Some of the problems are unemployment, family problems, exploitation, discrimination, and domestic violence. Singkong Jaya Women Community is built to overcome those problems through various empowerment programs. The aim of this Doktor Mengabdi program is to increase the quality and product diversification that produced by Singkong Jaya Women Community which is located in Sukowilangun village, Kalipare district, Malang regency. In accordance to the previous year study, there are several problems identified, such as the lack of facilities and modals, product packaging and marketing as well as license or marketing certificate. PGN,Tbk melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Hingga saat ini TPA di desa itu memiliki kapasitas sampah lebih dari 92%. Maggot merupakan salah satu serangga yang dapat digunakan pada teknik biokonversi dan tidak berpotensi menyebarkan penyakit. Metode yang digunakan yakni persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, sosialisasi, pelatihan pemilahan sampah dan penanganan sampah organik untuk media budidaya maggot, pelatihan dan praktik budidaya maggot, pelatihan kewirausahaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa masyarakat Desa Tambak Kalisogo melalui BUMDes ingin serius melaksanakan kegiatan budidaya maggot dengan fasilitasi pembangunannya dari pendanaan CSR PT. PGN, Tbk. The problem of these products was oily enough and the dryness of fish cracker was not uniform. The Serving Doctoral Programmed provided the solution of the problem by provided help with the spinner machine and oven drying. With the equipment assistance, the partner of this programmed, MSME Anugrah Mina Lestari can increase the product until 66.6% (fish crackers) and 60% (fish shredded) and increased organoleptic acceptance from moderate like (score 5) to like (score 6). It should be testing the product for proximate, mineral content and product durability listed in the packaging although there was already the prototype packaging. Citronella and rhodinol oils consists of monoterpene compounds with major components in the form of aldehydes and alcohol. The oils have antibacterial properties. This study aims to increase the antibacterial power of the hand sanitizer by adding citronella and rhodinol. The experimental research method was carried out in a laboratory with two stages. The first stage was making hand sanitizers with variations in the addition of citronella and rhodinol. The second stage is to test the antibacterial power of the products. The addition of citronella oil and rhodinol can increase the inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The addition of rhodinol as an additive to the hand sanitizer gave a greater inhibition zone effect than the addition of citronella oil. The business development of this group needs to be improved to build a strong company that can compete in the global market. The aims of the community service activities were to increase the mastery of technology by entrepreneurs, send the knowledge to apply the production processes that meet standards and improve the production process in one industry, namely the vacuum-fried chips industry. The service activities were carried out include: The practice of vacuum frying; Course on vacuum frying machines, good manufacturing processes, and packaging to provide insight for future developments; Improvement in production processes by applying suitable spinner, adding plastic sealers to speed up the packaging process, and procuring work clothes. Seed size segmentation is needed because lobster cultivation as a consumption measure takes a long time. One of the efforts made in its cultivation in order to obtain growth rate and survival rate is Recirculation Aquaculture System (RAS). The aim of this activity is to produce “cricket” size seeds raised by RAS. Cultivation activities was carried out 2 months with different types of feed. Parameters measured every two weeks are growth and survival rate. Water quality measured every day were temperature, DO, pH and salinity, while ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate were measured every two weeks. Krisik Village has abundant natural resources. Krisik Village has livestock products in the form of milk and its processed products which are managed independently by the Bumdes Krisik. Krisik Village already has several types of dairy products, namely fermented milk, milk sticks, milk candy and milk ice cream. As a step to improve the typical product of Krisik village, it is necessary to have an activity that is able to increase public understanding in product processing and marketing. This service activity aims to improve the quality and marketing of dairy products in Krisik village. Activities that have been carried out are in the form of coordination with the village, making ice cream packaging designs and product marketing training by utilizing social media.
