Kendala dalam proses produksi kreatif adalah tidak maksimalnya kapasitas produksi karena kurangnya penggunaan teknologi produksi, terutama pada pensalutan cokelat yang membutuhkan waktu 80% dari total produksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alih teknologi yang akan meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi dalam produksi Cokelat yaitu Mesin Salut Cokelat Semi Otomatis. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM di UKM Cokelat adalah (1) Brainstorming dan FGD dengan UKM Cokelat kreatif tentang sistem produksi telah dilakukan,(2) Kegiatan penyuluhan, bimbingan teknis untuk UKM dengan konfigurasi dan implementasi SOP produksi cokelat dan inovasi dalam diversifikasi produk cokelat,(3) Fasilitasi peralatan teknologi produksi mesin untuk mitra,(4) Kegiatan konseling, pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis. Salah satu alternatif yang ditawarkan yaitu melakukan pembuatan pellet secara mandiri dalam sistem budidaya semi intensif. Tujuan utama pelaksanaan Doktor Mengabdi (DM) yaitu mengembangkan keterampilan pembudidaya dalam memproduksi pakan mandiri skala kecil dengan menggunakan mesin pellet sederhana guna mengurangi biaya operasional dari cost pakan. Selain itu, tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam pengukuran kualitas air sehingga produksi hasil budidaya dapat meningkat dan secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pembudidaya. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu diperolehnya produk pellet MINIPRO yang dikemas sendiri dan berdasarkan kalkulasi ternyata hasil pellet yang diproduksi jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan pellet yang dibeli. Mackerel fish is not seasonal, which means it is available throughout the year. This is what makes Yuan Kartika UKM take advantage of the opportunity to process fish products into amplang crackers. Constraints experienced by SMEs so far are; 1) the amount of production that has not been optimal, because of inadequate production equipment, 2) the frying process is less efficient and requires labor skills; 3) marketing of products is still limited in the local area so that the income earned is not maximal. Based on the survey, SMEs need technology improvements for the frying process so that the process can be done semi-mechanically. Mechanical fryers have a capacity of 3-4 kg / process, twice as large as manual fryers which have a capacity of 2 kg of dough / process, so the production process is shorter and meets the SME production target of 30 kg / day. The frying process takes 15 minutes, faster than the manual frying process for 20 minutes. The level of comfort and safety in the frying process is also better, because the equipment is equipped with a protective / frame so that workers are not affected by heat due to the burner stove heating process. Karang pada Perairan Putri Menjangan tidak luput dari keberadaan predator benthik pemakan polip karang Acanthaster planci. Bintang laut yang masuk ke dalam Family Acanthasteridae ini memiliki jumlah tangan 7 -12 buah yang diselimuti duri beracun dengan diameter tubuh berukuran 25 -35 cm. Morfologi A. planci rata dan elastis sehingga memudahkan predator ini dalam memangsa karang bercabang. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelimpahan spesies A. planci dan apakah terjadi peledakan populasi (outbreak) A. planci di perairan Putri Menjangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Belt Transect berukuran 300 m2 dengan teknik observasi yang dilakukan dalam 5 stasiun pengambilan data. Data yang diambil meliputi data panjang dan lebar transek tempat ditemukannya A. planci, jumlah, warna, dan ukuran diameter A. planci, jenis substrat, dan lifeform karang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan total kelimpahan A. planci terendah berada pada Stasiun 1, Stasiun 2, dan Stasiun 3 dengan nilai 0,0067 individu/m2. Sementara total kelimpahan A. planci tertinggi berada pada Stasiun 5 dengan nilai 0,03 individu/m2. Program bertujuan untuk membentuk wirausaha baru di bidang olahan susu yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sukomulyo. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah dan diskusi, demonstrasi dan praktek langsung/pelatihan serta pendampingan. Anggota kelompok PKK mendapatkan pelatihan pembuatan berbagai olahan susu meliputi susu pasteurisasi, susu jelly, stick susu dan kerupuk susu; serta pendampingan dalam manajemen usaha dan pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan program pemberdayaan anggota PKK telah sukses melahirkan wirausahawan baru di bidang olahan susu sebesar 31,25 % dari yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Program juga terbukti mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan keluarga peternak, yang ditunjukkan dengan keberhasilan pemasaran produk hasil pelatihan seperti susu jelly, stick susu, dan kerupuk susu. The beach area was conserved and managed by a group of local community that called as Pokmaswas Taman Kili-Kili Beach with consideration of the government at the village level. Pengrusakan hutan mangrove ini menimbulkan konflik dalam pengelolaan. Tujuan konservasi hutan mangrovesebagai kegiatan edukasi kurang nampak jelas. Pengelola belum memberikan informasi yang memadai vegetasi yang ada di hutan mangrove maupun fauna yang hidup di lingkungan hutan mangrove. Guna menguatkan pengelolaan “Mangrove Pancer Cengkrong” sebagai wisata edukasi, Universitas Brawijaya melakukan kegiatan penyadaran manfaat ekosistem mangrove dengan sasaran istri pengelola hutan mangrove dan siswa SD setempat. Kegiatan penyadaran dilanjutkan dengan praktek pengolahan pangan berbahan dasar buah mangrove danedukasi penanaman mangrove di kawasan konservasi “Mangrove Pancer Cengkrong”. The problems on two home industries are sanitation and hygiene was not appropriating with export standard and conventional manufacturing. Now, this project gives an efficient technology such as TTG Mechanically Dryer Green House Model.
