 salesmen melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada sejumlah 114 responden. Dari hasil penelitian, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja. This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and business characteristics on the business ability of SME owners. Furthermore, this research also investigates the impact of business capability on business success. This study used a questionnaire given to 101 MSMEs owners throughout the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which consists of 4 regencies and one city. This research hypothesis will be tested with the Smart-PLS. The research results prove that business motivation and business characteristics have a significant impact on business ability, furthermore, business ability also has a substantial effect on business success.\u0000Peran UMKM yang sangat penting bagi kemajuan perekonomian suatu negara menjadi topik yang banyak diteliti terutama kemampuan pemilik dalam mengelola usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh motivasi dan karakteristik usaha terhadap kemampuan usaha pemilik UKM. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga menguji dampak kemampuan usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 101 pemilik UMKM di seluruh Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang terdiri dari 4 kabupaten dan 1 kota madya. Hipotesis penelitian akan dibuktikan dengan bantuan SmartPLS. The number of samples in this study was 154 respondents, all of whom were employees working at one luxury hotel in South Jakarta and customers who had experience living or conducting meetings & events at the hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and were analyzed quantitatively using the SEM-PLS analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: (1) Employee engagement is proven to be a factor that significantly influences customer satisfaction; (2) Employee engagement is proven as a factor that significantly influences financial performance; and (3) Financial performance is proven as a factor that significantly influences customer satisfaction. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh employee engagement terhadap financial performance dengan dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 154 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di hotel mewah ABC di daerah Jakarta Selatan dan tamu yang memiliki pengalaman tinggal atau melakukan rapat serta acara di hotel-hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM-PLS dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. In addition, this research also explores the level of awareness of the citizen in Indonesia and the importance of a green environment for future sustainability, given the fact, Indonesia is the second largest contributor to plastic waste in the world. Data is collected from 214 correspondence in Indonesia, located in Java and Bali Island through an online questionnaire survey method (Google Form). Data analysis was conducted by Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tool. The results of variance-based PLS-SEM suggested that consumer’s attitudes, social value, and emotional value positively affect purchase intention for glass straws, while functional value and conditional value were not strongly affecting purchase intention for glass straw products. Consumer attitude and green perceived value can be used by firms and businesses to better market their products and improve consumers’ awareness toward glass straw products, as well as increase purchase intention. This study enriches the research about the factors that influence consumers’ purchase intention of glass straw products in Indonesia as part of future sustainability. \u0000Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengamati hubungan antara consumer attitude dan green perceived value (nilai fungsional, nilai kondisional, nilai sosial, dan nilai emosional) terhadap niat untuk membeli produk sedotan kaca. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggali tingkat kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia akan pentingnya green environment untuk keberlanjutan masa depan, mengingat Indonesia merupakan penyumbang sampah plastik terbesar kedua di dunia. Data dikumpulkan dari 214 korespondensi di Indonesia yang berlokasi di Pulau Jawa dan Bali melalui metode survei kuesioner online (Google Form). Analisis data dilakukan dengan alat Partial Least Squares (PLS) - model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil PLS-SEM berbasis varians menunjukkan bahwa sikap pelanggan, nilai sosial, dan nilai emosional secara positif memengaruhi niat untuk membeli sedotan kaca, sedangkan nilai fungsional dan nilai kondisional tidak cukup kuat untuk memengaruhi niat membeli produk sedotan kaca. Consumer attitude dan green perceived value dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan \u0000dan bisnis untuk memasarkan produk mereka dengan lebih baik dan meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk sedotan kaca, serta meningkatkan niat untuk membeli.
