An important goal of educational tourism is formation of a comprehensively developed personality capable of vigorous activity in a multiethnic and multicultural environment. On the basis of characteristic features of educational tourism described in this article, a definition is formulated in which the integrative nature of the studied type of tourism is identified. In addition, the main directions of educational tours are given that allow to get the most complete picture of this social phenomenon alongside with the advantages of educational trips for both the host country and the student. The paper considers the Russian export of educational services, which makes it possible to increase the stability of the local economy. Some relevant initiatives contributing to the development of educational tourism in Russia have also been studied. The arguments justifying the need for its immediate development are presented as well as the tasks that require priority solutions for this. Statistics on the development of the Russian tourism indicate that the direction, dynamics and intensity of tourist flows have changed quite significantly from 2010 to 2022. According to certain development parameters of the domestic tourism industry, there are both considerable achievements and unresolved issues. The formulation of public policy on resolution of the latter should be implemented on the basis of current factors. Sustainable development of the Russian tourism sector is possible by ensuring an integrated approach that includes improvement of the quality of tourism services based on the principles of sustainable tourism alongside with increase of investment attractiveness of tourism infrastructure and increase of investments in tourism digital products. The expected promising directions for the development of the industry are substantiated: the priority of health and safety, ecotourism, decrease in the number of spontaneous trips, development of niche tourism areas, digitalisation of the industry, virtualisation and simulation (imitation of tourism activities). In this regard, it became necessary to study the process of organising films with animals at the conceptual and methodological levels. To understand the relationships and components of the concept, the authors developed a conceptual scheme for organising such filming process. The implementation of the stages of this scheme involves development of a set of modules that allow each of the elements to be realiseded. In addition, it becomes possible to find their most rational combination in the set which will help solve complex tasks related to the use of animals on a film set. The conceptual scheme also includes three components: preparation for management of the filming process with animals, formation of a mechanism of organisation of this filming process and its implementation. The complex of these components outlines the field of methodological support for organisation of the filming process of creation of an audiovisual product featuring animals. The authors of the article also developed recommendations for improving the methodological support of this process. The purpose of the article is to determine at what stages of the foresight procedure the application of neural networks is justified and with what architecture. The differences between foresight and the process of forecasting are revealed. In addition, the concept of foresight, its main stages and phases, classification are considered. It is substantiated that the application of neural networks can significantly facilitate the foresight procedure at such stages as collection and processing of primary information, development of scenarios and solutions to problems, communication, and report preparation. It is shown that different types of neural networks are suitable for different foresight tasks. It is revealed that neural networks can process a larger amount of data and automatically detect complex patterns, which makes them more effective under conditions of environmental uncertainty and variability. The article ephasises the importance of further research and development of methods for applying neural networks in foresight processes with consideration to the specifics of particular industries and types of tasks. The relevance of the article is determined by objective features of the development of mesoterritories. The analysis of spatial features of the systems’ functioning was conducted on the materials of the Central Federal District. The purpose of the study is to assess the features of the regional genesis using regression analysis and the resulting indicator – gross regional product (hereinafter referred to as GRP), which allows us to give a more reliable characterisation of the mesoterritorial transformation. The subjects were grouped according to the quality of medical and demographic characteristics on the basis of the cluster analysis with further allocation of flagship, catching-up and lagging regions. To substantiate the reliability of the territories’ affiliation to a specific cluster group, a statistical analysis was performed on average values with consideration to identification of the level of medical and demographic development. The conclusion is made about the influence of some factor criteria on the regional space with the construction of a scatter plot. It displays the affiliation to the selected confidence interval and distribution of the elements of the set in the plane between the resulting and factor values, describing the dependence of the GRP on the medical and demographic indicator. The definition of value orientations based on the reflection, activity, activity, determinism principles has been clarified. The features of the approach to the value orientations study in Russian psychology are represented by three directions – philosophical, concrete-scientific and psychological. The features of the value orientations study in foreign psychology have been presented, where the main attention is paid to the problems of personality typology on the basis of its value orientations and their role in the activity motivation. Each person is guided by what is considered by him as important, essential, and strives to achieve what acquires for him subjective value. Within the framework of general psychology and personality psychology, we always mean individually significant values, on which a person is oriented, – value orientations. All participants of the labor market either justify their expectations or face the need to revise them depending on the influence of various factors. The features of labor conditions that potential employees pay attention to in newly changed conditions have been identified. These include the remuneration size, the possibility of working time rational organization and finding a balance between work time and rest time, the presence of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DIE) concept in the organization environment. The tendencies of jobs creation and elimination in the labor market have been considered. The most rational ways of regulating the jobs number in accordance with the needs of the organization have been shown: job replacement – new high-tech jobs creation while eliminating obsolete existing ones. The skills of workers in high-tech positions that are most in demand from the employers’ point of view have been given. One of the most widespread forms of thinking activity realization, which at the same time allows to present the versatility and uniqueness of a human’s personality, is a written text. A written text can be considered as the final product of a person’s thinking activity, which reflects his personal and intellectual level of development, is a socialization indicator and serves as a kind of guide to the diverse world of personal realization and a kind of the author’s written avatar. The text has special properties that allow to “connect” several complex, multifaceted, dynamic spheres such as the surrounding reality, life and professional experience of a person, their worldview, images of the past, present, future, etc. The connection of language, speech activity and written text, as well as their possibilities to reflect the uniqueness of a person and their activity have been considered. The study is based on the data of departmental statistics for 2018–2022 for the Northwestern Federal District regions using the comparative analysis methods. The analysis revealed that in all selected federal subjects the benchmarks for the non-state providers share in the total number of social service providers have been achieved. Among them, the SONPOs share ranges from 13 to 86 %. The assessment of the SONPOs development rates for all types of socially important services contained in the official statistical information has shown that, while their number is practically unchanged, the increase in the financial support volume leads to an increase in their consumers’ number. The most noticeable expansion of the target audience is observed in the field of culture and cinematography, but in general, there is a noticeable differentiation of regions in terms of the increase rate in the socially important services volume in various spheres. The patterns of attitude to this phenomenon and characteristic of modern society have been highlighted. Certain limitations of these studies and their fragmentation have been noted. The integral variant of this phenomenon analysis, including four components of the attitude to tattoo (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and motivational) and considering peculiarities of social attitudes of the three main subjects occupying different positions in relation to tattoo (tattoo masters, their clients and a control group without tattoos) has been offered.
